Would stay again
Went to service desk and asked for a room that wifi would work. She asked if we minded second floor because we asked for a first floor to begin with. The room she assigned us was heavenly. The beds were great. The wifi worked. It was awesome. Will come back.
First room couldn't get wifi. Not good for our family. Beds not really comfortable.
Pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable, guaranteeing a sleepless night and neck pain
The staff was so great and the manager Bridget was wonderful
The room was fine no problems there. Clean and well equipped. Receptionist was helpful when I was leaving and phoned a taxi for me.
The noise was terrible. Between road noise and the argument that started up between the couple next door at 04:30 in the morning... I didn't get a wink of sleep!
It was inexpensive. Easy to find.
The breakfast consisted of only waffles, cheap bread, 1 flavor of tiny muffins & some cereal. The pool was dirty & tiny. Door didn't seal when shut. Didn't feel safe.
Access off interstate. Grassy area around pool. Allow pets.
Bathroom floors were dirty and gross. Bedding was old, torn and had cigarette burn marks? Don't want to know. Right on Pacific Hwy and I asked to be on first floor next to pool, but check in lady told me the king rooms were in the front building right on the noisy hwy. we are talking Fife-not a nice area. Hwy traffic noise was awful. Why they didn't offer to change up my room type so I could have location I wanted I don't know. Only one clerk working when I checked out so I had to wait 15 minutes while she checked in a high maintenance couple just so I could hand her my card and have her thank me.
Bed, bedding, holes in wall where things had previously been mounted, electrical outlets without covers. Previously mentioned sketchy loiterers.
The breakfast was nice to have, the soft water too, Nice new floors and heat/ac units,
The bed was very old and very springs in it in your back real bad, time for new beds can I say! The front door was old and had been kicked in to many times, I could see light all around the door, needs a new door and seals!
Room was available when no other places had one. Continental breakfast was decent. Staff was nice.
Coffee stain & still wet drink ring on counter top & bedside table, had not been wiped down. Bathtub was not clean. No ice tub, just a bag for ice. Toilet had not been flushed or scrubbed. Pillows were dirty looking & old. Not enough pillows in room. Both box springs on queen beds had what looked like a murder scene stained on it. Reserved a non-smoking room, got a smoke saturated room.
The staff, breakfast, they let my doggies stay and didn't charge an arm and a leg for them.
The a/c went in and out... but up here that's not really a necessity unless it's really hot and pushing hard I the buttons made it come back on
Flat screen TV, fridge and microwave in the room, plus a real, full complementary breakfast.
Breakfast ended a little too early. We had a little trouble with the toilet not working properly.
The pool and how close it is to the casinos
Location, TV remote worked
Hard beds, water dripping all night, stains on everything, noise of freeway, weekly and monthly people smoking pot outside my room, and a few more.
The cable channels suck and to many outsiders visiting or swimming and don't have a room.
room was terrible, they had word floors and the people in the room above us were up all night and very loud. It sounded like a herd of elephants up there. Gang type people hanging outside smoking
It was close to the workshop I was attending.
The room they moved us to the second night was not very clean.
Price seemed to good to be true after watching booking .com ad. And it was
very first thing that hits us is the room stinks and is very small. We would have left except most places were already booked. We didn't stay for breakfast just packed up and left. We would have used the pool but it was full of screaming children. We just went out to dinner and called it a night however I didn't hardly get any sleep. It was a poor excuse for a hotel. Also booking.com had the location wrong on their map. They had it on the wrong side of the road and because the traffic was so busy didn't have time to check both sides at same time. We eventually found it after a few times up and down the street. Never again.
Pool was heated
One room had bed bugs and when they moved us to another room, the toilet didn't flush.
Not much maybe price
Lots of permanent residents with dogs and cats even pit bulls. Located on main drag with no facilities nearby. Police were called there twice. Breakfast was very minimal with little room to sit.
Rooms are fair sized. Right off I5 and it has a pool
My first stay there phone didn't work and the air conditioner was held together with duct tape. And if you walked by the tube tv you would loose the picture. Second stay different night the microwave did work but it would spark when you turned it on. Called the front desk and they told me that maintenance wasn't there to use the front desk microwave for our popcorn. And the pool probably needs to be cleaned it has enough chlorine in it to kill anything but its pretty cloudy water. And they had painters repainting the second floor doors with guests in the room.
The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again
Bridget at the front desk was wonderful and most helpful.
the housekeeper was terrible
The easy, quick and professional manner that we werr booked and the guy that was there at check in was really polite
The hotel employee that cleans the rooms walked in on my G/F while she wss sleeping and when she woke to her walkin in she didn't even apoligize just asked if she could grab the towl on the flor and if she needed a new one.. then on our stay the daytime was pretty hot as expected and when we go to see where the pool is to go swimming we see that the pool is not accessable as advertised. It was customary for most hotels to provide travel size or single use sized shampoo and soap and those ammenities were also not available. Seems like I'm nit-picking but when you pay for a room just knowing it will be relaxing by the advertisement then it has issues that are irratating it puts a downer tone on the stay..
Very quiet and close to Tacoma Dome.
Parking is difficult if you get in late.
