´Großes sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht..um einen sagenhaft günstigen Preis...!!!!!!

Die angebotenen Disney Shuttels waren zu unmöglichen Zeiten.. Allerdings fährt ein Linienbus (Nr. 56) vor dem Hotel weg ..!

wenn man nur eine nacht dort übernachtet, bekommt man ein altes schmutziges Zimmer, aber wenn man mehrere nächte dort übernachtet, ist das zimmer moderner eingerichtet und das badezimmer auch schön renoviert. also dieses hotel ist nur für längere aufenthalte (mind. 3 Nächte) empfehlenswert.

The location and price per was excellent, I was a little worried about staying here after reading a few negative reviews but I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean but could do with a little updating, the staff were very helpful and the pool was great. I stayed here with my partner and we both loved the place.

ants in bathroom, loud noise at night, pieces falling off of bathroom faucet, housekeeper picked them up daily but never had faucet fixed. when I reported these problems front desk was not surprised and did not have them fixed during our stay

Only the price. The localization was not bad either.

It's not a great hotel, but for the price there was nothing serious to worry about.

Cheap and convenient location

breakfast is the bare minimum required to qualify as a "breakfast included" location - you wouldn't pay for it but then again the price is so low you shouldn't expect to.

Nothing. The staff was incompetent and not very helpful. The 1st room we stayed in was a smoking room though we had booked a non. Upon entry we saw that ther bathroom had not been cleaned and there was a used bar of soap and washcloth in the shower. The ice machine was out of ice when we arrived and when we told the front desk they said, "It's probably out of ice" and made no effort to fill it. We called ahead to add a second night to our stay but the front desk told us we would have to check out and then back in again to a different room which is highly inconvenient. The second room we checked into had no shower curtain.

The front desk workers were uncaring and not at all helpful. One woman could not find our reservation from the complex spelling of 'Lush' and gave up very quickly, saying she couldn't do it and handed it over to the guy working next to her. They were not very polite. The shuttle leaving for Disney had one departure time only, 11:30am. Best to drive yourself to the theme parks. Even for the money this hotel is definitely not worth the stay.

Hotel needs some update but wasnt real bad, house keeping needs to do a little better job. Overall stay wasnt that bad

They should improve the continetal breakfast

The room was cleaned every day. It is located near Disney world. The area is safe. A near bye gas station is present and several shops.

The staff were helpful but they are not professional. The breakfast is just donuts and coffee. They should state that because it is almost no breakfast.

Quite sedate and just beside a Bus stop on major highway. Restaurants, shops and entertainment within easy reach.

1. Lack of internet access in the rooms. No airport shuttle services. No Catering available within.

The pool!! Warm and so crystal clear! Also, everyone very helpful...example..the phone wasn't connected in my room but in minutes and 1 call to the desk it was working! Also ask about my tv and a person came to my door in an hour. Very pleased.
