The room. It has such a character. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar with live music as well. The hotel was very clean which was a big plus. |

the honour bar - i like that they trust you. The front desk welcome style. Assistance with familiarising ourselves with San Fran. Ease of car being taken and returned for parking. didnt love the art in our room but know that is personal taste. |
