This inn is a comfortable, convenient motel, idea for a one night stop.[ en route to Hawaii]

It is located in the downtown area so it did not feel safe at night.

My gps was stolen from my car parked at the hotel parking lot!!!! Lucky they didn't steal my car-lexus.

Staff we very helpful with local advice. Also the location was very good. The beds were very comfortable.

Great budget friendly accommodation close to Union Square in the centre of San Francisco. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Its very close to the Civic Center Bart Station, a 5 minute walk around the block. The facilities are excellent with hot shower, TV, fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, nice clean comfortable beds and secure access to all rooms and doors from the street.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The check In gentlemen was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Parking OK. Coffee maker, hair dryer and microwave OK.

Very noisy customers around - ear plugs necessary.

This isn't about the hotel this is about booking.com: I stayed at the hotel, however, the hotel did not receive any confirmation from Booking.com. The hotel said that although I showed them a confirmation from Booking.com on my phone, it was still an unacceptable form of confirmation, that the hotel would have to receive it themselves--which they did not. They received no confirmation from booking.com. I had to pay full price because I had no other choice. Something is wrong with your hookup with the hotel and it would be in your best interests to fix the problem. Thank you.

все хорошо, персонал приветливый, в номере все есть - холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, даже утюг с доской, что редко встречается. говорили, что уличный шум мешает, я не заметила. близко и до центра, и до района хиппи, везде можно пешком дойти. в общем, хороший отель, спасибо.

если уж придираться, то в темноте улица уже не выглядит такой приветливой, как днем - пусто и страшновато. но если вы в компании, то нормально.

De locatie is handig om de winkelstraat te bereiken en vlakbij tram halte waarmee je ook de andere attracties kunt bezoeken.

Buurt voelt niet zo heel veilig. Het parkeerterrein is voor iedereen toegankelijk.

Camera ampia e rimodernata,wi-fi buono,parcheggio gratuito quest'anno dall'anno prox 15 dollari al giorno,vicino alla bart e a 50 mt da market st dove passano bus e tram per la zona turistica,molti negozi e bar adiacenti,no colazione solo bevande calde.

Le tarif était bien plus cher qu'annoncé, la chambre était sale.

Situation géographique dans SF à 10 minutes du départ des câble-cars mais le quartier SOMA est très pauvre et il y a malheureusement beaucoup de sans-abris (c'est triste pour eux). Le prix pour une nuit reste excessif mais tous les prix des chambres à SF sont très chers alors pas beaucoup de chances de faire mieux. Peut être loué une maison qq jours. Nous étions 5. Mais le motel a un parking et il est gratuit ce qui très intéressant à SF!! car interdiction de se garer dans certaines rues et les autres, il faut payer. Donc à ne pas négliger. Le propriétaire est très sympa.
