Ritz Milner Hotel    

The location in downtonw is great, close to the convention center the best!, they have a great staff that helps you in any question, for my budget the hotel is fine!

The building is very old, need to update.

The location. Nothing else.

Dirty. bad service, and worst of all, cockroaches on the bathroom!!!!

Proximity to metro. Value for money. Basic needs all met!

Flies at entrance welcoming you. Small toilet.

Rooms were exceedingly small and A/C antiquated.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Location was perfect. The price fit in my budget. It is an excellent value. I liked the fresh baked cookies, too.

The common areas were dirty, carpeting was disgusting, including in the scary elevators. I had a suite without a refrigerator. I've never heard if a suite without one, which I needed. Air conditioning was loud!

Located in downtown. Near to nokia and staples theaters and public parking lots. Macys plaza across street and others restaurantas. Near to metro station.

They don't have their own private parking lot.

Everything...Breakfast comedy,bad staff,room tragedy .....

The guy on the front desk was very helpful and breakfast was served in the lobby. About a 10 minute walk to the Staples Centre and highly recommend Wokano restaurant around the corner.

The main road was directly outside our windows and was very noisy.

Smooth from online booking, chk-in until chk-out. Staff (Jesus) was helpful with directions enquired. Staff (Rebecca) was kind when I explained that I needed to chk-out 30 mins later and she was quick to ask if I had medication for Diarrhoea that I was having. Another young reception (male) on duty Sunday 28 April (1230 noon) was very efficient and immediately sent the maintenance staff to check the faulty wc. The maintenance and also housekeeping staff (I think Maria) were equally warm and friendly. With a Good set of staff, there's nothing much to complain about.

Noisy air-cond (room 901). No mini refrigerator. Same daily breakfast spread.

I didn't likr anything about not to mention, I paid 137 $ to sleep 4 hrs, checked in at 200 am checked out @ 7 am maybe.

The first morning we were woken up to drilling above us at 8:30am that continued. We mentioned when we left for the day to the front desk they were great the next morning we only heard one noise and then it stopped.

Clean, well situated.

Cost of parking was much higher this time.

Downtown location. Inexpensive for downtown.

Property was old and shabby. I got a wake up call at 6:30 am that I didn't ask for (this seems to be a recurring problem based on the reviews of the property).

The cleaning ladies were helpful and friendly the hotel is located in prime area near where my business was taking place

-The room was basically a closet with barely enough room for a bed, no tables, no desks...the shower was made for dwarfs - room next to a noisy alley fumes from a nearby pizza place filled the room -wi-fi signal did not reach room, could not even send email for business - rooms smelled funny - breakfast lobby crowded....no room to eat comfortably - tv half worked, channels got stuck and would not change

I like thw staff. Nice people and like that its in the city close enough to tour around.

Beds and pillows were too stiff. Nice rooms but not modernized. Old furnishing.

Well - it's a cheap place.

The location is great and convenient to public transportation. The price is good too. There is a 24 hour Subway and IHOP on the same block.

The beds are a little hard and the remote control did not work on the volume.

Break fast location and item - BAD

I really enjoyed the location and the feel of the hotel...it was a pleasant stay

1st room on the 10 floor, which was under construction - no hot water and intermittent outages of electricity. 2nd room ok Breakfast something primitive in the lobby because of the conversion of the dining room

I loved the location. As well as the continental breakfast.

I didn't like the size of the rooms, very small. Very unusual. Also no microwave, no iron came with the room.

Reminded me of Europeon hotels, great staff, wonderful location; who needs a large room that you are never in. We were 2 women travelling and this hotel was perfect for our LA experiance. The Disneyland bus stops at the door, netro 2 blocks away, lots of places to eat. Great price too.

I don't let little things bother me.
