The staff was very nice and attentive. They made sure that you felt welcome and answered all of your questions. The rooms were clean as well as the parts of the motel that were visible to us.
The beds were like laying on a concrete slab with a blanket on it. The continental breakfast consisted of mini bagels, mini powdered sugar or chocolate covered donuts, fruit loop or corn flakes. And the towels felt like they were starched. Lighting to get ready by was not at its best, other than in the bathroom, which you could not see yourself, as there was not an exhaust fan, so when you finished your shower, the mirrors were fogged up. Other than that, they motel was good.
It looks nothing like the pic online it's very outdated and a tad spookey
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was so bad I chose not to use it and instead I showered at a local branch of my gym. The bed was small and had the most thread bare sheets I've seen at a hotel. Will not be returning.
The location was convenient to our destination, and the rooms look nice from the outside.
The staff was the absolute worst around - I tried at 3 different times of the day to get an extra pillow sent to our room because they left us (2 guests) with only 3 pillows. At first they claimed they were locked up at night but to try back in the morning, which certainly didn't help our first night's rest. So, we tried again in the morning - we hear that they are "out of pillows" first, then we hear they are all being washed. We said fine, can you please have one or two sent extra pillows sent to our room after they're done being washed? The woman behind the desk told me I could come back and ask around 2-3 pm and they might have more. When I told her we weren't going to be back until around midnight, she said she would be happy to leave a note and take care of it for us. Of course, the pillows never arrived, and my fiance woke up with a cricked neck two mornings in a row. It's not even that they didn't have the pillows, it's the severe lack of care and customer service that this horrible hotel has. The attitude they have here is the absolute worst. Also, the beds are very uncomfortable springs, the TV is nuclear bright (even after turning the brightness all the way down) and the sound is very tinny and gave me and my fiance a headache, so we just turned it off. As other reviews also stated, the hot water is another issue at this place. It couldn't even really get "hot", more like "very warm", and then it would get cold/cool within five minutes. Long story short, I will not be staying at the Rite4us Inn ever again.
I loved the fact that it's right off the highway. It's very clean and the room was phenomenal! I'm so glad that my friend referred me to this facility! I'll definitely be back in the near future! I had a wonderful stay!
The only complaint I have is that my room wasn't cleaned when I left and came back. I asked the front desk clerk if it would be cleaned and he told me it would but it wasn't. I took initiative to clean my room myself.
It wasn't at all what we expected from all the reviews.
I liked the decor of the room. You can tell it was remodeled. Room looked exactly like it was picture here. Location wasnt far from places to eat and etc.
Woman at front desk was very rude in my opinion. I told her room service skipped my room and my trash needed taking out... She handed me trashbags. And told me to bring her my used towels in order to get new ones. I did not care for that at all. They didnt even have small wash clothes until the last day of my stay. Also the sink in my restroom leaked onto the floor my entire stay. They honestly didnt give a flying flip, and wouldn't even give us extra towels to try to keep the floor dry in order to shower & etc. Had to ask the maintenance. The maintenance staff and room cleaners were very polite!! I feel like our room should have been switched , or my money refunded for the inconvience.. Who wants to stay in a room with a soak and wet floor...but I witnessed another guest getting no resolution with the front desk over another legitimate complaint.. So I just didnt even want to bother. Just beware of independently owned hotels. I'm not picky at all.. It's very hard to disappoint me... But this hotel did.

toilet issues over flow would not flush,breakfast well let's just say all it was not a breakfast. Mini doughnuts and toast that was it they really need to up the food to have those who stay for more then a day.
The facility was clean, friendly staff & maids, Wi-Fi worked great and everything else also.
The bed wasn't the best in the world, but I've slept on worse !

I Didnt Like Anything .
The Staff didnt know anything . I got charged $150 extra because of a broken window that nobody knew about. Housekeeping didnt clean. The room had a fowl smell. The telephone was broken with no buttons on it. The beds were hard leaving me with horrible back aches. Staff had attitudes about everything we asked. It was a horrible experience. Save your time and money and go to holiday inn instead
Floor was sticky... furnitures were cleaned with some weird application.
It was close to six flags and beds were comfortable.
I sent numerous emails with questions and never received a reply.

This place is a dump. There was hairs between the sheets. I told the front desk and he said that there weren't any more sheets. The bed was like sleeping on a park bench, I got no sleep. And lastly the shower curtain felt while taking a shower. Hands down the worst overnight experience in my life.
The room I got was a free upgrade which was the king suite and it was nice.
The bathtub was a bit outdated, otherwise, it was a good stay!
I like the way it was set up. I thought it was really cute reminded me of a college dorm room. Very clean and smelled really really good.... For the money it was perfect. The guys at the front desk were super friendly and very nice.

Walls were paper thin. I could hear a television from three doors down. Staff was not friendly. Furniture was very cheap.
It was inexpensive in a convenient location for our needs, but not the best location for downtown Atlanta
The furnishings were somewhat dated. There was some spill on the floor by the side entrance that made entering a little difficult.

I liked that there was wi-fi available to me and that their was a gas station within walking distance of the hotel. I was really excited to try this hotel out, because of the advertisements that I had seen all over, nice colorful rooms, something different. not so much though...
I didn't like that the room was dusty especially in the most obvious places, and that the little carpet in the room was not clean, and that the the blinds were broken.
The only good thing about the hotel was the location, it was right off the express way.
Everything was dirty,bed sheets, towels. bathroom. So dirty I was afraid to eat their free breakfast.
They upgraded us to a suite. Staff was friendly.
There were muddy footprints on the bathroom floor, the shower had no head and came out in a stream much like a hose. Also the shower curtain rod was unstable and caused the curtain not to close on either side of the shower. The channels were fuzzy and the wifi was slow enough that I turned it off and used my data.
