Location perfect for Disney trips. Not fancy, but clean, safe, and affordable for families on a budget. Staff is always friendly.

The location was great and the room had a handy microwave and fridge.The staff was "helpful" specifically the engineering gentleman who offered to change the air in our room.

Do not book this Hotel as you will be charged more fees when you check out! The price on here does not include tax or "service charges"! Then when you get the room the room is humid the carpets are sticky the tv reception sucks and only has like 8 channels. The room phone didn't work the door was in horrible condition so most of the ac was leaking out, the bed sheets were humid I guess because the room felt like a cold sauna! My 7 month old baby and myself became super sick. The toilet was clogged and moved around when we sat on it. The pool was full of bugs. The breakfast was bagels orange and oatmeal everyday (5 days I stayed) the shuttle service was horrible the bus was old no ac the driver was super rude and then had the whole coverd in signs asking for tips. the shuttle only takes you to Epcot and stops like at 6 or 7 hotels it gets super full to the extent where most passenger are standing and there aren't even handles to hold on to! The bus driver bragged to another about how he over passed capacity super unsafe and then showed up super late to pick us up at the park! Do not book here you can get something better for the price that you end up paying!

Close to Disney, friendly staff

Rooms smell musty,Small plastic bag & twist tie between sheets. No choice on continual breakfast just oats, & Bagel, no milk for oats.

Location was great. Close to Disney.

The only problem I had was with the TV. The TV was old and the colors were pink and purple.

The "free breakfast" was a bit lacking.You only had bagels or instant oatmeal to choose from.Maybe kick up the choices to 6.

Conveniently situated with free bus connection to Disney World. Budget accommodation.

We had an unfortunate encounter with Bedbugs. However, the manager took immediate action and moved us to a good room. We got reimbursed for one night.

Breakfast OK for the price. Room is large and rather clean. Great value for money. Free shuttle to Epcot center.

We were pleased with our stay. It was budget friendly and was in a good area near many attractions.The continental breakfast was good with several options.

Parking lot seemed secure. Everything was in working order (TV, alarm clock, coffee maker, etc).

Our first room was in total disarray. The beds weren't made and still had the sheets from the last tenant on them. There were empty plastic baggies on the ground. The trash hadn't been emptied. So, we had to switch rooms.

I liked that our room was right near the pool.

The breakfast should have had some more fresh fruit.

Location, Facilites, near Drog stores, supermarketing, seller man tickets god prices inside the Hotel, gift store inside the hotel, god mini breakfast, near Nike factury Store, near starbucks, near gas station, 8 minutes of Disney world, 20 minutes Universal, you can stop your car in front of your room dor.

Carpet old, low lights inside the room, no cable tv or direct tv, no brazilians restaurants near the hotel.

Had a person with disability with me and wasn't very friendly walking areas and access are was uneven and not very safe.

A/c didnt work right.phone didnt work.no frige like I was promised dirty inside room and outside garbage all over outside.people outside kept me up all night they were in parking lot.breakfast buffet dirty area.tub had patching stuff in it.carpet stained and dirty.I Hated this place and ive stayed at a lot of hotels

She charged me $10 more than my Booking.com quoted price. I would have gotten a better hotel for the money.

I loved staying here! Extremely close to World Dr!!! I work at a local Theme Park and I have to stay in hotels every weekend when I work. As soon as I walked in the room it had a very homly, comfortable feel. This has to be the cleanest lodging on 192/Irlo Bronson I have ever stayed in! The night staff when I checked in were SUPERnice! The room I was in looked like it had brand new carpet, the sheets/pillows were extremely clean, the furniture looked brand new as well, and everything in the room was very neat. Fridge/Microwave in the room were very clean. The morning guy that was there when I checked out wasnt the friendliest guy, but the girls at check in were great so I just let it go... I will be staying here a lot...

Breakfast wasnt even started being put together til exactly 7am so it was not accessable right at 7... This is my only complaint!

We had an efficiency room. It was a great deal for the cost. It was conveniently located and we had a great time.

The carpet was nasty. Really needed to be cleaned. After walking around the room for a few minutes, our feet were black.

The price and location was great.

I had a handicap person with me and where we parked didn't have a ramp. The toilet paper holder was on the opposite side of the wall instead of next to the toilet. The bed I happened to sleep in was sunken in the middle.

I was there from the 24th though the 28th in March 2013. This hotel is Very close to all the Theme Parks and main roads to get to places. Excellent value for the money. The room needed to be vacuumed a little better but the bed and room was clean. When I go back to this area I will stay here again and I would recommend it if you are on a budget.
