We liked the pool area, the free beach towells, the bellman services, and the location. Dirty carpets. The window blinds were broken. |

The positioning of the hotel was ideal for access to South Beach, and the restaurant over looking the pool was lovely. Fabulous breakfast too! The rooms in the hotel were in need of some renovation as the furniture was a little tatty and old. |

the hotel was close to the sea. the room was not very nice, the Bathroom was really ugly. But the worst was that the windows was behind the very big air conditioning system the noise was strong and I could not sleep. we payed for a superior room and we were very desappointed. |

The location ir perfect- very close to the beach. Friendly staff. The room had a slight smell. First I got the room for smokers but it was exchanged quickly. There is some mystery with credit cards- the whole amount for stay is taken before arriving in the hotel. |

The rooms were clean and staff friendly No double glazing, had a superior room on 1st floor overlooking main road and bus stop therefore very noisy |

The hotel is oceanfront with fantastic beach access, and the pool was nice. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful; room was cramped, and amenities nonexistent - not even any plastic bags in trashcans or ice bucket (unsanitary).Parking at $35 per night was excessive. |

Location right on the beach Extremely noisy hotel, could hear neigbours TV, bathroom use,hallway, everything ! Valet parking is a farce; they park your car directly on the street with paid parking for 1,25 an hour while you pay 35 for valet. Included breakfast is 1 small plat basic stuff (bread, eggs) everything else is added to your bill. Staff is rude, occupied and not interested at all. |

We loved the Richmond Hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and we thought the gardens and pool absolutely beautiful. We would definately stay again and recommend it to our friends. We also thought the breakfast, with the fresh fruit was great. To be honest we nearly fell over at the price of the drinks at the bar, but we put it down to Miami prices and so tried not to worry about it. |
