My viewed hotels
location and staff
There were ants, also needed a new bedspread. it had a cigarette burn on it. This room was in the process of renovation
Bed was comfortable, room was clean and fairly spacious.
Noisy at night (we were at front of building so, in addition to rowdy guests coming in at 2am, also had street noise. Not a great breakfast - limited options and husband complained doughnuts were stale and OJ was out.
When we first walked into our room we could smell cigarettes. The desk clerk moved us right away into another room. Great service. A nice stay in an inexpensive hotel.
The breakfast options were minimal. Cereal choice was frosted flakes or apple jacks.
The price was better than many other motels/hotels in Plymouth, NC The bed was nice.
1) the A/C was off in our room. Our reservation was made over 3 hours and one state away and the room was not ready! It took over two hours to cool down to 80 degrees and over night to 72! 2) a two inch water bug was in the bathroom and staff refused to get it. I had to catch it. 3) the utensils in the drawer gad chips and other crumbs in the drawer. 4) the seal at the bottom of the door was poor and the entire night any time the A/C unit at the next room kicked on or turned off, it woke me up! 5) the continental breakfast breads and bagels were stale and the butter was melted and separated. 6) The bathroom door would not completely close 7) the toilet paper did not have a place to hang and got wet on the sink. Unfortunately, this was a very bad stop. The second worst one in 27 years of marriage!
The night shift lady
Pillows and a/c unit not very cold
Our room was very clean including the bathroom.
The bathroom was very small and cramped. Also didn't like that there was only one towel rack to hang wet towels. Otherwise it was a good value for a quick overnight stay.
The size and furnishing of the room. The location and it was on the main highway.
The key card was hard to use, it would take several trys for the door to unlock.
Not one thing
Oh my goodness. I think that this hotel is the most disgusting hotel that exists. I believe that a sidewalk in new dehli would be more pleasant. I couldnt cancel my reservation once I arrived. I asked to see the room, whoa it was so incredibly disgusting. Mold mildew smell, cigar smoke, urine smell. Uninhabitable. I just paid the fifty bucks and left. Hopefully they cancelled the next nights resv., I will call booking.com tomorrow.
The room was nice for the cost. New carpet was great to have.
comfortable bed and good lighting
traffic noise in front on highway
TV reception was excellent. Plenty of hot water for a bath. Quiet.
As soon as I opened the door, the odor of wet carpet hit me. Spent the night with a family of 10-15 flies.
reasonable price for a weekend trip, nice breakfast
some of the staff was unfriendly and the roll out bed mattress was disgusting, duct tape used to fix holes in the walls
For the value, this was a wonderful deal. The place was clean and peaceful. No rowdiness, no noise at all. Tenants were friendly. Staff was courteous.
We arrived in Plymouth a couple of hours before check-in and, because our family members were not reachable, needed to ask if we could check in an hour early. After several tries, no one answered the phone at the hotel. We decided to drive there. There was no one in the lobby for at least 10 minutes. After that, however, we were very, very satisfied. I slept well for the first time in months and would love to know where they got that mattress from.
$30 less than the Holiday Inn. Friendly staff. Fridge and microwave in room.
Room #112 reeks like pee! Pool faces the East so it only gets sun until 5pm. Unsavory characters constantly cutting through rear parking lot.
Tutto perfetto! Convenient for those who want to sleep at the entrance to the Outer Banks to visit them the next day (the visitor center is less than one hour). The structure is great and the breakfast as well! Very quietly, but with fast food restaurants nearby. Everything perfect!
Close to the Outer Banks - within 2 hours.
Noise, people partying till 2 AM outside the room and no one would do anything. A couple was given a key to our room and tried to get in at 3:30 AM scaring us with no apology from the staff. Rough neighborhood and area. I am surprised you have it on your listings at all. Not good for your business!!!!
Decent beds, convenient location
Price , good wifi
Didn't have my reservation, good job that I phoned ahead
we loved it. staff was extremely nice especially rita the night person went out of her way to make sure that my handicapp mother in law was comfortable.
the only thing I didnt like was there is not alot of local resturants to eat at.
Neat city, so location is ok. Staff were helpful and efficient.
Area felt unsafe and room smelled bad.
We stopped at the Port-o-Plymouth Inn to break up the drive from Durham to Duck.
The room smelled terrible. The pool was brown. the room felt dirty. The sheets did not fit the mattress seemed like they had a double sheet on a queen size bed. The town is quite depressed and had few food options. (Pizza Hut, Mac Donalds)
Staff was very friendly
Housekeeping wasn't that good.
