Wi Fi, location
slanted ceilings in room as well as shower. would not accomodate anyone taller than 5'6". Although there were other open rooms the staff would not upgrade because this is the room that we booked. I would understand this had the place been full.
Absolutely excellent location with more than adequate breakfast and pleasant accommodations.
Convenient for local shopping and dining.
Our street level room was noisy because of pedestrians and local traffic.
Location is excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet. For the money, this place was fine. I would have no problem staying here again.
When we booked, it said it included breakfast. It was a continental breakfast and was a little on the weak side. Coffee was good and hot. Some of people manning the front desk didn't know how to handle a couple of basic questions we had about the bill. They were very nice, they just didn't know anything.
I liked the location and the helpful staff. Breakfast was convenient since we were staying in the main house. The bed was very comfortable.
The furniture was not only old, but of poor quality. The bathroom should have been updated years ago.
Not able to get a rebate for one of the three nights paid for although a weeks notice given
The location & room were lovely
Excellent location. Clean room comfy bed.
Not the typical B&B atmosphere. More like a hotel really, with a mediocre continental breakfast. A B&B is supposed to have a nice real breakfast. This was more "motel 6 conti. breakfast". I am fine with that, but, don't try to sell yourself as a B&B.
Great location, convent to restaurants, shopping, museum, and Ferry.
Small bath and room needs updating.
The upgrade, location and staff where amazing. The place needs new bathrooms. Other then that t was lovely. Location is awesome and, the courtyard was a great place to hang.
The shower head!
The location of the Hotel was perfect. Very much in the middle of everything. The town is a small, so it is very walkable. The local bus brought you to both ends of the Island, so it was perfect to see just a little bit of the whole Island. The hotel was good for the money, but I was there off season.
The continental breakfast was fair, nothing to write about. Very limited with their offerings. I work in the travel industry, customer service is what stands out with me. The staff was pleasant, but did not wow me.
Location is really good - just a few short blocks from the ferry and convenient to shops and places to eat. The room was nice and well kept.
Noise on the street, and noise from other rooms, woke my wife during the night.
Location and nice room.
Very high bed!!
The entire facility created a relaxing environment. The finishes were modern & comfortable & the staff helpful. I would stay here again & again & highly recommend.
There wasn't a negative about our stay, the location or the staff.
The staff was great, the location can't be beat, and the room was fine.
The bathroom was not great. The frame all around the shower was dirty looking and peeling, and inside and outside of shower was moldy. Should be cleaned up.
Being in a B&B located within walking distance of great shopping, eating, & "strolling".
Size of the bed.
comfortable king mattress clean sheets continental breakfast
dirty moldy ice bucket Left over empty wine bottle with cigarette butts in room Lamp shades over bed filthy and falling apart Sloping floor Sloping ceiling so you cannot stand Price outrageous for room Uncomfortable twin mattress Peeling paint on tub Old TV Incredibly small
Most everything. Old, charming and very comfortable.
Eating area needs more room...
Location to harbor area and shops
Room was small. Elect maintenance was a little scary
Pam is awesome, she is so helpful and cares so much your stay is the best it can be.
Nice and clean..great staff.convenient location right in town
3rd floor room...stairs VERY steep, but they do warn you about that! The walls are very thin and the pillows we had were not comfortable.
The location is excellent. Great and popular coffee shop next door. Wonderful and very popular Black Eyed Susan's restaurant for breakfast just around the corner. Lovely and comfortable bed. Nice courtyard and porches with beautiful flowers. Room and bath very clean. Staff were gracious and helpful - four star on this count.
Room was tiny. Only one small "slipper chair" and also this was only place to lay things down other that the bed. Closet space was tiny and only 1/2 length. Didn't have the continental breakfast but the space pretty plain and on a lower level. Only a very small ugly metal and glass table in the bath room and the paint was peeling and the table rocked. More attention needs to be given to the overall condition of the room and bath. At this price, bath products should be nicer, a bit larger and include lotion.
We were booked into a room with a fireplace, unfortunately it was windy and a little rainy, which created a downdraft that caused a very smoky smelling room! The staff were excellent, moved us immediately to a beautiful room for the remainder of our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our stay there. This complex is right downtown, you can everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.
No complaints about the Roberts Collection.
Our 3rd floor room had fun views looking down on streets of Nantucket
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I am sure that inn keeping is difficult and expensive on Nantucket. Some rooms at the Roberts Collection may be lovely, I suspect. Ours was not. Located up a dangerously steep stair on the third floor, our room and bathroom were shabby and desperately in need of updating. The windows did not stay open on their own. Eaves impeded movement in the bedroom and to a degree in the bath; I was worried about cracking my head on the wall in the middle of the night. The breakfast room is cheerless and not improved by a blaring tv. A few flowers and real dishes would help greatly. All in all, even on expensive Nantucket, it was not a fair deal for $175 a night, and that was a discounted rate.
