We got one of three rooms they have with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, and a very spacious and comfortable balcony with a great view of the red rock. It was spacious and smoking was ok on the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Great price. Room wasn't ready until 3:00, but it was still worth the wait.

Hotel needs better photographs with locations, surroundings, not just bedrooms .When I saw it first time I hated it, I wanted to cancel my booking.... Just whole area was fully booked and I had no chose. In reality - location is perfect , whole stay was perfect . We loved it and will recomend it !

The house keeping was lacking they didnot pay attention to things that I think they should. Example room out of cups, didnot replace, tissues had 2 in box then out.ect.

There was a fridge and kind of a wall in between the beds. My sons really liked the window seat and all the drawers. None of the soda machines worked. The toilet paper being on the wall in front of the toilet. Works fine for adults but not for kids. My kids had to have help because the toilet paper was so far away. Would have been better if it was right next to the toilet.

Directly across the street from Swany Park (race start/stop) Rep on the phone told me the pool was closed. The pool was open when we got there (luckily I brought suits) but it was filthy. Bathroom smelled upon arrival All electrical items were unplugged (alarm clock, fridge, etc) Photo of room when booking on booking.com was a suite, much nicer, almost felt like bait and switch

Good value; rooms laid out well. Having a refrigerator and microwave. Jacuzzie "semi" operational I.E. heated but water jets did not work. Also looks like it's beggining to "fall apart". Walls crumbling and debris in tub.

the hotel has a great hot tub, and the price was very affordable. the staff was very nice. the room smelled like smoke. the bedspread was of a low quality. the television was mounted on top of a slanted built-in armoire up next to the ceiling. the main wall was covered in mirrors.

Very affordable for Moabd and a great location. The pool was really nice for the family as it was heated to near bathtub temp. The hot tub was great too as it was very large and not too hot.

Service staff were great and it has a nice pool and hot tub. Beds were very firm and were somewhat uncomfortable for me. Wireless internet was problematic.

Location. And the very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. The elevator was stiflingly hot. The hallways were hot and filthy dirty (the carpets hadn't been vacuumed in days I would guess), the curtains at the end of the 3rd floor hallway were ratty, and the hallway airconditioner was in shambles although it continued to work (barely). My room's carpet probably hadn't been shampooed in far too long, and my chair was a greasy, stained mess. I had to put a towel on it just to sit down.
