Located on the Las Vegas Strip, this hotel is next to the Riviera Convention Center and a 10-minute walk to Vegas Indoor Skydiving. It features an on-site casino and steakhouse. Ease at check in and check out. Slots were fun. Somewhat confusing trying to get to the Buffet, I went by the access several times before I located it with help from security.

Position and casino close. Gift shops good. No decent takeaway food outlets. Steak restaurant way too expensive. Very noisy air conditioner kept us awake but was needed.

The first room had disgusting stuff on hair dryer and dirty. Second room had crickets so had to move to third room. Was only there 2 notes and had 3 rooms

Room was clean and quiet. I was charged $23 extra, in addition to the standard room charge, for a non-smoking room. I was told there were no rooms left at the price I was quoted on Booking.com

Parking was close and convenient to the Hotel and the room. Always being offered a drink while gambling, nice.Casino not too smokey. Payoff for slots very weak. Pub not open for breakfast, so couldn't use the coupon. Someone next door showered at 1:30am and it was so noisey and loud, I was awake until they stopped...can't stand that about Hotel rooms. Spend some money and make it sound proof.

James at the registration desk was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. The music at the pool is way too loud to enjoy relaxing at the pool -- finally gave up and went to the room!

I had a medical situation and the head of security and staff were there to assist me very quickly. They were kind and very caring and made me feel more relaxed and comfortable during my painful situation. I definitely felt very well taken care of and that I was in very safe hands. I didnt like that it took me 3 attempts back and forth from the loby desk to my room, just to get back in my room after coming back from the hospital. The key would not work, and the desk person was not listening when I told her that the room had been secured because I went to the hospital. I felt this was not even necessary all because the desk person did not put in enough attention into listening to her customer. She should have gotten security the first time instead of after 3 attempts. That was very hard on my body.

Getting charged twice , once by booking .com and then by the Riviera . Also didn't know I had to put a 100.00 deposit from my card for incidentals. Was very surprise when I saw the charges from my account. I wouldn't recommend because you don't know what your going to get charged for.

The price of the hotel room well worth the stay. The rooms are a bit small but while on the strip you usually don't spend a lot of time in the room. Didn't have attractions like some of the other hotels/casinos.

I selected a non-smoking room when I made the booking, but apparantly that was only a "request" and we were assigned a smoking room. We would have had to pay extra to get a non-smoking room.

The room was nice, beds neat but had an odor, easy check in. The room had food ordor. Front desk representatives were rude. The representative over the phone appeared to be annoyed or irritated by my questions and concerns.

Single traveller road tripping across California, decided to spend a few days in Las Vegas. Hotel was very clean took seconds to check in and check out. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Didn't hear any noise from any other rooms. 10 minutes walk to Caesars (if that) Friendly staff around the whole hotel. Stayed a total of 3 nights, had a very pleasant stay. Free Wifi for all room and all around hotel. Brilliant. Parking was free in their huge multi story car park next door. Perfect especially for America

Close to the Las Vegas convention center. Room was clean and mattress was very comfortable. Very budget-friendly. Slow check in process. The checkout system on the tv was not operational. Due to low numbers apparently, the buffet at the hotel is not open except on the weekends. Quite a distance from all the other hotels/casinos on the strip.
