I love that the king suites are large and comfortable and the staff is amazing. Every staff member is courteous and helpful and I enjoy talking with them. They make sure every guest is safe and happy! I wish I could live there!
great price and good friendly staff. 3rd time staying and has everything we need.
train noise in the mornings.
Train right next to the hotel ran all hours of the night. Continental breakfast was a joke. Served from six to nine, we went around 8, there was one dried out muffin and 3 slices of hard bread. That was it. Had to go down the street to restaurant to get a decent cup of coffee.
Some issues with water draining slow in sink and shower leaking. Was fixed right away. Was very good
Wifi a little slow and dropped out sometimes. Nothing major
The comfortable rm and security
The side of town
Was charged for a king size bed, but room had a full size bed. On outside of stairs was trash cans full of trash. Looked like it hadn't been dumped in days.about 30 old mattresses leaning against fence. Would not recommend this place
the staff is awfull, on check in and on checkout. overcharged. stinkey public area
check in and check out times
I liked the price I got when I booked with booking.com
i didn't like the management, he over charged what booking.com. booked me for, he has ran off my credit cards five times in the middle of one night when i didn't even stay at that hotel, he charged me a ten dollar late fee when i never even ended up staying that day, plus he kept my20 dollar deposite before he even looked at the room when i had already paid the late checkout fee so he got35 dollars for free after over paying for g the room, plus he is very VERY VERY rude. I will never go back there and you should not book for him anymore.
pool that we did not use was nice
no water pressure, holes in the walls, lights did not work, breakfast was all but nonexistent, booked on line and lady at desk did not see my booking and was very rude, her son knew what he was doing and found it, the other attendant all but ignored us but did stop us from using two of their thin plates, the laundry room was next to the owners room and if you did your laundry there your laundry would probably come our smelling like curry
Not clean bed sheets and a lot dust on furnishure and white towels where dirty and not white all all..
The room was absolutely horrible. The bed sheets had blood stains all over them, the room had no windows, restroom lights didn't work, the front door had been kicked in so many times you could see daylight all around it. The staff was rude and refused to give our money back after asking us if the room was ok. Forget the worry of bed bugs--you should worry about the critters that could crawl into the room from under the front door gaps. I would not recommend this place to anyone--it needs to be condemned.
Out of my two nights stay only stayed one. Asked for a refund and clerk said no. Place smelled old. I asked for a non smoking it still smelled like old cigars. It was over priced.
It's an older hotel but really nice.! My kids enjoy the balcony and free wifi! I would go back to this hotel!!!!
the pool was ok
that they charged me an extra 35 dollars to my card saying that I had token there blanket. They lie to make extra money.
Had bad odor, got a non smoking room and had cigarette burns on the comforter, the door to the restroom did not close right, the blow dryer did not work, and they only had two plugs in the whole room.
They come when you call. About the problems.
The halls ARE hot. And smell like smoky. The rooms are Not remodel the beds are hard. The showers are not good at all. The microwave did not work in some room. They had to use my microwave to heat the food. Okay and the breakfast is toast and 2 little donuts. Yes I sed toast. I need my money back.....Stay away......RUN.....
It was dingy, stink was terrible the back lot was so scary i thought someone might break into our car or room. the willdow was broken the smoke alarm had been pulled out of our ceiling and there was a big hole where the alarm used to be. the showers were discusting and dirty. the a/c unit wasn't even cooling properly.
Peter, at the front desk, was efficient and friendly. Pool looked nice, didn't have time to use it.
Dead bug in the sink. Dried bar of soap stuck to the tub. I had forgotten my shower items, would have liked a call. They throw that stuff away. Would have liked the opportunity to reclaim it.
I booked online & when I got there the motel had double charged me and then after a wait for a refund we got our keys and we were tired it was already 1am when we arrived. Going inside the motel reeked of cigarette smoke and the door didn't want to open we had to push it open with our bodies. and the restroom was not very clean and the room had a funky smell as well. Ehh totally not a good place.
Went into the room and it was a non smoking, however, the room next door was so ours smelt of smoke. ac didn't cool off and springs on bed stuck out. Requested different room, got moved. AC worked great in new room, however, the bath faucet would not turn off so it dripped A LOT of water the entire time. The bathtub at the drain was chipped away or missing layers, put wash cloth there to cut down on dripping noise. After 24 hours the cloth basically fell apart into pieces and was nothing left. Which means there was chemical in the bath we were showering in. The bed was so uncomfortable we had to go buy a foam cover to even be able to sleep. There were used needles outside the exit door and the hallways smelt of smoke. We had the "do not disturb" sign up but the house keeping lady kept banging on the door even when we were telling her no! We will never stay in this place again, and I would never recommend it to anyway!! Very dirty, uncomfortable and all around horrible experience. I travel a lot and stay in hotels and this by far has been the worst one of all.
We slept good..bed was comfortable..bathroom was clean, but the carpet was filthy. The location is in a bad part of town..but no one bothered us. It served our purpose to sleep and leave. We did not partake in the continental breakfast becuase the lobby was filthy and breakfast would be served there.
Outdated rooms..filthy carpets...one power outlet in room..bad part of town..tv was older than I am and remote didnt work...lobby filthy where breakfast served..
if they expect people to eat so called breakfast in lobby area they need a bigger place
Wi fi and counter clerk was nice and helpful.
Location was convenient but not nice and room could be updated and cleaner. No breakfast even though it was advertised.
