Actually I can´t imagine one thing which I want to give plus. Maybe amazing view from 16th floor. Hidden fees like 22dollars for car parking per day and additional fees to taxes. In price is already breakfast, but only toasts and butter definitely is not a breakfast for me. Never again. And I travel a lot around a world, but I never saw something like this. Price was high and definitely nothing special.

Only the view was decent. Breakfast was horrible. The whole hotel was disgusting, and I doubt that my room has been cleaned before I moved in. I did it myself. Staff was hardly speaking english. I had to pay to leave my luggage for a couple of hours. They tried to oversell me a trip with a taxi to the double price from normal. Vending machines weren't working. The neighbor is super-underground. Full of suspicious faces and addicted ppl. Don't even think about it

I did not enjoy my stay and the River Park Hotel, there was minimal staff, no visible housekeeping. My room was not cleaned the next day after visiting the city the whole day. No clean towels, I had to call the front desk to ask for them, where they seemed to be bothered by my request. I was able to get 2, delivered by some guy. I could barely get the shower to work because you had to mess with the nob just to get warm water to bathe. I had to even ask for clean sheets to cover the very old bedding because I refused to sleep in them. I would never recommend this to friends and family

It was a little run-down, but otherwise ok. I wouldn't warn anybody of it, but I'd try not to book it again either.

Great and helpful staff, really nice clean and big room (406), with a great space for working (2 desks, including chair) stayed for three nights and no complaints at all. Even (slow) internet in the room, but have to say that I was surfing on a neighbor's buildings web. For 70$ plus tax a night a great bargain. Regarding the 2$ for the safe, ok its a bit strange, but really nice to have a safe in the room just in case. Valet parking worked great as well even tough there is a cheaper option at 1 minute from the hotel if you wish. A fridge would be good in the room, also proper hotel internet in the room would be better than surfing on the neighbor's one. The bar is only used for a (small) breakfast not for an evening drink.

The location near the the metro rail and Brickell and the convenient afordable price of US$ 75/night incl. breakfast. The room was very clean and generally ok. The reception service, not very friendly, seemed that any question or request was one question too many. The shabbiness of the entire hotel, it needs to be severely refreshed. Breakfast based on bread and pastry, no fruits, no natural drinks or eadibles.

Had a good stay at the Hotel. Reception staff were quite helpful. I was attending an International science conference. The location was close by and also the room tariff was nominal. Could have been cheaper. Connectivity to city centre was good. Room cleanliness was well maintained.

Great option for getting an affordable Hotel to crash in downtown miami, very close to brickel, banks and Flagler St. The service personel are the best.. Very young and very friendly and effective. There are ice machines on every floor and the beds are comfortable enough to have a very nice sleep. The rooms are clean and also HUGE, they even have a small lobby with sofas before the actual room. The phone wakes you up on time and they do open 24x7 in case you need anything at any time. There is a free computer with internet at the lobby for the customers to use, an ATM machine next to the lobby and tourist information available. The 2 lions at the damn front door make you feel in an unsophisticated place with a very bad taste... Frankly they look like the titty-house kind of artifacts. The so called breakfast consists of a mountain of hard bagels, a mountain of cream cheese and a cereal dispenser... no eggs, sausage or anything hot but the coffee. So prepare to spend a few extra bucks at morning. The door cards are quite worn and they de-magnetize when on the same pocket with an iphone or cell. There is no wifi on the rooms. Only in the lobby.. I hated this. The hood is a little scary at nights. It is common to see one or two homeless dudes hanging nearby after 11PM. Harmless, but kind of unpleasant. The TV is old.. no plasma or LCD or HD.. it gets the job done but nothing fancy. No fridge on the rooms There is an iron table but no iron on the rooms

It was very reasonably priced for the area. Room was clean and cool. Offered what I needed for an enjoyable nights stay. Close to transportation system. I would stay there again. Stayed 2 nights, first night on 9th floor and second night on 3rd floor. 9th floor room was nicer but both were satisfactory.

Great price and location (minutes walk from Bayside Market/Marina. Easy access to downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Miami Int'l Airport. The hotel itself was older but still in decent condition. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The river Park Hotel is my usual stop point when I am in Miami, I know what to expect and I get what I pay for. The location is the main influencing factor, next to the Hyatt but not paying Hyatt price, metro mover free, no need for taxi service, local bus to Miami beachg and Aventura on the cheap, thanks heaven for the River Park Hotel long may it survive. Nothing has changed at the hotel for five years, staff change every three months so it seems.

Although there are not many facilities left, the staff is aware of the location of the hotel. This means that a lot of areas to eat close by. So why waste any money on a restaurant. I do believe that they can spent some effort in renewing some of their furniture. The main important aspect is the willingness to help the guests. The front desk is very patient and wll mannered. Some furniture was kind of old.

The hotel is very close to the Miami people mover. Just walk out the door of the hotel and get on the train. I only needed it for one night. The room appeared to be clean as were the towels and sheets. My floor was very quiet Hotel is a little run down could use a little cleaning up.

Horridly filthy room. It had been abused and boasted black impact marks all over the walls, peeling paint, and the bathroom floors were sticky and disgusting. When we walked in, no less than 10 pizza delivery fliers had been shoved under the door, providing us with instant garbage in the room. Check in required a photo copy of my driver's license and credit card - this is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous.
