I did like location in the centre of dowtown, just 5min walk to metro station and mays's shopping centre. Very clean hotel. Brekfast included in price.Helpfull staff.Very comfortable bed. II got double room instead a twin, whitch I was asking making a reserwation.A bit small room, but had this same size of room in Baltimore, and I paid over 200$ for a night without brekfast.In this hotel I did't have a bath, but shower-small.Room was on the back of the building on the 2nd floor, above a bar, so on nihgtime was a loud, especially, when they get a delivery.Track was making a noise for over 30min. |

Location (downtown la, walking distance from lacc, Staples Center, Nokia plaza and metro station on 7th street); the surounding area is nice and safe to walk even at night) Overall it was a good value for the money when compared to similar hotels in the area. The room I stayed was pretty big (king size bedroom) and clean. The toilet was also clean and there was a good water pressure. The room had ac and a big television, a decent couch and a desk with 2 chairs to work. The maitress was also good. The internet was very slow (eg. Could't hear a music in youtube); the breakfast was ok, but short in variety. If you had breakfast after 9h00, there were some food items that were not replaced by the lady. The hotel should review this.The comon areas (and elevator) of the hotel are old fashioned and could/should be renewed/restored. |

Easy access to the downtown Staff is like a disaster. We paid/booked the hotel room for two beds, but unfortunately, we were told that its a mistake by booking. com and we are sorry, in the booked price you will get only one bed. That was a big mess. I guess hotel staff wanted to earn more money. Worst experience dealing with the staff of the hotel. |

The staff were quite helpful. The pregnant lady was really nice bt the guys should smile more! Facilities need to be improved seriously TVs in two rooms were not working. The shower was not hot enough plus the breakfast was certainly not continental as described on the internet. Just a fair hotel generally speaking. |

I really liked the amount of space we got for our money. Our money was very well spent at this hotel! The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff is was very friendly. Food and shoping centers are seconds away. Great hotel! The only problem I found was my roomates and I are very loud. I wish the staff would have been somewhat more tolerable with us. It's completly understandable but it's the only reason I will not be staying there again. |

Very central location close to shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was quite substantial and better than we had expected. Initially, we were offered a very small room which made it difficult to accommodate two adults and our luggage. When I asked for a change of room we were offered a slightly larger one, but unfortunately, the noise from the generator was very loud for most of the time. |

The hotel is located down town. Room was clean. There are two garages next to the hotel. The double bed has been a queen sized bed (about 1.40 m width). My husband as well as me, we are huge people. Changing of the room with other beds was not possible because of booking throught internet. |

I like this hotel, i stayed in hotel with my friend, it was close to many attractions for example Universal Studios by subway, Holywood, beach and many others...shops were close and price was good and breakfast fantastic, everything was there!!!I I will come back!! just little bit noisy from the street, but its city and small room |
