The room was clean and ready on time. It was quiet, considering the location near a freeway. Nice towels. Staff was helpful with directions from the location. Light switches on most of the fixtures were badly worn. Hard to turn or loose feeling. |

Hotel had not received the booking.com reservation and therefore we had to wait whilst the staff called someone to check whether we could be booked in. Made to feel this was our fault! However the booking.com details said our reservation was confirmed - clearly this was not the case, and we were lucky that a vacancy was available.Other than this, no problems when we eventually checked in. Lovely staff in breakfast restaurant and nice swimming pool. |

- the price is not bad but you can find plenty of similar hotels with better service on "International Drive" - room are dirty - shuttle bus to the "main attractions" is not reliable, always fully booked and frustrating - close to Universal parks - Internet is not reliable - far away from Disneyworld (take this in consideration if you plan to gi there) - shuttle bus to Disneyworld is 16$ a person a day!!! |

Location is close to everything. We drove in Saturday from Miami and did not get back in the car for 3 days.. Free shuttles to the parks and walking distance to tons of restaurants and entertainment The only issue was after they debited my card for the 3 days, I then noticed 4 days later there was another posted amount for the same amount, getting cleared up tomorrow, just messed my banking up a little.. Were coming back in month or so with out the kids !!!! |

Nothing It was a horrible experience Everything. Dresser Drawers were broken, Pool was closed for a day, Elevator was not working. This place was a dump |

Location is great. About 5 mins walk from Wet and Wild. The I-trolley stop is directly outside the hotel. The hotel offers free transport to Wet n Wild, Universal/Islands of Adventure and Sea World. The rooms are basic and simple, however for the price it is great value for money. The pool is also very nice too. The elevators did not work all of the time/ constant problems with them. |

I liked the position - close to attractions, restaurants; the size of the beds was also okay. The wireles or cable internet access is simply much too expensive comparing with the room rate; if you add the fee for internet it's cheaper to stay in better conditions at Holiday Inn, next door |

Good location, free transportation to many theme parks, ticket to all parks can be bought at the lobby, good breakfast, ok room. During my 15 days stay, one of the three elevators was broken, and the other two were no enough. I used the stairs many times, and I was at the 9th floor !! Free wi-fi internet just at the lobby, you have to pay to access from your room. |

It is in a great location for the main attractions. The bar staff were great and very helpful. Receptionists were unhelpful and sometimes rude. |

Hotel com boas comodidaes e facilidaes, onibus em frente ao hotel, facil acesso ao aeroporto. Piscina aquecida, etc..... Não consegui colocar as milhas no cartão da united, e tambem nunca me deram recibo. |
