The rooms, beds, showers, pillow, AC dirty, tv, and disgusting found hair and stains on sheets and pillow cases
I liked that the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were at good temperature and clean.
I did not like that my rooms could not be found when I arrived to check in. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes, my family was tired from the trip there. I also did not like that there was nothing there for my children to do.
Too much smoke
Some of the employees were very kind. The cost.
When we came to check in the employee acted surprised when we said we had reserved two rooms. Than got on the phone (I'm assuming to call the manager) and ignored us for atleast 5 minutes without saying a word. Come to find out there were no available rooms for us. They had overbooked. Mind you, I had a 8 week old baby who had just been stuck in a car for the 6 hour drive and it was 1am. She seemed to not care at all. They than asked if we would like to stay at the tropicana but we declined because our entire family and friends were already there. (5 other rooms were occupied by my family and friends). After 30 minutes of figuring it out they found 2 rooms for us. Our room smelt horrible and our tv didn't work. The ice machine was also broken on our floor. Just overall it was disappointing because we had stayed there before without incident. Hopefully with the remodel and everything we may consider it again.
I like to stay at the River Palms when we go to the lake with our kids. It's a quiet casino with minimal gambleing options. It's quiet and low key.
Inexpensive, decent rooms, loved the shower heads. The only thing some what bad was the distance to the other group of casinos.
Check in should be faster. Put some people at the counter when it backs up
It is in transformation. It had a lot of nothing...
The pool was nice. Staff was curtious.
The room was disgusting. I found peoples shoes & food under the bed. They never cleaned the restroom or dumped the trash in the room during my 3night stay.
room was clean. staff nice for most part.
It would have been nice to know prior to arriving that the Casino as closing. There was a sense in the air that moral was a little low due to jobs being lost and having to reapply for their current positions.
The pool was ok could be a lot better no party Atmosphere for a holiday weekend
I liked friendly staff and quiet room. The beds were comfortable.
Windows in doors and mirrors in elevator needed cleaning. There were not enough higher dollar slots.
Location on river front was great
Hotel needs updating. Buffet staff not polite and lack of choices for a buffet.
My blankets looked like blood stains on them
That just outside hotal was a good beach area where my family and I had a geat time!
That the beach area belongs to no one. so beach was a bit dirty.
I liked how clean it was and the staff was very friendly.
I didn't like that it didn't have a refrigerator I couldn't keep food in their for my kids to munch on.
To long to list Dirty Poorly maintained
noisy air conditioner, other noisy guests
Dated on need of updates
Staff were very polite and helpful. The location is great for talking the River walk. And if you reach the end of the walk you can take a water taxi right to your hotel.
Outdated rooms and some outdated slots
Acsess to rooms and parking
Sports book small and closed
The price was really good, rooms where clean and comfortable
No black jack tables during the week and no beach access
The very low price and view of the river
Dirty, no coffee in rooms, no room service not much to do in the hotel. This place holds true to "you get what you pay for"
Staff was friendly. The rates were super cheap. 24 hr Denny's was a hit late at night for everyone!
Housekeeping! The floors were never vacuumed. There were dirty towels on the floor when we checked in. And the dust on the furniture was really thick.
Room was nice. The staff was very helpful. The Hotel in general was clean.
Not enough food or shopping options. Gaming floor was very week. No entertainment options this was a minus.
