We liked the hotel in general and most if the staff were pleasant and efficient. We were disapointed we were not told the pool and steam room were not operational and there were renovations happening. See above

Birthday cup cake for us in the room when we arrived! Very high valet parking costs No complimentary or easily accessibe coffee Concierge referral to a new and very expensive Japanese restaurant nearby (Masaki). Definitely not worth it....

It was nice and clean. It worked out for us because we came down to go to the American Doll store. I loved that is a smoke free building. that was the biggest selling point for me. Staff was very friendly. Over all is was a very pleasant stay. I thought the room was a bit pricey .

Очень уютная гостиница. С прекрасным рестораном, баром, холлом для отдыха и отличными номерами. Профессиональный и дружелюбный персонал. Отличное расположение. Гостиница - не дешевая, но своих денег однозначно стоит. Very nice hotel with professionally trained staff that cares. Good bar, restaurant, office facilities, free Internet. If I am in Chicago I would come to this hotel gain. Спортивный комплекс не работал. Sports facilities do not work.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com um atendimento excelente, confortável e de bom gosto. A cidade é incrível, moderna e cosmopolita, sem o estresse de uma grande metrópole, as pessoas são sempre atenciosas e sorridentes, o que torna qualquer estada mais agradável! Tudo foi muito bom, nada a contestar.
