Arragance of owner Reservation not honored with promised room.(King, no smoking). Room smoky. Ice upstairs, long corriidor. Stand up for breakfast, no tables No coffee in room or for breakfast. &Quot;drink tea" we were told. Whole wheat bread offered for breakfast. Desk clerk not knowledgeable. Refridge door broken No place to hang clothes.. Microwave had no glass plate. Beds not made all day. Tom Orange City
It was close to the Pittsburgh Steelers training camp and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area.
Inconvenient location and noisy. Arrived late at night in a driving rain. Was hard to find the room because nearly every other outside light was out. Refrigerator did not work and reported it. Had to stand in a chair to operate air conditioner near the ceiling. Left next morning at 6 AM and and came back at 6 PM; room wasn't serviced. Clerk said it was because I arrives so late the day before??? Room was clean when we arrived. Then he said rooms are only cleaned every other day. There was no indication that this was a "green" room. I needed clean towels, but the towels he brought were dingy and stained. One looked like it had blood droplets on it. There's more but suffice it to say... I could not be paid to stay here again.
Close to training camp
Wasn't clean, last day shower did not work they said it was because lots of guests were showering the same time, behind the desk the floor was very dirty and they had towels on floor by ice machine for days.
water on the floor in first room light bulbs not working dark, dingy room no restaurants within walking distance no coffee available
the room was comfortable
TV didn't work and WIFI was poor breakfast was horrible Worst OJ I ever tasted !!! and no staff present.
It was definetely a motel. The refrigerator was nice along with the extended cable channels. That was about it.
-The wash towels were stained brown and the shower was dirty and grimy...ughhh. -The floor was sticky...don't even want to know why! -The comforter on the bed had big holes in it. -Good luck finding your room number. -"Continental breakfast" consists of .99 cent honey buns...but if you'd like to make a waffle you can always use the stale mix in the fridge that has all kinds of stuff growing on it. -Overall, the quality-price ratio is poor. I will not be returning there ever again the next time I am in Greensburg.
Room was clean. Quite Worked fo e m
No TV guide
The desk clerk was very friendly and pleasant upon check-in.
I was very disappointed that the photos online did not match the room I stayed in. I get the impression that only a couple of rooms were updated and unfortunately mine was not one of them. As for the facilities: the television in my room did not work and the wifi did not have a strong enough signal to stay connected to my phone, tablet, or laptop. Advertising free high-speed internet was a false statement. On the topic of cleanliness: the room itself was tidy, but there were many things that made it feel unclean --washcloth that was extremely dingy and stained, bed pillow with a cigarette burn through it (this was visible through the white pillowcase). I rated Comfort poor due to the cramped room, no working television or wifi, and a terribly uncomfortable bed. The value for money was fair, as I got what I paid for... a bed to sleep in. Biggest pet peeve from this trip: The bed had a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and bed spread. There were no blankets at all. I wound up going to a store to buy a blanket as I did not want to sleep with the itchy bed spread!
Sheets stained, floors dirty,no fresh towels
Location, Value for price, friendly staff.
Wifi didn't work, carpet not vacuumed, ants in bathroom.
The staff were very kind and did what ever they could to make us feel comfortable. The price is great value
Wifi was really bad and I needed it for my work. The showers were freezing cold
What did I like? Seriously, nothing about this place and will not recommend it to anyone.
Blood in the bathtub on the shower curtain and in the sink. Floor was all sticky. Hair was in the refrigerator. Couldn't logon to Wi-Fi. No blow dryer, coffee pot or iron for the price of the room. Dust and mold in open bathroom exhaust vent This room reminded me of a prostitute's 15 minute room and all I needed was a black light to prove it.
The staff is more then accommodating, we will be booking all of our guys there while in the area due too the management.
Convenient location, helpful staff, comfortable beds.
Wifi didn't work.
Very nice economy hotel. Manager very friendly!
Rooms were alot nicer then expected from seeing the outside of the building. The fellow at the front desk was very helpful. Nice hardwood floors instead of carpet. Fridge and microwave included. Great value for $35.
Low water pressure and water not very hot in shower
It was the nastiest motel I ever stayed in. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. . slept with my clothes on. Breakfast was a joke it was a room in a basement. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Worst experience ever.
the hotel was the best for the money we paid,The manager Mr. Raj Patel was very courteous and understanding.
The staff were rude and unhelpful The wifi was very poor The room was cold and took ages to heat up. Shower water was Luke warm on max heat.
The room itself was nice and comfortable. Nice furniture and good amount of room. The booking.com price was great! If I had had to pay full price for my stay, I would have felt majorly ripped off because the facilities and staff did not deserve $60+ a night.
Desk/check-in agent was very unfriendly. Acted like I was an interruption to his day. Outdoor facilities were dirty. Empty iced tea bottle on the steps, shredded pieces of tarp all throughout the parking lot, and doggie poop on the sidewalk near the office. Clean this stuff up!!! Also my room was out of tissues, the toilet paper roll under the sink was empty so I put the toilet paper on it, and the only clock in the room on the microwave did not have the correct time - nobody adjusted it for the end of daylight savings time. I corrected that, as well, but not my job!!! Would be nice if staff would go above and beyond their job description instead of just doing the bare minimum.
Bed , ac , heater , fridge , breakfast were all fine . And couldnt beat the price
The guy at the desk with his attitude
The desk clerk was miserable. He answered questions very curtly and acted like he was being bothered. I had my medicine sent there, but my job was cut short and I left early. I was told the medicine would be returned to sender. It has been several weeks and I am still waiting for the medicine to show up. The desk clerk was so horrible I will never stay at that hotel again.
There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. The bed was hard as a rock and there is no outlets in the bathroom for a hair dryer..This was one of me worst places I have ever stayed. In addition they have relocated and still have the old address on your site.
1. Desk clerk was rude,anti-social checking in and checking out,was a sad example of what a clerk should exhibit. The room was dirty,we went out and purchased pillow cases to put over the dirty looking pillows. The soap was like a 1 inch by 3/4 inch wafer. Due to the circumstances we styed there but would never go back again nor reccomend it ,for the moneyit was not worth it.
