Shower a safe didn't work and wasn't fixed....
This was a great location for us to stay and see 1 Direction!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Beds a little too hard
Staff was just okay, restaurant empty, bar not open until 4 had to go elsewhere for food and drink
The shower was terrible! No water pressure at all.
Good price for location. Great beds and pillows!
Staff was fair. Really ought to de-scale the shower heads.
You pay good money for the stay and you want money for parking too... this isn't L .A. cal.. for price they should have queen size beds ss
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Carpet in room had a stretch crease in it that might cause a trip and fall!
loved location, being on the.riverwalk plus the mall & resteraunts, very friendly, clean, great pool area
i didnt like the fact that I asked for a fridge & didn't het one, and on top of that the ice machine was broken on our floor. That was Very inconvenient.
When I got to the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel, my credit card did not work but the staff was very kind and they let me pay some cash and stay in the hotel until I reached my bank and the card worked. The hotel is clean, the housekeeping is great and the staff is very helpful. Thank you..
Very kind and helpful staff, walking distance from the river walk
Nice pool view Comfortable bed Dual shower head Within walking distance of Riverwalk and Rivercenter mall.
Was able to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Could hear people walking in hallways
Great location, not far from the centre but in very quiet spot. Pool was good. Spacious room with comfortable beds.
The quiet, tucked away location was a bit unnerving walking back late at night. (But this was only a short section away from the main drag)
Staff was nice.
I had to paya fee for my parking daily $14.99 then one day it was so packed we didn't have no where to park and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. So what am I paying the parking fee for? Besides that I originally thought it was very close to the Riverwalk and it wasn't that close. We were supposed to have a balcony and we didn't, the view was actually horrible. Will pick a different hotel next time.
Fresh clean room and hallways, friendly staff
Bar not open for my hours :-)
Very nice staff, very informative on what's happening in local area. Planning on staying there on our next trip into San Antonio. Nice facilities and staff. Keep up the good work.
They staff worries about their guest. Our stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend Riverwalk Plaza.
Loved how close it was to walk to the Riverwalk. When we called staff, because of a problem with the tub, we liked how immediately they sent someone to fix the problem.
The tub was clogged and my friend fell and could have hurt herself seriously. Thank God she didn't.
The price per room was not nearly as high as many other hotels located this close to the Riverwalk. However, the hotel seemed quite old. Wallpaper was wrinkling at the baseboards, the decor was dated and everything seemed to have recently taken a thick layer of paint to cover up its aging condition.
The exorbitant cost of parking was not included in the room price. Everything felt dated and a bit shabby.
The location was great for walking to the river walk. Nice clean room little outdated.
The city view was the side of the county courthouse.
I did not like the room size or the smell. The whole place smelled like mold, my girlfriend actually came down with an upper respiratory infection and we had to leave early.
If your going to stay at this hotel it's perry good. The staff is very friendly and fantastic. The bartender ay night he is AMAZING AT MAKING DRINKS.
If you get 2 bed room it does not have enough room when you open the door and I suggest if you get a pool side room switch rooms to loud.
