The room was good, we had adjoining rooms with our children. The price was good for the hotel we did pay for an upgrade which was a nicer room.
Location from the center of Vegas was about 30-40 minute walk. Getting into your room from the front of the hotel is a bit of a walk, but they all are.
good parking, large room with splendid view
lot of walking in the complex, no fridge, no coffee-making facilities, loud ac, very unpleasant interior of room
Comfy bed, and nice large old school Vegas room.decent sized TV. Close to convention center.
What is it with resort fees? The pool was closed for season, and I found no other amenities. But I did get to pay $16 a day for the pleasure. Ice machine on my floor broken, and machines on other floors were bordering on nasty. Musty smell in bathroom.
Nearby a few places I needed to be
Too much noise when I was trying to sleep, the bedroom window kept hitting something the whole night, people kept smashing their apartment door all the time during the whole night. Staff not pleasant... and so on. Botom line, it was too expensive. I should have stayed at Motel 6.
First, the hallway was dark, the beds were lumpy, the pillows were also lumpy and hard, the room above us was so noisy we couldn't sleep. We called security and they claimed they didn't hear anything, So when they came up a second time - now it's 2:30 a.m.- we had tip get them top cone into our room to listen. It was my daughter's and I so we were in our pajamas and had tip get men in our room, which was very uncomfortable. The security guards heard the noise and went upstairs. About 20 minutes later the noise finally stopped. I complained the next morning at the front desk and the woman rolled her eyes, shook her head and said she couldn't do anything because she didn't knows what room it was above us. This was because is asked her if the people were checking out so we could sleep the following night. I suggested she check with security to see what room they went to, she ignored me. That's when I asked for a manager. The manager was very condescending with the fakest smile I've ever seen! After a while, I think just to get rid of me, she finally offered to upgrade us and move us. Of course, no rooms were available so we'd have to come back later to switch. We ended up coming back to the hotel three times which ruined our day. Only at five o'clock was the room ready. .. and we had to change and get to a show by seven... the lady at the desk said she'd send a bell man to move us. Nope, never showed up. so we had to lug all off our things through the casino to the new tower room. We literally had five minutes to change for the show. Thankfully we made it. This weekend was to celebrate my daughter turning 21 and because if this, she was unhappy and said she would have rathered stayed home! ! Absolutely horrid experience. Don't stay at the Riviera!!!
Being honest, we stayed at hotel just to sleep. Not a place to spend time during day!!
How we were treated by the front desk lady at checking in at 3 am with our 2 kids tired of a long trip and being said that no matter our reservation we had to acommodate ourselves in a king size bed instead of our reservation request of 2 double beds room: take it or leave it with a $120 up front deposit already taken from my credit card. Really sad and frustrating!!!
The room smelled like smoke
My online booking price
No Coffee in the room!
The staff was wonderful
The rooms need upgrade
I liked everything about the hotel, from the rooms, to the casino to the food court. my room was huge! and at a great price. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
Room is cleans every day Hotel location to Las Vegas Convention Centre just 10 minute walk. Location Las Vegas Strip enjoy the walk on the strip
i found it to far from main casinos also was not happy with the smoky atmosphere and the amount of children in and around the Casino
They did not have the room we reserved for
Non-smoking and Bed size are preference only. You get what is left at time of arrival.
The beds were great....
The location was to far on the NORTH SIDE of the strip to far away for a walking distance to the center of attraction on the strip...
The location of the hotel wasn't bad but we will stay in a modern resort on our next visit in July. Housekeeping was great and our room was cleaned daily but the heat didn't work and we had very limited channels on TV.
The staff and customer service were horrible. They charged us s lot of fees and we ended up paying nearly $320 for a room the was originally $157. Had I not been so far away from home and just ready to see the sites after a long flight, we would have stayed elsewhere. Beware of the prices because they charged us a "resort" fee(for what I'm not sure) and the restaurant choices and the casino experience were very poor. We definitely got what we paid for.
The hotel charged my card twice. $195 extra. Still waiting for my money back!!
Good location. Excellent value for money. Good restaurant within the hotel. Plenty of parking
Wi-fi was advertised but DID NOT WORK. Called the help desk several times about it but it never got fixed.
Clean, big, big widows,
they forgot to make up my room one day. Also there was quite a bit f confusion. I had to pay over $100.00 at the desk that you didn't charge ???? I don't have my reciept handy but I remember that , you chargs over $100.00
room was old and not well maintained TV was small with few channels pool was closed at night lots of creepy people around parking was a joke for the same money could of stayed at a good hotel
The location on Strip
Almost everything...i paid 545$ after a book with 307$
