In theory this location is fairly close to Disneyland.
When the fireworks go off at Disneyland, it sounds like the civil war is waging in the parking lot. The bed was not good. We booked five nights but couldn't stay more than one. Then working out our credit card charge took all week.
Cheap, 50 dollars, extended one day stay without any hassle, requested more towels and got some within reasonable amount of time. Great location from Disneyland, other locations nearby were 75 or more. Lucky to find this place.
Was not 5 minute walk to Disneyland, yet they advertise it as that. Walk to tram is 5 minutes, but then have to wait and ride tram. Took more than 15 minutes. Plus the tram is difficult if you have a baby stroller. Hotel doesn't replace the bed comforter and bathroom towels that were unused, which is unsanitary. The housekeepers over looked several areas, they are over worked and not customer friendly. Housekeeper stated not suppose to replace or wash those things. Parking spot location was a bit of a walk, and no elevator for handicap access (illegal), for the hotel room. Continental breakfast was only a small muffin, coffee, and orange juice. The pictures on the website are not the same as the room and are in worse condition as advertised. These things made me mad, but you get what you pay for.
in general the room was good and right ouside the main gate at disneyland
they said continental breakfast, well it was coffee, juice and a muffin, that's all. the shower hadles were fallig off and there was no grab bar in the shower to hold on to and the bed pillows left something to be desired, the staff was notified of all this
Can easily walk to Disneyland, avoiding traffic hassles and parking fees. Comfortable and clean for a great price.
Facilities were basic, but given the price I certainly can't complain.
Great access to Disneyland Resort The staff was very good to work with. Kind and honest.
Parking was a small concern, not bad, at times the traffic flow got a bit noisy into the park but only at certain times of the evening.
the property is just outside the Disney Cast Parking entrance and guests are allowed to walk through to the trams. Very very easy to get to the parks. The room also had hard wood floors and new bath tile work.
Although the bath tile was new, sink counter top was granite and floors were hard wood, the bedding was terrible, the furniture and fridge needs updating, the AC unit filter was clogged with dirt and falling apart, the wall paper was peeling and stained, the baseboard and lamp shades were covered with dust, wires for TV and lamps were attached to wall with white duct tape. The "breakfast" was muffins and orange drink... not juice.
The fact that it was poorly lit. There was no parking a car was jacked up with wheels missing. Then the room was stained with brownish stains all over. The people in the next room looked like they lived there. It was a very scary place. We did not even stay one night we checked out immediately and went to another hotel nearby.
Very close to the Disneyland Tram and parking lot. About a 5 minute walk. Clean room. Great for people who aren't picky about hotels. Great price and location.
Found a random sewing needle in our bed.
Very close to Disneyland
Rooms were dirty, lights were out, they gave us a room key to a room that already had someone else staying in it, staff was unorganized, advertised for queen rooms but don't even have them
It is not close to the disneyland resort but it is close to the tram that travels to disneyland.
The first night we stayed at the hotel I spilled a drink on the sheets. The next morning I put the cover and sheets on the floor to get them cleaned. Later that night when we arrived back to the hotel the SAME sheets I had put on the floor were back on the bed. The same stain in the same place this happened for three days. The hotel was unclean and not worth the cheap price.
So close to Disneyland that we didn't have to drive all week.
Parking lot was to small.
It is very close to park convenient if you have children
Very old and filthy. Linens and towels were washed but stained. Non smoking rooms stilled smelled of cigarettes.
It is very close and easy to get to Disneyland. Flooring is very good as it is not carpeted. Interior and layout is very presentable and pleasant. It is good to have self-laundry made available.
Very poor wifi connection. Not easy to connect and always lost connection. Hope it will be improve.
The staff gave someone else our room key and we were robbed! Luckily they looked at video cameras and found it was the person in the next room. She was arrested and the hotel said they would reimburse us for our stay.
Very convenient location, clean homes, great value for money. We have family of four with two young children we had a great time at Disney.
What a dump. The room was filthy to the point of having coffee stains running down the walls, I suppose you get what you pay for
Walking distance to Disney tram and got a good deal on the room threw booking.com
Squeaky hard bed, dusty curtains, wires showing from TV, exposed wires in light fixture in bathroom, bathroom door would not close, shower head sprayed water from neck all over bathroom floor AND they didn't have enough towels to accommodate 4 of us we had to give them our dirty towels first so they could wash them before we could get more towels!!
About an 8 min walk
The hotel itself is dated. Beds are okay, but untrustworthy . Brought our own pillows, blankets, towels. Our microwave wasn't working, and when we called for help the manager seemed a lil' irked. Flat screen t.v was nice, but wires visible. Phones are dated. Also no blow dryer ( asked for one but never got it) ..
The price was a big reason we booked this room. For what you pay, it's a place to sleep and relax. It's within walking distance of Disneyland and or the parking structure if you want to take the tram.
The bathroom was a little dirty. As were the beds, none of us slept under the blankets because they just didnt look clean. But we brought our own blankets and pillows and we were fine.
I did not like that The towels had stains on them along with the bedding. Made me feel really uncomfortable. And the room had a wierd odor to it. The parking conditions were horrible. Seemed very sketchy.
location, wifi, free bfast, ac
Bathroom was run down, and the ceiling leaked when someone took a shower upstairs above our room
I slept fine
My wife couldn't sleep due to noises outside all night. It was ghetto and our bathroom smelled like someone had went to bathroom #2 before we checked in hotel. The bathroom smelled like that up until we checked out so maybe a problem with sewer system. We only were there for 7 hrs.
Love that they had wood floors, never know whats on your carpet, great location
We loved the price and the location.
The rooms were not as clean as they could have been. Fresh coat of paint in the rooms couldn't hurt. Microwave was plugged in but didn't work. What you would expect for the price though.
