The bed was sucken in and slanted to one side.

Located close to the airport. And also the metro rail red line station is very close. You can go to the city using this rail by around 30 minutes. Added advantage is the 24 hour airport shuttle. We needed this service at 5am in the morning, and it was there in time.

We stayed there for only one night. Everything seems to be fine.

They have a free 24- hour shuttle that arrived quickly at the airport to pick us up. In-room coffee maker. Flat-screen tv.free breakfast. Easy access to MAX station.

Dated, run-down decor. Shower was terrible. Sheets were dingy-looking.Constant road traffic noise.

I was up all night , the people above me were drunk and screaming and fighting all night, The police didn't arrive until 2: 30 A.M. The bathroom and baseboards were dirty.

Good access to the highway. Room was decently clean and breakfast was good.

Somewhat run down exterior and bathroom. Missing mortar between tiles and some mildew.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean & fresh. Lots of parking. Helpful staff.

The only additional thing that would have been nice would have been a microwave availability.

When I first got there I told them I wanted to pay in cash but they still wanted a credit card anyways which is more than reasonable. On the morning of our checkout they called my fiance and I at 6:30 in the morning waking us up from a dead sleep to let me know the card had declined... This was after a lengthy conversation and trying to pay up front in the first place. Other than that the staff were pleasant and attentive. Still fairly peeved about getting woken up at that time. Was it really that much of an emergency?

The breakfast, location to train and rasy to get to

Was a little disappointed about the charge for the deluxe breakfast, but worth the charge.

The room is very spacious with many facilities. It is clean and comfortable. The price is very reasonable to me as a student. The transporation to airport is a huge plus. The free wifi doesn't need any password.

The price was great and there was a shuttle to the airport which was handy!

The friendly staff, the free shuttle when I returned my rental car. The shuttle to the airport next morning and the excellent breakfast. The staff was supportive and friendly - a good feeling all the way around.

This is an older motel, but well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Price and location

Although the room was marked as non smoking room but as a non smoking family we can smell smoke as well as saw cigerrate buds outside the room. Referigerator and microwave was not included in the room which is a big -ve.

Stupid and rude staff, especially the man who work at night.

It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. We really liked our room. It was a pretty good breakfast, too.

Our room shook a little bit, perhaps because of the tram? The elliptical in the workout room was very squeaky. When we went to breakfast, we had to ask them often to refill things that were empty.

The beds were clean and comfortable.

The shower head is extremely low. I am 5'7" and it only came to my chest. The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going break down any second. I asked the receptionist for a reasonable seafood restaurant in the area. She referred me to Salty's where the least expensive meal was $30. We had 8 people go out to eat that night. Two paid separately and the bill for 6 people was almost $250 without desert or drinks. Not reasonable!

Convenient to travel to grotto and airport

The ice machine is too far from the hotel suites. There's no adequate table and chairs for guests taking breakfast @ the front desks/reception area The air condition is quite noisy

I booked this hotel for my mother who was picking up her sister late at the airport. I gave her a call to see how the hotel was and she said she needed it for tomorrow, not tonight! I called the hotel at about 10:30 at night to see if I could cancel my reservation for that night and move it until tomorrow. The man I spoke with was incredibly nice and helpful. He switched the reservation with no problems. My mom said the room was nice and clean, and you can't beat the price for being so close to the airport!

Not much. Breakfast was ok. Drivers were nice. Close to airport.

Just about everything. The hotel staff at the check in desk were inattentive, arrogant (why we do not know) and/or rude. Bedding, towels and all around environment were icky. Road noise was also awful. Soooo disappointed cuz we chose this based on cost and ratings. You get what you pay for, though. If you want cheap, go for it! Next time we will pay the extra $ and not stay there. We have stayed at Rodeway Inns before but we have never had such a bad experience. Ps expect to have everyone see in your room as they walk by (if curtains open), no elevators and vacant/abandoned section of hotel there in complex.

The staff are so friendly they helped me alot!

Everthing was excellent! Well, there wasn't any ketchup or soy milk. But that's it!

Helpful staff, complimentary coffee/tea/juice in the lobby, free 24hr airport shuttle (runs every half hour). My room was clean and I was very comfortable during my stay.

Check-in was at 3pm but my room was not ready until 4pm. It was a busy weekend for them however.

Everyone who works there was polite, helpful and cheerful. Right behind the inn just across a parking lot you can take the buses or Max Red line or Blue Line train down town. For $5.00 dollars per person you buy a ticket and ride the train all day long! Get on and off wherever you wish to go from the Airport to Hillsboro. People all over were friendly and well informed about their city. The people at the inn were completely honest. Our luggage was left in the room for 6 days and nothing was lost. We asked for directions from the Inn's staff as to how to get to various places and they would help us by printing it out or assist us via telephone. Hotel breakfast was great and staff very accomodating. Their Airport Shuttle service is extremely efficient.
