The location.I hadn't realized it at first, when I was booking the room for my trip, but the hotel is situated literally 5 minutes away from major touristic sights in Hollywood and metro station Hollywood&Highland. And at the same time you won't be disturbed by the thousands of tourists at your doorstep.I was surprised that the service was really good, considering its price and location. I think that the combination of price, location and service is what makes this hotel one of the best of its kind. The stuff is very sweet and helpful. They are eager to do their best to make your stay the most comfortable and pleasant. I would personally like to thank Mudgi (sorry, if I misspelled the name) for his warming smile and helpful advises.Super! |

Close to shopping and attractions. Clean and professional. The room I stayed in 205, the shower does not get hot, just cool. Some thicker towels would give more of a high end. |

Very close to Grauman's Chinese Theatre, IHOP, In-and-out Burgers - so walking was a good and cheap alternative. Close to bus and subway, too! Price was affordable. Noisy because of being close to traffic, and our room was by the pop and ice machine on the 1st floor - so heard everyone walking by. But it can't be helped. |

location The room was dirty.The noise was terrible.There were strange insects.There was no service.The pool was disgusting.Would not stay there again!!!We had to pay to leave our luggage there for four hours on the last day.Perfect ending for a terrible hotel stay.There are better hotels out there for the same price,it is definately not worth the money!Go look elsewhere |
