The restaurant service was great and they were very pleasant and the front desk was very helpful with answering questions pool towels thin and falling apart. |

beach access people were not very friendly, especially people on beach setting up beach chairs were rude ------ should have offered coffee in room or lobby |

the Art Deco Charm of the hotel and the whole neighborhood. the walk out to the beach. the beech it's self and the easy walk to the convention center and fine dining |

They were extremely nice and accommodating. Services were minimal but appropriate for value. Nice location Noise. If you are attending for business and have early mornings, this may not be your place. |

Hotel is located in the middle of south beach and very close to convention center and Lincoln shoping distance. Also beach is few seconds from hotel. Upon my arrival and entering to my roam I faced with a big beetle on the bed. They just changed my room. I was unhappy during my stay. |

Good location! The hotel is right on Collins Ave. just blocks from dining and shopping area, also near Ocean Drive and Washington Ave. It has a cosy pool area, is close to the beach, Clean, nice staff.. The bathrooms in Bar/Lobby and outside (pool) needs a big make-over.. Very 80's and also dirty most of the time.. Would also recommend they include brekfast in room rate, then it would be great value and my choice in SOBE.. |

Stayed in superior room and it was very nice. Room was big and very well equipped. Hotel is near beach and near collins ave. It also has own gate to the beach which is a big plus. Complimentary breakfast was quite small. Room walls are a bit thin and thats why can easily hear sounds from next room. |

Staff service was very courtaceous and friendly with accomadative behaviour...... Good work Restaurants cud have more food varities, but with what limited is veru good quality food and good large portion served. |

Hotel was great for 4th July Hoilday (lovely BBQ), backs right on to the beach and no crazy party's like some hotels, was just right for us! All the hotel needed was some more information in the rooms about the hotel facilties, eg bar and restaurant, and information about the local area. |

The positioning of the hotel was ideal for access to South Beach, and the restaurant over looking the pool was lovely. Fabulous breakfast too! The rooms in the hotel were in need of some renovation as the furniture was a little tatty and old. |

the hotel was close to the sea. the room was not very nice, the Bathroom was really ugly. But the worst was that the windows was behind the very big air conditioning system the noise was strong and I could not sleep. we payed for a superior room and we were very desappointed. |

The location ir perfect- very close to the beach. Friendly staff. The room had a slight smell. First I got the room for smokers but it was exchanged quickly. There is some mystery with credit cards- the whole amount for stay is taken before arriving in the hotel. |

The hotel is oceanfront with fantastic beach access, and the pool was nice. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful; room was cramped, and amenities nonexistent - not even any plastic bags in trashcans or ice bucket (unsanitary).Parking at $35 per night was excessive. |
