The reception lady doesnt speak english you dont understand wat she is saying, maybe talking about the client or there hotel. Hmm

The price/location. Those were the only two things this facility had going for it. When we asked for extra towels we received stained rags. My husband returned them to the front desk and we drove to a store and bought our own towels. I would rather stay at a hotel that has a less convenient location and would be willing to pay a bit more than stay here again.

Nothing, the staff was nice though. They found me another hotel after I arrived to what you guys screwed up.

The smoked in Non-smoking room, but that was your website's screw up. It was old and should be torn down.

More things were broke than worked. Internet did not work in the evening nor did the tv. Fan in the bathroom made a horrible noise and you could not turn it off if you wanted the light on. No shower toiletries, mattress was on a sheet of plywood, no box springs and pillows need to be thrown out. No coffee pot even after we asked. Place was not clean. We're not picky people but this was the worst motel room we have ever stayed in. The term rw Inn & Suites is misleading because there is no suite on the premises as the rooms are very small.

Rodeway Inn was very conveniently located near the home of our nephew and niece. As a retired minister, I celebrated the wedding of our grand-nephew and his fiance at a wedding venue in Snohomish on May 27. The staff at Rodeway Inn were wonderful - they treated us in a friendly as well as a professional manner, and responded helpfully to several of our inquiries, including recommending an excellent restaurant where we went to dinner one of the evenings we were there. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting a reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly place to stay. We hope to return there in the future when we are in the Seattle area to visit our family who live in Shoreline.

the front desk staff tried to make the best of some poor situations. they were friendly and immediately took action to solve problems.

room was not cleaned so was switched first night. the replacement room did not have towels. this hotel has good bones but the little things that would make you think you were in a well managed facility are overlooked --- lens in bath room light, lens over elevtor lights, better caulking, better installation of items such as rubber baseboards....cleanliness upgraded a notch or two.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The toiletries in the bathroom were very nice. If your going to the zoo or the aquarium it is a good destination to stay

There were cigarette burns all over the room from the table by the front door to all the way into the bathtub and the walls of the room smelled so that you knew this was once a smoking room. There was no smoke alarm just a hole with some wires where there used to be a smoke alarm.

禁煙の部屋を予約したはずなのに、部屋に一歩入ったとたんムッとするほどのタバコの匂い失望しました。カー- ペットもシミだらけで、ｔｖの後ろには掃除し- 忘れたらしいビールの缶が落ちていました。ｔｖも一チャンネルしか映らず、到着時間が遅かったのとハイシー- ズンにしては良心的な料金だったのとで、文句- は言わずなるべく部屋にいないように観光を楽しむようにしました。

Bedbugs! This is really all you need to know not to stay there.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but of the 3 available rooms, all smelled of smoke so we were forced to find another hotel at the last minute.
