Cold room, no thermostat, tv did not work, dirty towels.
the bed was sooo comfortable! The people were kind and attentive. Wifi was also good. close to the free way,
the facilities are old
There are drug people here, but they keep to themselves, they don't want anybody bothering them. Hurrah for peace and quiet
People who knock on the door in the middle of the night. It's not all the time but disturbing at 3 or 4 in the morning
No answer for shuttle to pick me up at midnight. Had to ride Clearion bus and walk to Roadway.
Looks really old and smells bad
Just old and no maintenace
The only negative was that the wake-up call that we requested did not happen.
Dirty and dilapidated
Free shuttle and close to the airport
The WiFi did not work
It was close to the airpot and had a free shuttle.
The WiFi did not work, the plugs were slack that my charger kept falling out, the towels had stains, and the bed sheet had holes.
I liked the parking and Internet was free.
The free internet had a terrible connection. The breakfast area was not very clean and the toilet smelled.
location was great
bad wifi and breakfast
getting on the airplane in the morning
The staff was fairly pleasant even when summoned countless times to try and make the wi-fi & tv work
The wi-fi never worked & the tv was too complicated with no instructions
proximity to airport affordability
bathroom needs remodel pillows too fat did not receive wake up call
How close it was to the airport and cheap
Breakfast was poor than ran out of bread at 8:15 still 45 minutes to go and that was it, room felt very old
Worthless Wi-Fi Limited Direct TV Channels Property dated and interior need help Hallways smell dank, musky, smokey No elevator or luggage carts Poor continental breakfast. Better breakfast is served at Red Cross or UN Relief missions
Close to airport Cheap room rates
The location was ok but don't like the fact you had to walk so far to go to the restaurant. As this property is located in a dead end lane.
When I called to be picked up at the airport I had to wail just under an hour to be picked up. I called the hotel 3 times! Also I don't like the policy to be checked in after two pm. My thing is if the room is ready check me in so I could go out. No I had to wait so they held my bag and I went to twin!
Bfast just a loaf of bread on counter
It was close to airport
The location, pleasant staff, and the room was nice and clean. It also had a fridge. What a bonus!
I would have enjoyed a coffee and piece of fruit before heading out to the airport but breakfast wasn't served until 5. Coffee could have been made by 4, for those guests that had early departures. Even a cup of instant made with hot water would have been nice instead of cold, left over coffee.
Transfers to and from airport, airport proximity, quiet. Acceptable as an overnight stopover location.
Well worn interiors, limited breakfast.
I needed to take an early flight. Instead of a taxi or airport shuttle I took the light rail to the airport and your shuttle to the hotel, spent the night and took your shuttle to the airport at 4am. I actually saved $10 and got more sleep.
The building is old and shows the passage of time, but the bed was comfortable and clean, the TV was a nice flat screen and free wifi was appreciated.
Mold in bathroom, pervasive smoke odor. I was on a "non-smoking" floor, but it reeked more than any other areas.
The motel was just a block or two from the airport and light rail service to Seattle, the cost was lowest for the area, and the room was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Shuttle service fine, but you could also walk to the airport!
breakfast was minimal, but appropriate for the cost, and the hallways were a bit dark.
