I like the price and always clean
More comforts warm
The price was low, check in was very easy, the staff was very nice and accommodating.
While it is close to Disneyland, after spending all day in the park, the walk back to this hotel can seem interminable. But during peak times at Disneyland, this hotel remains very affordable. The room was sparse. The bathroom was oddly shaped. The bedding didn't seem super clean. But we just wanted a place to crash near the Parks.
No outlets to charge appliances
we were able to do early check in, the beds are always comfy, the staff is so friendly if we need anything we just ask, very clean.
there was no ice machine. yeah thats the only down part
The entire experience from arriving at the hotel to leaving was great! We traveled to Anaheim for the Blizzcon convention and this location was perfect for walking there! Thanks for being so helpful and kind!
The walls are a little thin, but this was hardly an issue to us!
The price is good.
Just the carpet is in not good condition.
Location and value for the money
No negatives at all
Cheap price (lower than neighbors motels) Walking distance from Disneyland Resort (10 minutes) Microwave and fridge
Worn out furniture but for the price you can't ask for 4 stars amenities.
I loved that it was close to everything, shopping, food, Entertainment. Disneyland one Big block away.Knott's Berry Farm close by. Loved it.Great price on booking hotel. Free WiFi, Free Cable including HBO. Pool was clean, Complimentary breakfast was good.Parking was Free.
Great price. It was clean and very close to Disneyland, about a 15 minute walk.
Continental breakfast wasn't much of anything, store bought box of little muffins.
Not super expensive, decent sized rooms, good a/c, and good sized bathroom
Parking isn't great since it shares the same parking lot with another hotel.
Microwave and fridge, non carpet on floors.
very noisy even during midnight, no elevator
Walking distance to Disneys Comfortable beds Plenty of room Large bathroom
Breakfast not so great though the coffee was good.
The only thing this hotel in it's favor was it was a reasonable distance from Disneyland and even that is a bit of a stretch.
Extremely dirty, mold in the bath tub, walls were filthy, molding around the doors an windows were falling off, touch up work very visable on the walls, front desk staff not welcoming or friendly.
there was no kitchen ...
walking distance to Disneyland
wasn't informed about breakfast option and it was donuts and coffee.
Location was totally superb considering the costs. 3 kids under 12 and a 15 minute walk to the gates of Disney were fabulous. Even got legit discounted City Pass for all the family after asking the owner, saving us over $80. Plenty of restaurants across the road. Aircon and fridge worked. All I can say is: Ask and ye shall receive". Extra pillows, ironing facilities, just about anything that wasn't in the room we were supplied on request. Overall a positive experience, leaving us with extra shopping money. Cheap arse laundrette just up the road by petrol station.
Being on the high street it is noisy. Advise top floor as wooden structure makes bottom floor a bit noisier when everyone comes back at night. Noise from high street is cancelled out by humming from aircon, which we found helped us sleep with its hypnotic sounds. Overall cleanliness was good, but attention to detail in crevices were missed. Breakfast is extremely basic, with only healthy option as apples. Wife didn't like reception/breakfast room constant smell of curry.
Efficient staff, clean room, many nearby conveniences, close to Disneyland Toy Story parking lot, great value for the price
No stopper for bathtub drain means bath is shower only.
Proximity to anaheim convention center.
Not enough electric plug . Room not too bright .
Big room, the price of the room very cheap and it was fine for one night
AC is super loud and breakfast is very poor
The mattresses I think they need a new ones
Great value , good price , friendly desk clerk, good location next to food and d land.
While the place was clean it seemed out dated.
The decor of the place - slightly rustic Mexican - was nice and quirky, which I like. That it was close to Disneyland and to Anaheim Convention Centre which I had a conference to attend at was fantastic! Also, the pool and free Wifi were handy as I was visiting from Australia and wasn't willing to pay for international downloading charges through my mobile provider. Also that the rate was half that of the ritzy places around the Convention Centre was good. Plus they let me into my room when I arrived at 9 am on the first day since it was available and ready which was nice (especially since I'd traveled all night and wanted a shower).
Kitchen facilities were majorly lacking, apart from a fridge and a microwave there was nothing else - no kettle, no tea/ coffee making facilities, no crockery/ cutlery. I had read other reviews hinting at this before coming and thus tossed in a travel mug, plastic container and some cutlery, peeler and a paring knife and I'm glad I did as I would have been stuck if I didn't. I ended up making my tea and coffee in the microwave! I also never saw a sign of the 'breakfast included' offer that I had accepted. This didn't bother me that much as being in the fitness industry I am always at the ready to take what food is available into my own hands (I always know where the grocery stores are before arriving at a place); but to offer something but not deliver is rather poor customer service.
Beds comfortable, cooler kept room like an ice box (nice)
Wood floors hard on feet after long day of walking.
