The staff was the absolute worst around - I tried at 3 different times of the day to get an extra pillow sent to our room because they left us (2 guests) with only 3 pillows. At first they claimed they were locked up at night but to try back in the morning, which certainly didn't help our first night's rest. So, we tried again in the morning - we hear that they are "out of pillows" first, then we hear they are all being washed. We said fine, can you please have one or two sent extra pillows sent to our room after they're done being washed? The woman behind the desk told me I could come back and ask around 2-3 pm and they might have more. When I told her we weren't going to be back until around midnight, she said she would be happy to leave a note and take care of it for us. Of course, the pillows never arrived, and my fiance woke up with a cricked neck two mornings in a row.
It's not even that they didn't have the pillows, it's the severe lack of care and customer service that this horrible hotel has. The attitude they have here is the absolute worst.
Also, the beds are very uncomfortable springs, the TV is nuclear bright (even after turning the brightness all the way down) and the sound is very tinny and gave me and my fiance a headache, so we just turned it off.
As other reviews also stated, the hot water is another issue at this place. It couldn't even really get "hot", more like "very warm", and then it would get cold/cool within five minutes.
Long story short, I will not be staying at the Rite4us Inn ever again.
The location was convenient to our destination, and the rooms look nice from the outside.
