Minimal facilities, poor breakfast
I could walk my dogs in peace.
1. Two written accommodations were refused. After a verbal admonishment on parking locations; I was told to park elsewhere and not in the one disabled parking spot as the manager stated and determined " you can walk" and he was loud argumentative when I reminded him of state law regarding the rights of the disabled. " He stated he did not "care about the Law". 2. Contacted Manager before arrival to clarify accommodations for my two small service dogs and brought in doctor's letter as he requested to allow my service/companion dogs to stay. On arrival he had an negative attitude and changed the number to one dog in his policy after I had already checked in and provided the letter; this done in front of his friend and other people generally. I was told to keep them out of the office area as he was allergic to dogs after two weeks of being there. This was not an issue on initial contact with him. 3. Half cleaning my room First impression of manager negative due to making aforesaid request for accommodation. 4. The manager threatened me, a disabled person, cumulatively, with expulsion via police for making two written accommodations. and clarification discussion on disabled parking, he referred to them as "complaints" seemingly having little knowledge of what disability accommodations request meant. 5. On the second day there the Manager called my significant other, at his home and told him I was complaining and would remove by police if I complained "requested accommodations" for anything else. As a independent 63 year old single adult, one can imagine how this made me feel. I do not live with him; he made hotel arrangement and payment for me. He advised me to just endure the situation and move on; which is what I did.; All this occurred after paying for a 20 day stay in advance to facilitate the waiting period required for my new apartment to be ready for occupancy; which amounted to over 800.

It had a refrigerator and microwave that I wasn't expecting.
The hallway and the room stunk of mold and mildew. The room had black mold in the bathroom, around all doors, and in cracks in the paint and wallboard. There were several areas where they tried to cover it ip by either painting or grouting over it, but paint and grout don't stick to mold. This was the worst room I have ever been in - ever! The health inspector should shut the place down. Disgusting and unhealthful!

The title says it all. I needed an inexpensive hotel that was close to the airport and had a park and fly option. I got it at Rodeway Inn. Thanks so much.

Easy friendly check-in, big room, everything I needed for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was basic (and coffee was weak) and there was a dead spider on the floor of my room. I'd also advise anyone walking from the airport to follow the signs to Light Rail and not wander miles through carparks!

Condition of room, bad to have them move us to a different room.
I was there not to catch an airplane but found it was reasonably priced with very easy access to the light rail (only a few minute walk). My room was clean and very quiet. No elevators.
Breakfast closes at 9 a.m.
I really liked the location and the comfortable bed. I got a great sleep every night. It is one of the closest motels to the airport, and I could even walk to the Seattle light rail station where a modern line takes me directly into town, without asking each time for a shuttle. The staff was very helpful! This motel was also a great bargain for the money!
The quality of the facilities was not modern, as it was an old building. If the facility were newer, however, it would be much more expensive. It was a bargain price, I would say, for the age of the building.

The hallways, rooms, front office were dirty. I suspect the building has not been cleaned for years. God help you if you have a room near the ice,drinks machine or where the room is adjacent to the outdoor smoking area. The smoke filled our room. You have to be deperate
