I would not recommend this motel. We knew it was budget and wouldn't be flash but this was beyond budget for what we paid. There was stains of some sort on the pillows, iron burns on the floor and it clearly hadnt been vacuumed. Shower also did not work properly. Staff were friendly but would never go back.

The building was in a location that was convenient for me. This inn was not as advertized. Virtually nothing was in working order. Holes in the sheets, smelly, mold in bathroom, doors don't open or close well, no pool, no ice, toilet didn't flush properly, everything dirty. Part of the building has been converted to permanent low cost housing with all the associated garbage and disrepair. This place is on par with the worst of hotels. If you have any other options take them. This should be a $20-25 a night dive.

It was near the event I was there to attend. I want stay there again,.It described itself as having a pool and it wasn't working. There were roaches and hair in the bathroom.

Location It was not clean, smelled weird, super easy to get a key to any room so safety was an issue,

It was in a good location, not far from Uptown Charlotte. The guests were quiet and well behaved. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were stained. The towels were thin and well worn.The surfaces of tables, night stand, phone, etc. were visibly dirty. The bathroom caulking was cracking and stained. The tile floor had rust stains on it under the sink. The fixtures were old and run down, falling into disrepair. I didn't dare sit on the couch or chair.

None, disgusting, need to be demolish. It's an embarrassment to the city of Charlotte to let such run down business still exist. It's a shame you have that Inn on your website.

The facility was beat up, but the staff was great! They made us feel comfortable in a place I may not have stayed otherwise! Room needed repairs.
