The location was excellent - just minutes from Zion National Park. I made a mistake in the booking, and the front desk was nice enough to put us in a room with two queens at no extra charge.
The pet fee was $25 per night so total cost for 2 nights was $180.00. NOT worth the money. We could have stayed elsewhere for the same and had better accommodations. The hot tub was not heated and the side door security didn't work so only the front door was usable to get back in. Not a terrible place (location was fantastic), but I would stay elsewhere next time.
-Most of the staff was friendly except for the initial check in, she could not have cared less. -The location was right by a park but public parks do not allow dogs in Moab -This location is right off main so it was quiet but very close to restaurants and shopping. -The price was competitive with other hotels of this quality.
-The room was really small -There are no lamps in the room -The decor is very dated -One of the side access doors was not -working when we stayed there (no entry) The TV was dated and place above a tall wardrobe which made the viewing angle terrible
Loved the big hot tub and pool. Especially the last night when it was clean and working properly. Liked having the tables to eat on in the lobby. The location was perfect. We would stay there again.
Our room was a little small and needs to be updated. They need new TVs. The web said breakfast was included but it wasn't. Next time we would get a room upstairs or on the backside so we can open the curtains.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
No breakfast, very small room.
The bed was comfortable. The facility was quiet.
No in-room coffee. Poor assistance with trouble using the Wi-Fi. A crook in my neck from watching the TV atop the wardrobe!
Within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Clean and quiet.
Hotel was clean and comfortable, I'll book there again.
Poor housekeeping (one day bed not made and some towels missing) Reception not very helpful or friendly. Could not use pool. Was offered the Ramada pool some distance away. Very noisy traffic all night. With no breakfast included this motel is overpriced
For us it was all good!
Clean room. Discount on breakfast in sister motel down the main street was offered.
Value for money was not so good, even while recognizing that Moab is relatively expensive... Room was small, staff not too friendly.
Decent place to stay, but kinda pricey for an older hotel . I was in town for a half marathon so I only slept in 10 minute intervals but it was a comfy clean bed and the room had a microwave and fridge. Plenty of free coffee downstairs.
Carpet is looking pretty bad and the hot tub was out of service
Plenty of parking, quiet location from the main road.
Male member not very freindly when I booked in, next morning female staff the opposite !! Wifi not very good at peak times. No Bfast.
rooms a bit small
Close to city centre Close to laundry Views
The hotel sits back from main street. A lot of people at night. Very quiet, nice view for value, could walk from hotel to do shopping and dining.
There is no breakfast. Could use sheer drapes for 2nd set of drapes more privacy. Staff could smile more, be more polite, offer people recommendations where to eat, what to do.
The motel was convenient to the center of town.
I felt the staff was unfriendly. I had reserved two nights and when I checked in I asked if I could extend one additional night. The other person at the front desk said no vacancy. I wasn't asking her! I also asked if I could be wait listed for any cancellations and they could not accomadate that request. Their pool was closed for repairs and I was offered pool facilities at the Ramada Inn a few blocks away...Not Convienent!
room was so small and cheaply furnished.
Everything, it is a great hotel with unique features.
The restaurant MOAB DINNER. good food, well done breakfast many choices inexpensive. Dinner good home cooking reasonably priced. Great, friendly coffee shop in town within walking distance
That it was totally NO SMOKING NO offer of anything for BREAKFAST. I met many guest outside smoking and it was cold.
The view from the room.
Poor wi fi. Cold coffee in reception. Staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Small room size.
Excellent location, ample parking
the chair rail in the hallway outside our room was poorly mended and looked tacky. The moulding around our bathroom door was coming off. The bathtub and fixtures have major signs of wear. The staff had no idea of how to repair the internet service. Housekeeping did not vacuum our room during our stay.
Staff Location Clean Comfortable
Small room No thermostat Extremely overpriced
