That I made it out alive
This place was dirty, run down. The rooms did not have towels, and stains all over the carpet. Nothing works, the staff was horrible, and there is no manager running this place. Better off sleeping in car
Dirty carpet, cigarette burns on the bed, wifi didn't work, and rude staff. I couldn't even get a blanket, I will never stay at that place even if I was homeless
I love the wifi, room was good, parking was good..
Water leaks in the lobby, clerks appearance were not professional..
Everything. They didn't even have an ice machine.
The lady that helped me get into the room before midnight since I was out of state
The cleaning lady was upset and bad mouthing me.
I liked the WiFi and the distance to other locations.
They allowed homeless people to lay on the floor. Looks like blood stains were left on the wall. Clean up service never came until check out time. The list goes on.
I like the location.
The people lingering around the hotel & our room was not stocked.
Please do not stay in this hotel if you want to live . I was highly disappointed with this place , i paid 62.90 to stay for one night . First thing , they have high volumes of homeless , prostitutes & drug dealers throughout their facility . We had to be escorted to and from our room for our "safety" . Although the floor we stayed on (7th) was very clean and quiet , the other floors we were told to not go on (especially the 5th floor) . There we men hollering at us telling us how beautiful we were trying to get is to come to their rooms ..once a group of them followed us to see which were our room . They had drug dealers in the elevator asking if we needed any illegal drugs and told us we were at the right place to get any kind we wanted . They lady at the front desk was rude and ghetto and locked me out of the hotel . I had to call to get one of the staff to open the door , which they did after 25 min of waiting . The security guy told me occasionally the swat team come do a sweep of the building to search for people with warrants and catch the ones selling drugs . The next morning we were out of there and found a cheaper hotel right down the street (red roof) that was amazing and very family friendly . I don't recommend this hotel(fairview inn) to anyone ..if you don't believe me just ask around the area before you purchase a room because their non refundable .
The staff was very polite.
The worst place I've ever been..literally checked in and checked back out within ten minutes..no running water, very dirty,un friendly staff and to top that off there where no beds in the room
The staff was very friendly.
Heat didn't work had to change rooms 3 times in 1 night had 2 change hotels
I hated everything!
The only thing I liked was the price I paid
Everything. The staff wasn't professional. The room didnt come with towls you had to put a deposit down for towls. The hotel was just rachet. Had all lot of eachet people there. I couldn't even get on the elevator without somebody telling my that they were selling marijuana. Then the person I was there with had to keep looking out the window to watch his car because he was worried somebody might take it... But if u love smoking and hanging out. Thats your spot. Never again in my life
Everything is poor there
Their was NO breakfast offered in the morning even though the ad said their was, pool is out of order, no gym, wifi was poor, room only got cleaned once a week. Most guests that stay their actually live their on a week to week basis, hallways smelled smoky and so on....
No towels r wash cloths sheets smelled like feet n beer so many prostitutes just disgrace
The front desk workers were really nice
Tv didn't work No tissue in bathroom Had to leave a $10 deposit to get bath towels Fire on second floor but was never told anything about it only knew about it because we saw the fire trucks while we was checking out and asked what was going on
The staff that was on shift during the my check in round ten pm
Well the room wasn't up to part.need new light bulbs, no towels were in the room, the heater was pulled apart, the clock was out the plug.tv stayed on for bout 15 and cut off ,no tv remote
The access to the busline and the freeway.
Easy access to the freeway.
It's close to the busline
The first two rooms I was put in were full of roaches. There are zero refunds so they moved me around 3 times. Everyone that works there is not even slightly professional and do not even acknowledge you as a person... let alone a guest. I regret not spending the extra money to get a more expensive place. The state of the hotel is deplorable. The elevator had cigarette butts and trash inside and the whole place stunk.
Location was very bad.
