Location is some distance away from the popular spots on the strip.

Check in took over an hour Room was very dirty (wall paper was peeling, tiles were missing in the bathroom, there was hair in the bathtub and on floor, the carpet was dirty & torn, the bedding had holes in it, the pillows were chunky, the hallways were dirty and had a bad odor. .
Strong sigarette smell in the room. Non working hair drier. Poor and old decor
The television didn't work. The price that I was quoted and paid for online was not what I was charged when I checked out.
I didn't like the the stay. If you were not closing, I wouldn't chose to stay there again.
They added a lot more fees then what was on the website
I got my money back
It was the dirty, and not one employee took there job seriously not even management
The overall service seemed poor.
It was an old hotel with a lot of history.
long line to check in
Face to face customer service was good, calling for services from the room, unacceptable, no one answer the phones, had to go directly to front desk for answers and directions.
Great staff, working hard in the last weeks of the Riviera's 60 years
All the rest!very very very old hotel, pictures on the web do not give the right idea of how really it is.
The bed was confortable end the wifi ok
The shower was clogged and didn't drain even after letting it sit overnight.
When I checked in they forgot to give me room keys so I had to go all the way back downstairs for room keys
Casino right downstairs
went to check in and apparently there was flooding in one of their buildings. they ended up sending me to circus circus, i wanted a full refund to go somewhere else which they refused.
- Resort fee are extremely high, so you think you have a good deal but then you end up paying the taxes + resort fee... For half the price I had a nicer room at the intercontinental KL (5*) But I guess that's for the show... - Drinks at the pool are over priced as well - It was really dark in the room, no sunlight coming in
- we could use the pool even after check out. Breakfast buffet was nice, especially for 19$ (on weekdays) - the whole hotel is nice
kinda rundownish. the place is DECENT at best. nothing fancy at all about the Riviera. only come here if ur broke
i liked the location, not too far from the strip. oh and the price
Smoke in casino (all Vegas), tub didn't drain well, bathroom wall had peeling wallpaper.
Good price, relatively close to the strip, bed was great
Wifi not working in room, located far from the attractions of the Strip, hotel feels old and without any theme.
Nothing in particular
When we first arrived, there was absolutely no parking. We were turned away from valet even though we had a room because they were full. What kind of hotel has no parking for their guests? My husband complained and voila! They had valet parking available for our car. We requested a bell hop to help with our bags and the guy just stood there! My sister asked if we were going to be helped and he just looked the other way! How rude!! Don't stay here!
room was not smell good
