Great place for the money evrything we needed is there. Will stay again next year.

Smell

Staff was great. Room was good. Location and price was excelent. It is not a luxury hotel but price is not luxury eithier easy walk to resturants and knots good all around stay

If we turned off the air in the room we had a strong smell of cigarette come from the hall. Breakfast really wasnt breakfast. But mcdonalds is right accross the street

I loved the price ... They were in the process in updating the room with newer model furniture... I plan to stay again ... I would stay two night even living 40 miles from Knotts...breakfast was what other hotels usually have... My 6 teenagers didn't mind and I had 3 rooms

Location and pool

Never got a full set of towels , had coffee pot in room but no coffee, maybe part of problem is remodeling. Breakfast area was not kept up and not everything available everyday, juice, muffins. Very noisy on Saturday nite at 1and 2 AM

The greeting when we checked in was awesome and very quick

It was very close to Knotts and easy to find. Compared to other budget friendly places I found it very clean. Lots of places near by to walk and eat. Quiet and comfortable. We used the pool and spa even in January and enjoyed it.

Laundry facilities were very small only one machine worked, but after waiting for a couple people worked well. Seemed like the staff made some sort of seafood at night. Hall really smelled at night. Room did not smell.

Location

Worse stay ever we could not even brush our teeth the water smelled like smoke taste like smoke ugh,the ref. Had mold,the bedding is outdated with springs coming out, awh and the bathroom horrible dirty again outdated, not to mention when checking in they didn't even have my room so someone didn't do their job there maybe that was a sign to run......stay somewhere else

price was fine.

1) it was not A quiet room. someone kept their radio on on until about 4:30am, which made sleep hard. 2) the refrigerator was noisie as it cycled on and off all night.

It's location.

It needs up dating. Toilet was under the bathroom counter so that it hit you in your back. When we checked in late at night there were lots of young adults hanging around from a nearby bar that made me nervous.

close to Knotts Berry Farm. Clean.

The location is really good, close to Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times, Pirate's, Walmart, Sears, Babies R Us, etc. Just at the corner there is a bus stop to Downtown Disney. The staff is very friendly and there is a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is not very clean. The room was ok, it had a fridge and a microwave (which someone had used and it was still with her/his food smell when we checked in). The lobby and stairs, however, are old and they seem they haven't been cleaned for a long time.

I was staying for work loved the fact it had a mini kitchen !

location was right across from Knotts Berry Farm, close to many restaurants.

Towels were terrible, IF you could get them to give you any. We had a King size room but only 1 towel about the size of a large hand towel, when we asked for more we were told the kids kept taking them to the pool so they were out. What about the regular guests shouldn't there be towels for those folks. Breakfast was almost non-existent, plan on getting something somewhere else.

The room smelled bad. Don't feel comfortable with my little kids. The traffic is crazy. Never would stay again. The office gave us a room that was not even clean so we had to get another room.

Everything

Inexpensive. Adequate room. Reasonably quiet and clean rooms.

Front desk service was slow, but adequate.

The pool and spa was good.

Breakfast

The location. Close to Knotts and also to restaurants.

I hated the room! There was a very strange odor. You could hear everything through the walls and ther was party going on ´til early morning. There was hole in the bedblanket and the mattress was so dirty that I almost didn´t believe my eyes. This is a no, no place to stay.

Comfortable and good location. Can walk to Knotts easily

Internet wifi drops every hour on the hour for 15min. Check in night clerk was rude. Breakfast is toast and watered out juice.

Location - very convenient

The continental breakfast - there wasn't much healthy choices. Can't eat corn flakes or sugar coated cereals. No protein to speak of. Ended up having my own cereal that I brought with me.
