Days Inn - Richmond  

We needed sleep after ten hours on road!

The price was good. The staff was friendly. The location was good. The room was clean.

It was a little noisy because of the road. It was hard to regulate the heat. The beds were made in a way that made the sheets short.

The beds were super comfortable!

The room was advertised as having a refridgerator but there wasn't and that was a bit inconvenient as we travel with a special diet mix that has to be refridgerated.

Too close to the hiway. Big truck traffic noise woke me multiple times during the night.

inexpensive and adequate

located on busy highway. Smokey odor in room. Someone tried to scam us by calling our room and presenting themselves as the front desk and asking for our credit card info.

It was easy to find, right off I70. Provided a decent breakfast.

The ac unit in our room did not really cool, the fan just blew. Parking was a mess.

The facility was easy access/exit. Many eating establishments were available both within walking and driving distance. The area was quiet, clean, and very friendly to anyone using the Inn. All total - for relaxation and rest, the facility fills the bill.

I like the location. IT is just a few miles from Eaton, Ohio where we need to be. The management was nice enough to make sure we were customer for the future by giving us the discounted price for the next two years. We stay at this hotel up to twice a year. I like being able to return to a good hotel where I am aware and comfortable with the property. We feel safe when we are here. Easy access off the main road and close to some of the top name brands of restaurants. Over all the perfect location with all the accessories.

The staff was very nice and always willing to help. The wifi was readily available and had more than one wireless access point. I am assuming they had units spaced along the length of the motel as the points I saw were labeled "Days Inn 2" and "Days Inn 3" with the last one being the stronger signal in my room. The internet speed was acceptable although it was significantly slower than my Verizon hotspot service even when using a 3g connection from Verizon. The bed was very comfortable.There was an alarm clock in the room (something I have not seen in most motels in the past 10 years).There was both a refridgerator and a microwave in the room. There was a bp gas station / convienience store next door with just about everything you might want to cook in the microwave from the Hormel Completes to add water microwave oriental foods. They provided me with a ground floor room so I could keep an eye on my motorcycle.

Desgraciadamente no pude ver que tenia de bueno este hotel

La reservacio estava a mi nombre pero quienes se ivan a quedar ahi era mi mama y mi cunada con mis 2 sobrinitas entonces cuando llege pedi mi cuarto y me lo dieron el un empleado se enojo que por que eramos muchas personas aunqueyo le esplique que yo no me iva a quedar ahi mas que mi mama y mi cunada y mis sobrinas se enojo y me canselo la recervacion me molesto mucho que pedi hablar con el gerente y resulta que ese era el gerente quien me canselo la recervacion me dijo que el podia hacer lo que quisiera y me molesto mucho nunca mas volvere ahi nunca despues de ir manejando 6 horas llegar cansado y para me agan eso nunca mas volveria ahi y mucho menos lo recomendaria a mis amigos o familiares....

Really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, and their "green-consciousness" efforts in the guest room.
