Mattress was ok
Torn curtains, dirty, stained carpets in hall and the room, carpet tac strip with nails exposed, only one coffee cup, scratchy towels, dirty shower with adhesive all over the bottom of it.. Not a good bargain for the money.
Good night sleep.
Location and over all appearance.
Terrible facility! Burn marks on floor and counters. Stains on sheets. Smells in corridors. No screen on window. Other hoteliers seemed down and out. The worst motel I've experienced. My son and I were glad to leave.
The room was filthy. There was stains on the walls, floors and ceilings. Burn holes in the bed spread. Repairs to holes in the walls and trim was poorly done. When we complained they offered to move us the next night. It wasn't until we found a needle they offered to refund our stay.
They refunded our money for the second night
The hotel was filthy and the rooms were disgusting. There was a blood covered tissue in the elevator, mascara (not mine) on the handtowel, yellow gunky spots on the counter, the tub was nasty, a spit wad on the toilet, and generally just dirty. I originally booked 2 nights and got refunded for the second bc I could not let my family stay another night. I would discourage booking this hotel for anyone. Not worth saving a few dollars to sleep in filth and who knows what else.
Pretty sure i was chewed up by bed bugs!!!
Impressive the kindness
I travel a fair amount and this facility ties for the worst motel (along with Hotel 6 in Elko, Nev) I have ever stayed in. Filthy, slippery floors with dirty bathtub and rugs and fairly noisy at all hours of the nite. NEVER book here!!
Room was filthy. Crusted on food around bathroom sink. Whiskers and soap scum on rim of sink. Roon stank of body odor. Carpet was covered with food crumbs and dirt. When I spoke with the clerk his fix for the issues was to had me a tub of disinfectant wipes. So not only did I have to pay for a dirty room they expected me to clean it. Now it's been 48 hours and I'm starting to notice bites on my arms and legs. Fleas? Bed bugs? Roach bites? Guess I'll be paying for this room long after I'm gone! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Being a last minute purchase, I would have to say the price.
Graffiti on the back of the front door? A whole lot of it too. Need I say more. What a dump!
Crack heads wandering the parking lot at all hours. People going in and out of units on a continuous basis. Urine smell in the hallway. Room musty. Unsafe, without carrying a gun. But I guess you get what you pay for.
Needs serious cleaning, worn, tired. "Breakfast" was very poor.
Price was fairly good.
The staff were polite and helpful
When we got bavk late at 1am our door key would not work. They told us they lock up all the rooms at 12
A place to stay over busy Labor Day Weekend in Seattle.
Stained hallway carpeting. Coffeemaker unsafe-not functional. TV remote controls-not functional. Reported to staff with no response to correct problems. Cobwebs on ceiling in room.
The place is a dump Should be demolished
Didn't like anything about the place. It really is a bad hotel Dirty dump
When we arrived our room wasn't ready so we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was not very good. I realize it's a budget hotel but it wouldn't take much to upgrade the breakfast. But I'm from Canada where we don't eat sugar coated food.
We had two complaints, we left them on the counter when we left in the morning. I was very pleased that when we returned both complaints were addressed very promptly!
Wish it was closer to my daughters!
Besides the working prostitutes, the blood stains in the bathroom, ruined furniture, and food smeared on the floor and walls, it stunk. Do not ever stay here!
Blood stains, rotten food dried to floor and walls, prostitutes, no hbo. Awfull
rooms were clean, they are doing great job of remodeling
not much for breakfast
Nothing. Rodeway stinks!
I didn't like them canceling my reservation ON THE MORNING WE WERE TO ARRIVE!
Staff was pleasant. Restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again.
first room was unacceptable, second room was adequate. The grounds were dirty,
no sink in bathroom. poor access from main road. no amenities.
Great check in.
Poor check out. Housekeeping was at our door at 11h00 (check-out time) and we received calls every two minutes thereafter until we left the room at 11h10.
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
The whole building and facility were Extremely dirty; carpets needing vaccumed, stains in carpets and matresses, dirt stuckin cracks and crevises of chairs. There were signs of drug trafficing and prostitution and scars on doors left over from what looked like police rades, this made us very uncomfortable when moving about the hotel at all times.
