The Club Level was a wonderful experience, well worth the additional money.
We had a wonderful experience! Although it was pricey, the accommodations lived up to the cost!
Only downside was very expensive food and drink costs. The facilities were gorgeous- but the cost of two drinks at the bar was astronomical!
Lovely and calm location just 45 minutes from LA. Nice, big and clean room. As all Ritz hotels it isn't modern and brand new but also it isn't old and dusty. More then brilliant service/concierge! We have stayed on Club Level and had excellent breakfast, so tasty! and great lunch. Restaurant 180Blu is worth of money, Chef will prepare any food as you like.
Old air conditioning system. It was very loud. We have heard it working in room next to ours and on corridor. It was diffucult to sleep but engineer just after our calls fixed it every time. After going back from the beach we have no option to wash our feet from sand. There is no sink or water hose. Even on the pool. Everytime we were going through hotel and to the room with gritty feet.
The staff were helpfull and the location
The food was overrated and the view wasn't as I expected
Rooms wad good.
The beach wasn't good.
Fantastic ocean views; privacy; comfortable bed; awesome deck and restaurants; spectacular lobby displays and artwork; pet friendly; terrific valet
Hmm, not sure
staff was extremely attentive, the grounds were well kept, room had amazing ocean front view, the fitness room had all the equipment I needed for my circuit training, food was amazing and cannot beat the beach front access to Salt Creek beach
There wasn't anything we didn't like and that's saying a lot from us!
I will be back I loved it
The staff and food were outstanding. The location was great.
Resort and parking fees were annoying.
It was an amazing weekend. The beach is gorgeous, the staff is thoughtful, professional and very personable and the spa is first rate. The ocean view terrace bar/lounge (180) is worth the visit alone. Go!
Location, service, food
Our room was not worth the money. It was described as a garden view. There was really no garden view, it was ground level with a lot of staff traffic outside our door. Please be more descriprtive with your room locations. I would have happly paid more for a better location.
the view, amenities, just a very special, relaxing night.Staff were exactly why you go to the Ritz and the outside restaurant was lovely.
It is cost limiting. I'd stay for the whole weekend if it were $100-150 less; it would still be quite distinguished all the same
The location & gym
Felt like a factory, staff hassled people in & out
