Not the bed size promised in reservation
Amazing view from our room of Dillworth Plaza! (Cant imagine a better view really) Exceptional front desk and lobby staff. Spa was good
Doors slamming and loud guests across the hall, beds are below average in terms of comfort
The staff is great very helpful, when we leaving offering bottle water to drink on the way, make me feels very good Location is good, could find nice restaurant around and a W supermarket opposite
Breakfast is a bit simple maybe we are so hungry Valet rate is a bit higher but acceptable since a great location in downtown Got some billing error ( wrong charges )
The atrium of the hotel is gorgeous and bustling ( ie-loud).
We would have liked to have a drink or two and actually but the sound was so loud that after we sat down, we couldn't hear each other from across the table. Maybe a quieter area for those who would like to have some drinks and quiet conversation. Had to go elsewhere.
It was a good experienc
Customer service was excellent.
No gift shop. No upscale restaurant.
The most amazing staff ... Incredible location
The room was beautiful. Was my husbands 50th, they gave us free champagne on arrival and a birthday cake. Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing! It was perfect!
The hotel was wonderful in all aspects.
Your booking was totally messed up. You had our names misspelled and our hotel arrangements wrong. They almost didn't see our reservation because of your mistake The hotel was great; your services not so much.
Location / Impressive reception and lobby building
Sub-standard attention and responsiveness of service staff / unacceptable reaction time to various service requests / clear under-staffing at check-in and check-out with undue effets on waiting times / general impression of low motivation or missing genuine willingness to assist - in effect an impression of a once top-hotel in state of neglect and inappropriate value-for-money perormance
beds were comfortable. staff is very nice. hotel is very pretty and great location. very helpful concierge.
mold in shower, they didnt clean our room one day and had to come up at 10pm to redo our beds. (Beds have a free floating pillow top that needs straightening each day and is under the sheets. This was after calling them at 3:30pm and 6:30pm to tell them we needed the room cleaned and the sheets changed.
Friendly staff, modern cuisine well balanced and well thought out. Calories conscious. Central for shopping and visiting historical sites
Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
We have nothing negative to say. Thank you!
Everything was perfect. The staff, from valet, bellhop, concierge, front desk were great. Thanks for a comfortable stay!!
absolutely everything..it was my birthday and everyone knew it...called my husband by name...very, very personal experience....I will stay nowhere else when visiting Philly!
i loved the location it was in the middle of the downtown
I have absolutely never been treated so well by any staff at a hotel in my life. I am a spg member so I normally stay at Westin and Sheraton hotels but decided to give the Ritz Carlton a try. This was a single night stay before we flew out to start our honeymoon and all I did was simply note that in the reservation. The front desk offered glasses of champagne (which we happily accepted), upgraded us to a suite on the 29th floor, (highest floor not in the club level), gave us a bottle of champagne (complimentary), and prepped the room with rose petals (complimentary)... We were just absolutely blown away by the experience. Unbelievable customer service and I will book this hotel again and again. Highly recommend!!!!
Back rooms are very noisy, air conditioner just located near the windows. Rooms are very small.
Very very poor choice of breakfast
Breakfast is poor
Rooms smaller than advertised. Paid for morning breakfast with stay that came with a 20 minute wait for a table and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive...with cold eggs.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
The service was excellent
The rooms are poorly decorated and the beds are of a poor quality, The linens are small and the covers do not keep two people warm. The sofa was stained in the living area. The mini bar was not filled. The suite had the bath, only a shower. The bathroom had one sink. This is not a suite for a couple.
location is great!
Service is excellent.
Room are small and poorly furnished, outdated, for The Ritz. Cleaning staff left some of their bottles in the middle of the room, not enough towels available. Unusual little things, for the Ritz.
