The room was very nice and the room service menu had a lot of choices. The location of the hotel is really great too. The valet parking is almost compulsory and costs 27 $ a day. |

Situated right in downtown, very nice and clean rooms (suites), pleasant neighbourhood, close to highway I-95 Parking costs ($25 a night) aren't mentioned online, there is absolutely nothing to eat or drink during the day (besides a poor breakfast very early in the morning), no internet on rooms only in the lobby |

Fortunately, I only spent 2 nights! Very dirty (for example, some tuna on my pillow the first night). They didn´t make the room the day after. Poor breakfast. |

During my stay I liked my room: it was clean, well conditioned. I also liked that smoking is forbiden in the rooms. When staying I would like to advise do not rely on breakfast. There are two possible ways: either you do not get it, or spend a lot of time in a queue to get one cup of coffee and a roll. |

The hotel was conveniently located to the free Metro Mover. They offered free internet for residents Staff were very unhelpful and the room was below the standard expected. For example we asked for tourist information , such as a local map even, a number of times and could not elicit a useful response. On the last day we discovered a rack, under the stairs, with many brochures and attractions. We were very disappointed with this hotel |

The convenience of public transport and being in the heart of Downtown Miami. That was my second occasion at the hotel within one month I can reccommend the hotel if you are on a budget as it gives you good value for money. Some junior staff members tend to have a bit of an attitude, they are unhelpful and can ignore your request, simply because it is a request! but that is not the attitude of more senior members, I found the manager quite helpful and accommodating. |

Very nice hotel. Helpful stuff although not all English speakers. Had connections with different city tour providers.We were staying in a suite which was very spacious and cosy. Bathroom was huge with a bubble-bath. Location on the top floor (16th) offered a nice view on the city. Would have wanted to stay there for longer. Car parking was priced. Breakfast was very simple: cup of tea/coffee and a crossaint. |
