the parking garage is small and tight.
location. very quite at night, the beds were very good, good bar.the staff is always very helpful. we have stayed there 4 years in a row and have always been happy with everything.
Every one went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The staff was very friendly
This hotel is right across from the courthouse! Very convenient if you have to say good by to a love one for a while.
It is a bit worn.
Proximity to downtown Walking distance Coffee shop downstairs Restaurant in the hotel The lounge Internet - great speed! Printer
The concierge forgot to give us a wake-up call one morning
We liked the fairly closeness to the restraunts on the boardwalk. Was able to park at arrival to hotel and did not have to drive anywhere.
The description of "on the boardwalk" lead me to believe it was right were all the venues were. We're we could see the boats and people.
Very cozy room, beds were comfortable, had a view of the pool but it was 40 degrees outside. It was heated, though. Two second walk to the Riverwalk and several restaurants. Had a spontaneous weekend getaway, will probably plan another in the future and stay again!
The parking garage is poorly designed! Minor really, but you'll see what I mean.

The front desk were so helpful and kind. I can honestly say I have never met a more friendlier staff. The hotel was on the river walk but not the noisy side. It was just a few minutes walk. And as far as the other attractions we were in walking distance.
My only complaint was having to go up a floor to find a working ice machine.
The art downstairs was nice and the setup of the hotel with the pool in the middle was charming. No problems parking, checking in, or with my room.
The desk staff were not particularly friendly--not unfriendly, just never really looked at me or seemed to genuinely care about my stay. There were no darkening curtains that I could close when I went to sleep, so not only was it very bright in the morning, but it was pretty bright in the room at night from street lights.
Excellent staff and location. Good comfortable room.
Extremely poor service in the dining room. First evening we were the only ones in the room, but still waited almost five minutes before someone took our order. Then it was maybe15 minutes before the food arrived. Breakfast was no better. One other party already had their food, but it was still 15 or 20 minutes before we were served.
Nice staff, comfortable, 14.99 parking (not bad for the area)
Looked old, could hear through walks, views weren't anything to brag about
Loud unruly guests. 2:15 Sunday a.m. people yelling in Spanish in the hall. Very disturbing. Kept me awake for 20 minutes. Will not return to this facility.
NOTHING,we were celebrating my husband's 50th Birthday and it was horrible!
There were rodent droppings in the Bathroom on the floor as well as dead rodents in the Tub! The Restuarant service was very unpleasant I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone
Friendly staff that moved us when we had issues.
Rooms smelled like wet dog. Had to move to different room due to pot smoking neighbors. Both rooms smelled. Good news is windows opened. Another guest was given our room key & tried to enter around midnight.
