    Everything except the tv. No coffee shop was taken care of by the Marriott across the street.With a little money it would be excellent. Just some small things need adjusting and fixed around the hotel. It was clean.

    The tv didn't work well at all.

    Nice early registration, comfort of the room.

    We received an upgrade and the room was very nice and large.

    Although the lady that booked us in was very nice the other younger girl wasn't so pleasant . We asked about a place to eat for dinner and sent us to Prime 1000 but didn't tell us it was more on the upscale side price wise. We asked about a breakfast place and her directions weren't very good and we had to ask many people were it was and didn't get there.

    The ceiling in shower was leaking and we called the front desk and nobody showed up to even look at the leak after they said someone was already on their way up.

    Very comfortable beds. Good hot water in the shower!!!!

    Location was great staff was nice.

    Pillows on bed were not good and a person should not have to pay that much for parking. Also the room was too small especially with the big tv in the middle.

    Location

    Lack of onsite parking, lack of concierge services (staff had little knowledge of nearby restaurants), appeared to be a group of "working girls" loitering close to the entrance of the hotel on Saturday night.

    The size of the suite.

    No pillow cases on the pillows on the bed. Very dirty glass table tops and chipped bathroom counter.

    The location was great. The parking wasn't as bad as people complained about, the garage isn't attached to the hotel no, but one block walk is not bad. The hotel suited our needs but definitely did not have any extras. The coffee bar downstairs was even closed the entire time we were there.

    Only one remote provided for two televisions. Coffee bar closed. Pool closed.

    Location

    There was no hotel store/shop to buy water or snacks, which wouldn't normally be a big deal but there is also no restaurant in the hotel. After arriving in on a late flight I had to go next door to the Renaissance hotel to buy water and snack. There was no water supplied in the room and the bar in my room didn't have a mini-fridge so I could buy and keep drinks.

    The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had to call multiple times when we were struggling to find the hotel and they were exceptionally helpful. The room was a great steal financially and very well equipped.

    I didn't like that I had no idea that parking would be an additional 16 dollars a day. That made a large difference in the price of our stay, when we were completely unaware of that potential cost. It was also tricky for us to find.

    Location to most downtown attractions was very good. Great rooms with lots of space.

    The room was spacious and comfortable

    Staff. Only one person working during check in time. Waited nearly 30 minutes to get checked in. During check out the lady forgot what she was doing, while the other agent sat across the lobby watching her. The Photos below do not show the lobby or their staff.

    Everyone was so friendly. We travel a lot and stay in very upscale places, but even though this hotel wasn't a five star resort, we found it to be very comfortable and what a great location. Staff was so accommodating.

    The location was good for what I needed to do.

    I should not have to pay for parking when I'm paying $120 for a one night stay

    I did enjoy the location

    No parking, pool closed and were not informed prior to booking had we known we would of not choosen this hotel. There was an entertainment center in the middle of the room the bathroom did not have a fan, and there was soap still out from the last guest.
