confortable desk and chair, flat TV, shower water is really good
the bothtub bottorm is not flat, so you must be careful for not to fall. Can the staff have some smile in their faces?
The shower didn't work and the was a weed smell in the room.
There was a lot of people yelling and walking in the middle of the night and we didn't sleep much because my boyfriend thought it was haunted
Constant walking at night
Fridge, microwave & coffee maker.
The desk lamp has a very poor cover, falling apart. Some ants found in room.
Beds were comfortable and room was newly renovated. Decorations were nice. T.V. channels were great and reception was good. There is low price, delicious Chinese restaurant within walking distance.
Some of the outlets did not work. National City is kind of scary.
The interior of the room was clean, and well maintained. It is what sold me on the stay. Staff friendly and cooperative. You get what you pay for. There was value here.
The outside of the property was very compound, other side of the tracks like.
bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, easy located next to the freeway
it was ghetto. i had gang writtings scratched in my mirrors like prison, people 2 doors down smoking weed, floor cut up , and water made rattling noise all night
Central location to both NAS North Island and 32nd Street Naval base. The ramp to catch the bridge over to North Island was nearby and it is only about a mile from 32nd Street entrance.
Cockroaches in bathroom, noise all hours of the night in the parking lot such as honking horns, people partying, headlights of cars shining in our window, etc. Oh to be young sailors once again....lol.
Loud music lots of noise in parking lot and people milling around
Fairly quiet inside the room. Carpet seemed newer. Walls seemed recently painted. Had a microwave though I think they put the wrong plate in because it's not spinning even though there was a rotating shaft underneath.
Staff - Poor service. During our 3-day stay, they only collected the used towels ONCE. That's it. They did not replace the used towels that they took out (I had to go out and get some more), did not take out the trash, did not make the beds, did not clean up the sink or re-stock the toiletries - nothing! Un-cleanliness - When we first got inside I noticed there was a cheese-like stain on the bed cover - yuck. I took the covers and shoved them in the corner of the room. I've read somewhere that it's common practice to not wash the bed covers in between guests, but they should at least replace it if there's such a disgusting stain come on. The fridge was slightly grimy, and the walls in the bathroom had stains. Location - National city is a calm but ghetto-looking city. Barely any lighting at night (the only lights seem to be from the traffic lights). Wi-fi - There were times when it's decent and there were times when it's slow and there were even times when it plain just doesn't work even though you are connected to it.
Pillows, towels weren't very good.
Beds are cimfortable. Convenient parking just outside our room. Spacious.
Non smoking rooms smelled cigarettes. Registration office where pastries & coffee were served smelled awful like indian curry or spices
Being woken up by the police pounding on the door to the room next door to ours. Did not like the look of security screen doors on the rooms marked private.
The Cale TV and the quiet surroundings
Maybe the remotes and microwaves could be checked before each check-in
the digital cable the quietness
the very small pillows
