Poor standard of rooms - very basic with questionable cleanliness

When we arrived we took one look aroun and got got online to find a new hotel... It was "remodeled" but very cheaply.. The ac was leaking so they moved one bed to put towel down.. It was super small for two people

Sticky floors No staff on front desk asnits attached to two other hotels next door and they buzz you in. That means that drunks spent the night running wild. No meal provided.

We stayed for 3 nights. We booked room with two queen room for better comfort. Unfortunatelly after check in we found out that hotel does not provide any queen beds, but just single beds. Stuff was very friendly and they moved us the really next day into room n.23, with ocean view. It was nice room, cleaned every day.

Wi-fi in hotel next door, breakfast was ok 7-9 am (toast, butter, jam, muffins, cereals, milk, juice, coffe) but unfortunatelly we came at 8:45pm and there was not bread available anymore.

Nothing at all

The Hotel is a mess, it is so bad that I decide not to check-in and pay for new accomodation down the road. It's got a smell, bedding not clean and old. My booking was for 4 nights.

It was dirty, mouldy, the breakfast was terrable, the hotel was run as an addition to another hotel in the street, a complete waste of money.

Hotel was not accurately represented on their web site. Our bathroom smelled horrible and the entire facility was dirty.

Nothing!! This hotel is a complete desaster!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL. AVOID BAD EXPERIENCES AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.

Everything!!! TOTALY DIRTY, NOT CLEANED FOR YEARS!!! BAD SMELL EVERYWHERE!!! DARK!! THE CARPET WAS SO DIRTY THAT WE WERE ALWAYS WEARING FLIPFLOPS, EVEN FOR BATHING. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE. THE FIRST ROOM WE RECEIVED WAS NOT CLEANED, THE BED WAS NOT DONE!! AND THE BATHROOM WAS USED!!! THE SECOND ONE WAS WITH SMOKE SMELL!!! AND FINALY THE THIRD ONE WAS LESS DISASTER, AFTER COMPLAINING AT FRONT DESK, BUT IT WAS HORRIBLE ANYWAY.

The location was very good and the staff was helpful.

It was very run down and the shower was not clean - very cold as well as there was a cool spell.

Bathroom was always wet and moldy. The shower valve was broken. We could only watch approx six channels on a very old tv. The window blinds were broken. Internet access in rooms was very weak. Ice machine was broken.

I hated everything about this place, I don't know how this place is steel in business, it's horrible, I will never recommend this to any body, I would like to forget that I paid $140 to stay at this crapy place, disgusting !!!

noisy, dirty, old building

Nothing it was horrible experience, it has unbreathable clorox smell all over, we could not stay in this hotel, we have to look for on other one middle of the night, we had to pay for one night, I am thinking about sue for falls advertising. Nothing was like on the advertised pictures. Never again I will go there or use your site for booking. You should go there first and see what kind is the hotel, before you do advertise them on your site

The hotel was, like a refugie camp, the room was dirty, the refrigator has cigaretts, rust mark on it, the walls, floor, bathroom was dirty, discousting bed and before the windows where trash cans all over,the picture on the wall was full with wallpaint.... The staff was not at the counter for 30 minutes

One of the receptionists was nice

There was no reception desk in the hotel building, the room was small and not very clean, they obbliged me to pay for my whole stay at my arrival, which then we had to cancel after I saw the room... It was far from everything...

Me and a couple a friends payed for a queen room with two queen beds. First they gave us a room with one single bed then when they fixed it and gave us a two bed one the beds were not even full size! We went to complain that the beds were not even queen and the guy behind the counter just laughed n insisted that they were queen... Didnt even offer to go look at them! When we tried to get a refund, he told us we still had to pay the first night as a penalty but couldnt stay in the hotel... !?!??! the floors were dirty! Do not go to this hotel!!!!!!! Yes its cheap but there is better ones in miami beach! Save ur money! Its not worth it
