Rodeway Inn and Suites Portland  

Nice folks, clean, comfy place.

Pillows were a bit too large.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The mattress was firm and comfortable.

Interior stairway was ragged looking. The stair banister was not clean, sticky. Difficulty in finding the motel.

It was very budget friendly, the staff was nice and the hotel was clean.Also, pretty close to public transportation

Not many restaurants or food shops around. Can smell strong cigarette smoke in the hall ways.

It is very very bad, I don't live there again

The staff was very helpfull, at dorst we didnt have any towels and the remote didnt work, so they helped us right away

The hallway had a bit of a smokey smell but besidesvthat everything was fine.

I liked the free breakfast which consisted of coffee, apple and orange juices, pastries, and white/wheat toast. Every morning I would wake up and eat 4 toasted slices of wheat toast, grab a drink of apple juice, and a couple of cups of coffee...Yummy!

If I were a young single man or an old single man with no morals, I would visit the strip club next door. However, I am a christian single man who will not attend those types of places. I did choose to stay at this Rodeway Inn for the simple fact it was cheap.

The first room assignment was a miatake,it was dirty and in the process of being recaulked. couldnt login to wifi even after calling the front desk.

I loved the way my wife and I were treated. It was a last minute reservation and we could not believe even as late as we arrived we were greated with a great smthey smile. The best thing they served free breakfast. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Never judge a book by its cover!!!!

Upon arival we checked in . When we entered our room we were in shock ! It looked like someone had thrown a hand granade in it & shut the door ! There was no furniture the bed was torn apart with the matress thrown against the wall and there was trash & debree everywhere including what I assume were feathers from pillows all over the place needless to say this room was no way rentable & I can't beleive that if the staff could not have known it . After calling the front desk we went back in & they gave us a different room . The second room we got the heat didnt work & it looked like the unit had overloaded the plug that it was plugged into because it had black burn marks all over it . The temp that night was below freezing outside so the room was not warm !

Easy access to freeways. TV and WiFi worked fine. Friendly staff. Clean.

The area around has seen better days. They saved every possible cent on the breakfast provided. I did not feel welcome.

Only thing I liked about the motel was the price and how close it was to everything and not far from downtown.

I did not like that the first room they gave me, the sink did not drain, and the door to the bathroom literally would not close at all. So it gave whoever was in there no privacy, thankfully they switched our room but it was still an inconvenience.

Room smelled hallway smelled and carpets weren't very clean. Tv had lousy reception

not very clean especially the sheets breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but it was stil closed at 6:45

I enjoyed the fact that there were things to go see within walking distance. It was a quiet place to stay.

I did not like the showers. They are sooooo short that we almost had to get on our knees to get our heads wet. And I'm not kidding.

We chose this hotel because it was rated 3 stars and we were quite disappointed. It was old and unmaintained, the entire gounds smelled like cigarette smoke (we had a non-smoking room and all of my clothes still smell of smoke), there was mold in the shower curtain, etc. It was the type of place where you don't dare to touch anything with bare skin because you don't trust the cleanliness. The continental breakfast was nothing more than 2 loaves of bread ready to be put in a toaster and a juice machine. I would not return.

The price was fine.

The location is not so convenient and it is showing signs of aging and could be better maintained.

The location to shopping and the freeway. The staff was great, we were put in a smaller room and I went to the desk and told them I would pay for an upgrade and they gave it to me for the same price.

The walls between rooms are thin.

That it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for as I found out.

They were suppose to be a non-smoking rooms and the hallways and rooms, smelled horribly of smoke. The shower leaked super bad, the sinks would not drain. The rooms smelled so bad. I had children with me and I was appauled. Wish I never booked there. Big mistake.

It was cheap for Portland area. If you want a cheap place to sleep, and get up and out in the morning.

Breakfast was a joke. Should have just stated "free" coffee, instead of stating breakfast. Towels in bathroom were clean but well used. King size bed with 3 tiny pillows. Internet was not working.

Room was very clean. Front staff was pleasant. I would stay again.

Very minimal breakfast and you had to take it back to your room. No dining area.

Others are very nice, this one nothing.

This specific location the only thing that was nice was the bathroom was new looking. Every thing else was so sub-par to your other facilities that if this was the first one I had ever been to....well, I would not have even replied to survey your company. Every thing from personnel, smell of hallways and room, condition of the facility as a whole was so ghetto we felt like we were in a third world country or a very bad "B" movie.

I did not liek anything the room had a bad odor and it was holes in the wall just horrible I feel like I want my money back.

The location worked well for me, and there was a transit center that was a short walk from the Inn.

The mattress had seen better days, there were no restaurants in the immediate area, and the continental breakfast was a little sparse.
