America's Best Inn Lake George  

Right on rte 9 in the middle of all the outlets, Front desk staff was very friendly.

It's on a loud street, there was a bar of soap left in the shower from the last folks up on the shower wall, there was a water stain on the ceiling.

Cleanliness mostly. Location was also nice as there were plenty of shops etc. right on the other side of the road.

Location was convenient to Northway. Near excellent restaurant Bistro le Roux. Plenty of hot water, ice machine, parking near room, heat and a/c worked well, comfortable bed. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Carpet not clean.

Friendly owner/reception. Tried to help with all requests and questions.

Very helpful front desk. Perfect location across the street from outlets and a great breakfast buffet. Lots of parking, clean and warm room, plenty of choice with cable TV and cheap ($1.00) soda machine outside.

Street could be very very busy in High Season and on shopping days at the outlets.

clean... place looks okay.. This place is not cheep across the road is the clarion at the same price double the facilities...

No heater ,,, stinky room .. New owner is not interested in short stays..

We picked the place according to a cheap budget and its was perfect for that. It might of been the cheapest prices in town. It was good service and nice staff for the place. We were just sleeping in the room, not spending time in it so it was perfect for us.

Beds were hard. Even tho we knew, we wished there would of been a indoor swimming pool or hot tub.

Room is a bit basic, but has everything you need, and it all works. It was all clean, and relatively new. A good budget choice for when you aren't spending too much time in the room.

The location was fantastic (across the street from an outlet mall) and a great value for the money. Very nice shower and water pressure.

There wasn't free breakfast as advertised just coffee. Not really a problem though.

The receptionists and owner were very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is located right opposite the outlets which makes it ideal for shopping

The hotel needs much needed face lift. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the toilet didnot smell too pleasant.

Location was very convenient to highway and the center of Lake George

the quality of the towels in the bathroom definitely need an upgrade

for all the tacky hotels in lake george this one is not bad

the bed squeaked even before, ....you thought about moving.

Clean rooms

Not enough chairs and dressers.

The king size bed was very comfortable. I slept very well.

The shower head was a bit low on water pressure, but it was okay.

Great location. Nice pool covered in its own private glass enclosure. Slightly quieter section of the town, but within walking distance of everything. The cleanest hotel room I have been in ever! Not the most modernly decorated room, but comfortable and everything works! No flat screen tv, a well-functioning wall air conditioner and if furniture from the last decade bother you, this isnt the place for you. Well priced for the location, amentities, comfort. A perfect middle of the road type of place.

The room we booked on line (a king bed) wasnt available to us. So booking called and warned us. We settled for a queen size... However, the price wasnt reduced and I believe it shouldve been at that point. Our room was on the small side. Simple decor.

Very nice beautiful spot mall and outlets and six flags are near the motel nice interior clean enviorment well done

Smelly room; disgusting blankets on bed. Not a place anyone would want to stay. And it's not inexpensive. The photos on the website are not of this particular motel. This is false advertising.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

Cobwebs on the railing outside the room. Air Conditioner was not cooling the room when set on high.

Friendly Service, Comfortable and Clean. Would stay again. Reasonalbly priced.

Very convenient and easy access. Good value.

Le prix peu élevé de la chambre

Dans la description de l'établissement, il est écrit que le petit déjeuner continental est servi tous les matins, ce qui est faux. Nous avions choisi cet endroit ( nous étions 6) pour cette raison. Il y a une machine distributrice de café à l'office, mais celle-ci était fermée à 8 h, heure de notre départ. Aucune personne responsable à l'office le matin ... Service peu adéquat à mon avis. La carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas... Heureusement que nous étions deux à l'occuper.

J'ai apprécié la proximité des outlets. La dame au front desk était très gentille. J'ai demandé 2 oreillers supplémentaires et elle est venue m'en porter.

Il n'y avait pas de séchoir à cheveux dans la chambre, après avoir été en acheter un j'ai appris qu'il fallait le demander au front desk. J'aurais aimé être avisée à mon arrivée ou qu'il y ait une note dans la chambre. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Nous avons eu droit à des draps tachés.

kingsize bestellt und bestätigt gehabt jedoch nicht bekommen da angeblich nicht mehr verfügbar obwohl nur 2 weitere zimmer belegt waren.
