Score from 21 reviews Wonderful
Poor facilities, small pool, very bad soundproofness (I wasn't able to sleep, staff didn't help me)
good localization, first they gave me a dark and depressing room with a tiny window looking at the wall, but after I asked for a change they gave me nice room with a street view.
extremely unfriendly staff ruining the good impression, free wifi is terrible, pretty much doesn't work
very good location
the room was too dark
Location great, room was spacious and well equipped. Staff generally helpful.
Not intending to place bad comments, but service in Morenos was very slow and the food ....not great for the money. The room was rather dark - lighting inadequate. Check in was chaotic as we were early arrivals.
Somehow, smoke from adjacent rooms, the ventilation system or the restaurant outside infiltrated our room. It was fairly intense at times and unpleasant.
Nice roof top pool area, hotel bar atmosphere with live music and free happy hour, complimentary airport shuttle & beach chairs and towels. Overall very pleasant and stylish hotel
some walking to restaurant areas
Good location, friendly staff, nice pool area and roof terrace
We stayed in building 3 which had very noisy rooms so didn't sleep, lift very noisy, pillows very uncomfortable, not enough clothes hangers. Safe unusable after dark due to lack of lighting. Railing closet in PHA too high to reach, bathroom extremely tiny.
No heat, no coffee, no help
the hotel is good for couple that enjoy cozy
the light of the room, too much furniture
Location was great. Room was very pretty but overall pretty small. But that's normal unless you pay a lot in South Beach or stay more out of the way. Beds super comfy. A/C good and quiet. WiFi strong. Bathroom nice but odd having the washbasin in the main room. Pleasant decor and accommodating staff.
Odd to open the curtains and have a whole bar full of folk outside slightly obscured by palms. Sound proofing was OK and live music finished early so in the end no problem. As the restaurant and bar here is popular I'd check room location next time and try and avoid that area.
The location could be ideal
The "suite I had was small, dark, at the street level surrounded by very noisy neighbors. Very bad price (high) and quality very poor. I objected about the street level. The reception desk refused to allocate a different room. VERY BAD
We had a suite which was nice but a little dark. Would have been nice to have had a balcony.
We were asked to pay an additional tax that we knew nothing about. No apology was made for the misunderstanding.
Treated us perfectly and even gave us a free suite upgrade when they found out we were there for our wedding and honeymoon. Super nice staff and the suite was superb. Facilities were clean and comfortable with the most relaxing atmosphere. I'll be back for sure.
PLace, bar and staff
Bed Location AC placement
Wash basin outside the toilet, no good hygien
Facilities were great, location superb, and airport shuttle fantastic. All staff extemely helpful: must mention Lori-Ann on front desk. Overall - Fabulous Will stay on our next visit to South Beach.
Wi-fi sometimes patchy.
Pretty much everything, nice building, room, free shuttle, complimentary towels & beach chairs
The restaurant/breakfast is rather dissapointing. Non heated pool
Comfort of bedding; close to the beach.
breakfast (even continental) would fulfill the "above standard" rating. Shuttle drivers need to be a little more helpful with luggage; or at least show passenger where they can conveniently put them.
The staff is really good
Clean and good location.
Beds were worn out, banana a shaped, terrible for your back. No space in room for suitcases, very impractical and overpriced.
I liked everything about this hotel. Quiet in the rooms but near all the places in South Beach. You can walk to Lincoln Road and the beach. Rooms were wonderful. Would stay here again.
Would have liked to have a bathtub, but that won't keep me from coming back.
The boutique hotel had a quaint vibe and the decor was nice in the room.
The windows in the room was covered by some huge greenery so it block the sunlight, and the water flow in the bathroom was slow.
The location is good and the bed was decent.
Room was small with the very tiny bathroom. The shower had residue buildup on the floor. When I turned on the shower, the handle came right off. I was lucky I didn't break a toe. The sink was awkwardly located in the entry hall and was tiny as well with very little room to maneuver - and I'm a dude who just needed to brush his teeth. My wife would have hated it. The free shuttle made 10 other stops on the way to the airport, so give yourself plenty of time. Overall I got a discounted deal but still not worth the money.
Great enviornment and comfortable place to stay. An unique hotel I have stayed at and had a great atmosphere and feeling.
The staff lacked hospitality training. Process for checking in, and out was terrible. Front desk didn't know the difference between an invoice and a recpiet after I checked out. Manager didn't return my call, and I had to come back to get the recpiet the next day. Valet/bellboy weren't honest when I asked for street parking. Said no street parking because it is residental, only valet or parking garage which cost more than 30 dollars a day. I found metered street parking a block away from the hotel. Made me wonder about the staff there .
The pools were beautiful (two- one rooftop, and one shaded in courtyard), the staff were helpful, and it had a good boutique hotel feel.
