Was clean and comfortable, felt safe. Can't ask for much else for the price. Friendly guy at reception. The fridge didn't work which was one of the reasons we picked this place.

The room was clean and the sheets were smooth. Location had a good Route 66 feeling. The room was cold, perhaps because the door didn't seal properly. The heater had an unpleasant smell, hence we couldn't use it. Bathroom was freezing. Wifi was somewhat slow.

Good price/quality ratio. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Excellent place if you are looking for a home base to visit sedona or the grand canyon and just need a place to stay on a budget. The place is almost falling apart. Everything in the rooms is worn out and replacements would really turn the place around. The breakfast is ok, nut nithing more than that, you're better off grabbing some in a place nearby, there's plenty around. If you are a neat freak don't go, it is not exactly spotless.

Good location, walking distance to downtown area. Clean rooms. Don't expect big luxury for these prices, but basic and adequate rooms. Very friendly staff! We managed to clog the toilet, and someone came to fix it immediately, and with a smile. Would definitely stay again! Nothing

The guy in the front desk was very friendly and answered questions. Wifi connection was good. Room had coffeemaker and refrigerator. Facilities was a bit dated and rather small. Tight parking space, but if you are careful, you can park ok. At first, I could not open my door but realised that I had to push the door very hard to open it. Desk and big chair was a little tight with the bed next to it.

You can park you car right in front of your room and it felt safe and quiet. TV was great. I would stay again because its very close to NAU. The Front door needed painting and it didn't seem to secure and the bathroom was huge but needed some maintenance.

staff great and very friendly. great location next to resturants and gas station and downtown historic district. Huge 46 inch flat screen TV. Bathroom was a little cold.

Large comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Large flat screen TV. Had microwave and fridge in the room. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff were always on hand to help. None.

The motel is nice, rooms are a bit small but clean and ok for the price. Coffee is great and muffins are delicious! The manager is super nice and the location and the overall atmosphere is perfect. There were no coat hangers in the room.

The price was phenomenal and the sticking point. This place is a bit run down but has been updated. I didn't get a ghetto vibe from it. It's better than the place on the other side of the street (Luxury Inn) I stayed at, and the price was better too. I'd recommend it. The bathroom had no counter space whatsoever.

The tv was big and the shower was hot. I didnt like how it was freezing in the hotel room. It smelt like gas was leaking from the heater. The bed was uncomfrontable because it had a dip in the middle of the mattress and the sheets had stains.

+ we first booked a queen room but the heater didn't work properly so we've been nicely upgraded to a king room + warm, comfortable + good breakfast that you can take away to your room - the first room they gave us was pretty old and not very clean

Awesome tv, got upgraded to a king sized bed for free, great location, the staff were so kind and helpful. Best rate out there. Microwave and coffee maker had to be placed on the ground to be used in order to be used because the cords didn't reach the outlet from the desk.
