Oikeastaan en voi sanoa mistä en olisi pitänyt

No itse asiassa jäi vähän huono maku! Olin valinnut Junior Sviitin ja sainkin kahden huoneen hotellihuoneen, mutta isolla parivuoteella. Pyysin seuraavana aamuna vaihtoa erilaisiin vuotiaisiin ja saimme standardi huoneen, ei olohuonetta, eikä hintakaan muuttunut. Mainitsin tästä lasin maksun yhteydessä ja sain perin ympäri pyöreän vastauksen, eli en ole ollenkaan tyytyväinen!!!!

Concierge Richard oli kullanarvoinen! Hän järjesti kädenkäänteessä kiertoajelut ja blues illan kävelyetäisyydellä olevassa klubissa. Kiitos Richard!

The decor of the hotel and the room was beautiful! The staff was helpful, but we didn't need them very much. The quality of the bed, pillows and down comforter was definitely the best I've ever experienced in a hotel!! Great mattresses!

The tv was poor quality and terrible picture on all channels and even the movies.

I was traveling with my father who is handicap, Parkinsons and Congestive heart. Your staff was so good to him, they always called him by name, stopped and took a min to say hello and there are not enough words that I can say about how special your staff made this trip for him. The ladies at reception gave him a birthday card and little cake when we checked in when they found out it was his birthday. John, the consigere went above and beyond for us during our say and the valets, they were some of the kindest, friendly and nicest men. Your company should be proud of all of your employees. Thank you for making an old man's special vacation even more special. He is a Navy Vet WWII and he wanted to see the USS Constitution docked because it was afloat during the war. Everything was incredible. Thank you !!

Very good Hotel, impressed with the room, very big and cozy. Internet was a little on and off, kinda intermittent but they upgraded the bandwidth on our stay and it got better. Location is very good also, can do all the main points by foot. The gym is nice but lack some equipments for a nice workout.

We arrived at 4:30 and had to wait for our rooms to be cleaned.

I had booked three hotels in the vicinity, and am SO glad we chose the Revere. We walked past the others many times, and I can say with certainty that the Revere was truly in the best location to enjoy all that Boston has to offer! Because of a small snafu upon check-in, which made us late for an appt, the staff afforded us the breakfast buffet at the Rustic Kitchen during our stay...that was AMAZING! Best buffet i've ever had. My spouse ate there one evening, and he still raves about the deliciously moist salmon he had that evening. I will recommend this hotel to other family members when they travel. The Arlington street 'T' was quite close, also.

Staff were always helpful and went the extra mile. Beds were great with control of firmness in guest hands. Parking a little expensive but it is downtown Boston. Had to leave one day early and a they allowed me to leave while crediting me for lost night despite no cancellation policy.

Sitting furniture was a divan type thing that was not comfortable for watching TV.

Great location - easy access to subway, shopping, entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff.

Did not like the choice of 'air freshener' that prevailed in the lobby and hallway areas. Minor & personal annoyance

I enjoyed the upgrades to the hotel and felt it was a good value for location and type of amenities.

My friend and I were visiting a friend in Boston for the weekend. I felt that some of the clientele were a bit loud- bachelorette parties, etc. It turned us off to the hotel as it was a bit low-brow.

fabulous location,excellent food, helpful and efficient staff, especially the concierge service. in the middle of everything and the balcony is a plus.

no fridge in the rooms

Beautiful boutique type hotel in the heart of downtown Boston. The staff was extremely helpful especially Lindsay at the front desk. We love this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable, double sheeted blankets.

Bed was horrible. Sagged in the middle. Pool was closed ; part of the reason we booked there. Apologies only ; no compensatory gesture.

staff are very friendly and always asked us if there is anything he/she can do to make our stay better and comfortable.

some front clark were not as kind as other staff. I here my neighbor was watering in the toilet.

The staff was always very helpful and careful. I also think that the breakfast place was very good too. I do not think it was more expensive compare to other places in Boston. I got the room on the 24th floor. It has an amazing view :)

The pool was closed due to some renovation. I was expecting more from the gym.

The staff greeted us with champagne and the general mood was friendly and very commited to making guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Excellent location to central Boston. And accommodations were also excellent with many details like iPhone friendly player with great sound quality. Would definitely go again.

Parking a little steep at 40 bucks a night - heh but its the city.

i liked the excellent attention the staff members gave and the contemporary design of the hotel!

the pool was closed for re-construction and i didn't know that before booking. their website was malfunctioning as i tried to review it, so i didn't know that.
