We love how close it was to the cliff walk and how easy it was to locate. No musty smell and for me that is an issue.
The price, but I don't think you can do better. Seems it's just an expensive area.
In the middle of everywhere!!
My wife and I went away for the weekend our stay was great our location was great the whole weekend was just fine if we come back again we will stay at the same place if available
Great location. Really clean room. Helpful staff. Would book again.
Heard neighbors in room next door talking about Jimmy Kimmel Show at 7:50 a.m.
It was a spacious clean room ; plenty of towels;owner was friendly and very helpful.
Super clean, great area. The owner makes you feel right at home. Fully stocked kitchen area open 24 hours.
Clean and convenient
A little noisy for sleeping, traffic and hotel is not sound proof!
The place is very clean, and close to everything.
Pillows are not very comfortable.
Great location. Local owners who are very nice and helpful.
The management were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and large and was cleaned daily. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. Excellent location and near to all the attractions. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hopefully will get to stay here again.
I do not have any complaints. Very fine accommodations.
The expense part...on a pricer side.
very comfortable - great breakfast options - large bathroom - nicely decorated - nice family owners.
Location lovely rooms great help yourself breakfast and snack bar in our opinion the best value have been there before and will be there again! Loved our timd there
Noisey traffic, cant be helped and not a major issud for us
It was a great location just a few miles outside the New Port area and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Would of liked a small fridgerator and microwave in room for cold drinks or food.
Very clean, nice breakfast options with snacks available all day. Great room with a separate living area for our son. Highly recommend.
Bed was somewhat hard.
Stocked Kitchen was nice. Personal Service. Coffee was great!
Love everything about this hotel..
The bed was a bit too soft, should get a new one for room 4. And no fault of the hotels but the people above us had a small child who was jumping off the bed at 6am.. The hotel did speak to the family and were quite concerned about our stay. Which was great.
cleanliness help yourself kitchen attentive staff great location
street noise noise from rooms above little space to enjoy breakfast no safe in room no refrigerator in room
It was close to the beach and close to downtown Newport
We thought that the hotel was right on the water, It was not. It was right on a busy road with absolutely no view It was quite expensive for the quality of hotel. We had a suite with a balcony. Our balcony overlooked the building next door. Quite unpleasant to sit there. Our rate came with breakfast. Eventhogh the breakfast was plentiful there was no place to sit and eat. We had to carry our breakfast up to our room
Owner was very helpful and nice. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast room clean and comfortable with access all day. Well-run business... I would return to this Inn when I'm in Newport again. Sandwich shop next door handy for full day planning...it opens at 6:00 AM.
It was perfect for our needs.
Owners were super nice and very helpful. The room was basic but very comfortable. The location was perfect, away from the congestion of downtown Newport but close to beaches, mansions and terrific restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast/lunch place next door which was operated by the owner's sister. Plenty of parking was available.
The location of Rhea's was great. We were right around the corner from the beach, great bars, and the cliff walk, and a short drive into downtown. We were able to explore a lot of Newport without going far from where we were staying. The place was clean and cosy. Our room had enough space for the both of us to spread out. The jacuzzi tub and balcony was also a big plus. The staff was rwally insightful and gave us plenty of ideas to eat and tons to do. Excellent in terms of hospitality.
There was a small community room for guests by the office that we did not get much information about. We were not sure what was meant for us. The room was a little outdated but we didn't spend much time in it so it wasn't a problem.
Great location right near the ocean
This hotel is outdated think 70's. Outdated bathroom, TV, bedding, plastic furniture. Very very over priced and owner makes no investment to update rather takes profits and pockets them.
Cleanliness. Decent continental breakfast.
I told person at desk that internet did not work in our room. He insisted that it did. I thought the price was a bit expensive but it was high season.
