staff was extremely attentive, the grounds were well kept, room had amazing ocean front view, the fitness room had all the equipment I needed for my circuit training, food was amazing and cannot beat the beach front access to Salt Creek beach

There wasn't anything we didn't like and that's saying a lot from us!

The staff and food were outstanding. The location was great.

Resort and parking fees were annoying.

It was an amazing weekend. The beach is gorgeous, the staff is thoughtful, professional and very personable and the spa is first rate. The ocean view terrace bar/lounge (180) is worth the visit alone. Go!

    Location, service, food

Our room was not worth the money. It was described as a garden view. There was really no garden view, it was ground level with a lot of staff traffic outside our door. Please be more descriprtive with your room locations. I would have happly paid more for a better location.

the view, amenities, just a very special, relaxing night.Staff were exactly why you go to the Ritz and the outside restaurant was lovely.

It is cost limiting. I'd stay for the whole weekend if it were $100-150 less; it would still be quite distinguished all the same

The location of the hotel is excellent. The valet service is excellent.

I traveled with my family and another couple with their family. The room was way too small and I slept 4 nights very uncomfortable due to the bed size. I was unable to check out to another hotel due to my clients otherwise I would have. I asked 5 times to be moved and I spent money on two rooms, one for my client and one for my family and me. I stay at the Ritz around the country and was very disappointed with this one. I was looking so forward to coming to the hotel. Prior to are arrival we stayed at the Beverly Whilshire in Beverly Hills and what a treat . They took great care of my client and his family and my family. I was so impressed. The Ritz was the exact opposite. When I checked out of the Ritz I spent thousands of dollars and hated the fact that I did not enjoy sleeping in the room. I could not wait to check out and there was no way I was staying another night in a small uncomfortable bed. It truly was disappointing and literally was so frustrated. I just felt like a number at the Ritz. I am normally a huge Ritz fan but this was just uncomfortable and am mad I spent all that money for two rooms and hated it.
