The staff were amazing.

They never got our reservation from Booking.com. The room was under construction. The bathroom outlet didn't work. The tv remote didn't work.

motel extremely old. vanity top cracked in several ploaces - no water pressure - toilet kept running constantly. a/c very noisey. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Quietness, nice staff, breakfast included. The hand bars in the bathroom were helpful.

The commode was somewhat low to the floor for a wheelchair accessable room. We found a partially consumed bottle of beer in the refridgerator, which made us wonder how well the room was cleaned.

The staff was professional and courteous.

My original room key didn't work. I was moved to a room for which the TV remote did not change channels and channel/volume buttons on the TV itself were broken.

The faciiities were horable!!!! The first room didn't have hot water.. So they gave us another room and it had holes in the wall, the ceiling was opened in some areas... I will never stay there again it need a complete remodel.. I am very afraid of mice and all nite I was scared one would come in through the holes..... Very uncomfortable!!!!!

Clean room with working toilet/shower. Plus good nc style barbecue restaurant across street.

Having to return from our Florida vacation. No complaints about the hotel.

The room was cozy.

The shower was pathetic,...temp control handle not fastened, and loose, as was the shower head. Half way through my shower, the water started getting cold, so before it got cold, I shut it off, and lathered up, hoping that there would be enough luke water to rinse off with. Upon turning the water back on, it was freezing!! It then slowly got warm enough to complete my shower.

Coffee packs were not delivered on last day of stay, and bed not made up. Looks like the cleaning was only partially done on room. Room sink and bath facilities needs serious upgrades, as creaks in sink, shower and bath controls were loose and tile was in need of re-chalking.

Very convenient as we traveled south to Hilton Head Island.

The water heater for my room went out. Mgt. immediately moved me to another room. I had looked at more expensive hotels, but this Day's Inn gave me everything they offered and at a much more affordable rate. It was a good location, too.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast area, the room and the office looked and smelled clean. Everything worked in the room, i.e. the TV, the remote, the hair dryer.

The tub emptied very slowly, so you were in standing water while showering.

Clean and convenient for our travels.

It took a LONG time for hot water to arrive in our room. But it did stay once it got thru the pipes.

ThiS was an unplanned stay. My family member was in Naah hospital. We has dogs with us. It was great to find a hotel online with my smart phone,find one that wa s per friendly. And at a good price I would do it again.

Nothing!!! The pool chlorine burned my eyes. The shower curtain had holes in it. The bed was hard as rocks. The air condition ran all night no auto either you are cold or hot.

Even though I was in a non-smoking room, it smelled of old cigarette smoke. Everything about the motel looked shabby and run down.

The price.

We needed to get on the road early and the free breakfast didn't open until 7:00 am.

é um motel simples, mas o nosso quarto tinha um grande defeito: o ar condicionado era SUPER-barulhento o que tornava impossível dormir com o mesmo ligado... Felizmente estamos numa época em que ainda se pode dormir sem a/c, mas nos meses de mais calor isto pode ser um problema grave.
