there was no internet in my room and I am a business person
everything was good, the room were clean, the wifi was good, and super cheap. i would totally stay there again
the music in the morning that came from the window or hallway woke me up
If you like great accommodation, the stay at the other places on strip north of Riviera at double or triple the cost.
Price, and it is on the strip. Express phone check-out was good, and the wake-up calls were on time.
Casinos smoky; hated to walk through them. Three of four keys for our 2 rooms did not work after we checked in, and we had to go all the way back to the desk to get ones that did. We asked for adjoining rooms, but the doors were painted shut and could not be opened...yep, the locks worked okay, but that didn't matter.
Location Staff who works at registration Old No waiting place after check in (if you arrive in the morning and they say no check in until 1)
Loved the comedy club...hilarious!
Location. Staff. Quality for price.
Stayed here once before about 10 years ago, location is nice and for the money, not that bad.
The lower casino is a maze to wander through, and the rooms look cheap and outdated. Bathrooms small and no ventilation in them. Lighting in the hallway was sort of dark also.
room nice and clean staff was in and out zuick after up grading
a is away from the main casinos
great for rest and recreation. Very nice pool. It was worth the money.
It is a bit far from the central Strip, you would propably have to take a taxi or bus to get to other casinos.
Extremely bad WiFi Internet connection
Good value for money, large pool area with music in the background, rooms were ok for that price and I slept really well, no noise coming from outside.
Not that close to central strip area. Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.
This hotel was in an excellent location for tourists in Las Vegas. It was at the start of The Strip and the bus was at the door. Very large and comfortable room and the pool was very refreshing after a day in town. Although no breakfast was provided, there was a voucher for a great value breakfast in the hotel.
No fridge in room It was like a maze to get to the room, focus definately on slot machines.
Location, location location
nothing, very clearly you get more than what you pay for
Key didn't work well. Every single time. I had to get new keys. Not happy about that.
Free parking is located pretty much close.
enjoyed my stay.Room was very comfortable.
WiFi keeped going in and out. Connection poor.
valet is fast
out dated look
No toilet paper no hand soap or shampo and front desk people rude
rooms, air conditioning, bed
Trash over flowing in parking garage
Location and the staffs are friendly and kind enough to help.
The room provided to me was close to the elevators and it was noisy, we're late to the room, as we're tired we didn't had a chance to change our room, please check before you receive a room. Free Wi-Fi only available in the lobby, the signal is poor in the room.
After the long check in progress we made our way up to ur very outdated room with an old small TV and no mini fridge. Beds were kinna stiff but rooms were good size at least. It would have been much better if it was located near the strip! Its a good 2mile walk each way so bring good walking shoes! Casino was great and lots of new fun machine's to play! Won $35 right away so made my 1st night even better! All in all good for the $ but next time I will pay more for a nicer room & to b closer to the strip!
Well I did it wrong, I put everything on last one so never mind this one. Just read above for a full review!
Location on the Strip - although it is at the far end, this is well reflected in the great value for money price. Hotel is bright and clean with a huge amount of "in house" services - shops, restaurants etc. The room was great and very clean and comfortable. The "view" was pretty awful but the big plus of it being at the back was that it was much quieter than a front view room would have been. The front of house staff were super - all friendly and helpful - especially nice in such a big hotel where it could end up being impersonal. I would definitely go back to the Riviera if I were going to be in Las Vegas in the future.
The only real thing that let this hotel down - badly - is the ridiculous length of time it took to check in! Granted it was a Friday evening and this ia a huge hotel but to have to stand in a huge queue for almost an hour in order to check in is bordering on the ridiculous. The staff were very apologetic and friendly but it was still extremely irritating when you were tired from a long journey in the heat and desperate to get to your room and relax. The check out procedure wasn't great either - there is an "automatic" machine - but it was out of service, despite the best efforts of the staff.
Ate at the Banana Leaf and breakfast was $15.00. Ate the same meal at the food court for $6.00
The room was OK. Could have used a little maintenance but not too bad.
Food court is avoidable.
