Coziness of room. Floor plan.

No elevator. Entrance and reception area needs upgrading.

Good service to and from airport.

Being in a below ground level room. Highway noise.

The staff bent over backwards to be pleasant and friendly. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The room was very nice and comfortable. It looked like it had been newly renovated and was tastefully done.

The sound of the traffic was the only drawback. The hotel is literally on the highway and the traffic is very loud. In spite of the wonderful staff and everything else that was so positive we will not be back because it was very hard to sleep in such a noisy room.

Old style feel to the rooms, comfortable

The smell of the rooms was like incense/candles, etc Noisy.

I like the decor and the shuttle staff were great. The shuttle ran at times we could work with and they got us to the airport on time.

It was dirty. There was hair all over the blankets and bathroom. There were a lot of stains on the comforter. And we had to move because the window did not lock and we were on street level. We were moved to the third floor and those windows did not lock but we felt safer because we were on a higher level.

The bed was big & comfortable

The room was very clean, but it kinda smelled like poop, or sewage inside the room. Once we were settled we no longer thought about it though. Not enough cable TV channels.

staff not helpful,barely polite at front desk,room rug stained all over,bedspread had some type orange sauce streaked accross it,staff couldnt and wouldnt help us figure out what wrong y couldnt get tv station to work and the reply was i no nothing about these tvs. shower had someone elses hair in it on floor,

If the room overlooks on the road, it is almost impossible to fall asleep

Nice comfortable room for a budget price.

The noise level from the road was too much. Asked for a room away from the road, but they said there were none, not sure this was true. Found hair in bathroom, on bed and a piece of floss on the floor by the bed.

The bed was comfortable. Noisy air conditioner.

This hotel is only useful as it is 20 mins from the airport and has a shuttle every hour. It is a poor quality building on a noisy road and rather cramped. People came in late at night to the room above and sounded like a herd of elephants due to the paper thin floor. The price was higher than I had been paying for suites elsewhere. You would be better off staying in the nearby and modern Quality Inn which is part of the same hotel group.

The outside noise was not good. The room itself was good but the noise from others was not good.

Friendly Staff, nice room, excellent Bed! Convenient for Boston City & the free shuttle to & from the subway station in Revere was a really nice touch. Lots of restaurants close by

Shower was a bit on the small side

It was a smelly dumpy place. we did not stay.

Coffee pot in room. Proximity to Logan airport.

No elevator. Stairs are hard to climb as older adults

Location

The brochures in the room for local restaurants were disappointing to say the least! I called 2 of them and the first one never came, the 2nd one came an hour later. Ended up walking 5 blocks in the dark to find something to eat.

No water in the ONE machine and my son was sick. They didn't even know or care and I was invited to take a shuttle to a convenience store to buy some in a thunderstorm. Filthy curtains in the bathroom. Unsmiling staff. However, nice room, nice beds..

room was okay. Pick up shuttle service was NOT. We waited 45 minutes at Boston Logan for a driver who did not seem to care whether he picked us up or not.

No breakfast stuff of any kind.

Would have to say only the location.

Although room was clean and quite comfortable, it was in the basement and didn't feel that secure.

It was close to everything we wanted to see.

Housekeeping didnt clean toilet, room was not very clean. Tv didnt work. Otherwise ok.
