I love the cost and the fact that the monorail is right across the street.
When you arrive at the hotel (where valet is) there is sort of a "sewer-like" smell that's not very pleasant.
Accessibility, good costumer service
The room was old, it smelled like moled, no guess service on one side of the hotel. Elevator was making noises etc.
No small refrigerator and resort fee.
- Good location; - Excellent value for the money; - TV checkout; - Friendly staff;
- There was a very bad smell around the entrance in the hotel. - Everything looked very old, it needs some renovation;
Not too crauded.
Smell in casino,bathrooms in old building needs remodeling,carpet in hallways needs cleaning
lack of room view no fresh air movement
The hotel rooms smells and rochett and bugs all over and your carpet smells bad .its very old . We had 2 move 2 a different room.
Very cheap to stay, bars were very good as was casino. Room was nice and big, everything worked fine.
Pool was very cold and small. Wifi not the best but was fine in reception area.
no frige in room no coffee maker in room dark hallway lighting long walk thru casino with bags to get to room old bathroom fixtures
everything is good
far from strip. Recommended to take a bus
The customer service was terrible. I definitely will never book reservations here again.
there was no internet in my room and I am a business person
everything was good, the room were clean, the wifi was good, and super cheap. i would totally stay there again
the music in the morning that came from the window or hallway woke me up
I stayed in the newly renovated Monaco tower which was slightly more expensive than the rooms in the older, unrenovated towers. The room & bathroom were new, modern, & in excellent shape. The room was quiet, clean, & the bed was extremely comfortable. The parking garage had plenty of available spaces and is very close to all of the rooms. The Monaco tower rooms are a real bargain compared to the prices charged by the mid-strip hotels.
The location is at the north end of the "Strip". It is isolated from the activities of the the mid-strip casino hotels, & it is too far to walk there. The hotel was built in 1955, & consequently the layout & appearance is dated compared to the newer mid-strip hotels.
If you like great accommodation, the stay at the other places on strip north of Riviera at double or triple the cost.
Price, and it is on the strip. Express phone check-out was good, and the wake-up calls were on time.
Casinos smoky; hated to walk through them. Three of four keys for our 2 rooms did not work after we checked in, and we had to go all the way back to the desk to get ones that did. We asked for adjoining rooms, but the doors were painted shut and could not be opened...yep, the locks worked okay, but that didn't matter.
Location Staff who works at registration Old No waiting place after check in (if you arrive in the morning and they say no check in until 1)
Loved the comedy club...hilarious!
Location. Staff. Quality for price.
Stayed here once before about 10 years ago, location is nice and for the money, not that bad.
The lower casino is a maze to wander through, and the rooms look cheap and outdated. Bathrooms small and no ventilation in them. Lighting in the hallway was sort of dark also.
room nice and clean staff was in and out zuick after up grading
a is away from the main casinos
great for rest and recreation. Very nice pool. It was worth the money.
It is a bit far from the central Strip, you would propably have to take a taxi or bus to get to other casinos.
Extremely bad WiFi Internet connection
