Doormen were excellent. Close to the beach with free beach chairs. Housekeeping is very poor because they do not understand a word of English. The wall is too thin. Could not sleep because of the TV noise next door. Reception may not be efficient; was charged different rates. Had to pay extra for the taxi because of the poor response when checking-out. No prior response to my mail sent asking as to how to get on the free shuttle-bus from the airport. |

Staff friendly and helpful, very comfortable and stylish suites with excellent and good quality facilities, lots of space, great location - easy walking distance to Ocean Drive. Poolside breakfast is sufficient, Free shuttle bus to the airport is a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again, much better than the last hotel I used in Miami. Rooms are very very dark, a torch would be useful to find things in your suitcase. Note that a hotel surcharge/tax of $15/day (per suite) is billed in addition to the figure quoted on booking.com |

This was a beautiful hotel with lavish furnishings. Great use is made of the space especially the pool area. The staff were great and added to the experience. |

Design hotel in a good location. I can recommend this beautiful hotel, but only if you are happy that there is no service or nice staff. The hotel staff were not nice particularly front desk. Only couple of staff were nice. |

location is good. Suite is big with everything you need. It can be noisy from your neighbor sometimes. Some stuff is broken in the room without fix. |

The suite was wide, clean and equipted. The staff was very friendly. Not enough light in the room. Walls are colored in dark colors. Breakfast was very poor. Not so close to the center and the beach. The neighbor room was putting on loud music during the whole night and the front desk didn't do anything about it. |

The staff were accomodating when we told them that the sleeper couch was impossible to sleep on. The hotel is for couples - great for city trips. The sleeper couch is terribly uncomfortable and the rooms need more lighting. |

We were "upgraded" to the penthouse (PHA) suite at no extra charge. Close proximity (a 3 block walk) to the beach. Staff very attentative to any request for service. The breakfast was included for free...but only for 2 hours... from 8 till 10. Not that fancy but sufficient enough to get your morning started by the pool. An overall good stay at this "boutique" place. Free bus-shuttle to the airport (a real bonus) considering we paid 42 dollars, for a taxi, from the airport. Sure, there's always "something" if you choose to be very picky. For example, I found the lighting, especially in our room, not to be that bright...because of the "low voltage" wiring system being used. The elevator was alright but not a "speedy Gonzales" going up or down. Although the pool is small but it was clean and inviting. The pillows in the poolside chairs could use a "stain / soil removal" session as they are always being used for breakfast and pool activities. |

pool full of mosquitos , they caharge me 15 dollars extra for some tax that doesnt exist in florida , and also 20 dollars more for late check out -at 12h- ,I willnt come back there . they are liers |

Very, very friendly staff ( especially Reception Desk Manager Lilu ), nice designed rooms, cleanliness, comfort.The beach is relatively near and the hotel is a real bargain- bingo! The pool is a little bit small, but the beach is only one block away. |

The Rooms were funky and very spacious.The pool area was cool - not a massive pool - but enough to swim about and cool off. The cabanas and sofas around the pool were nice. No where decent or cheaper than the $30 valet parking. They should have an option for reduced parking. There are some mulit storey car parks about half way down collins (near the Chesterfield hotel) that parking is $20 per 24 hours. |

Good sized and well furnished rooms, with art deco style. Friendly, helpful staff, good location for beach access and Lincoln Road shops A good stay, and decent value with a discount, but the hotel needs to be more on top of the maintenance: e.g. we had problems with the shower tap and temperature in our room and there was a rather basic breakfast on disposable tableware by a pool that wasn't cleaned during our stay. |

design, big rooms, friendly personal, near to the beach, near to the shopping center, services like: airportshuttle, cool water at the pool, towels for the beach, cocktails at the catalina, delivery-service from the catalina restaurant no bar, the cleaning personal only speaks spanish but no english, the breakfast could have more choices than marmelade and cream cheese |

I loved that it was a great price, and my god the rooms are huge!!! Great pool area, and we liked that we still had beach chairs on the beach. It also was great to have a corner store near by. |

I love the Riviera South Beach! The rooms are huge, and brand new. So glad I found it on Booking.com The location was perfect, in the Miami Strip, but away from the night time noise! I loved it all!!! |

la atencion del personal ha sido excelente asi como la habitación por disponer de un salon, cocina y dormitorios independientes. estaba en la habitacion 303 y notaba ruido del aire acondicionado del pasillo que no se podia apagar. Debería estar insonorizado. Tuve que utilizar tapones para los oidos. No obstante es un problema que solo afectaba a esta habitacion y me ofrecieron cambiarla. Con los tapones, ya decidi no cambiarme. |
