Came home with bed bugs
Relatively clean inside the rooms Good location for where we needed to go Fine because we didn't spend much time there.
Staff was difficult to understand Location was difficult to find (right around a corner on a busy highway) Breakfast wasn't acceptable in my opinion
There was very limited parking for guests. When I first arrived I was given a key to my room. When I went to the room to drop off my luggage I found the door propped open with a bath towel and all of the windows were wide open. I called down to the front desk to see if there was a mistake and I had been given someone else's room, but the clerk told me there was no mistake. This was my room. I asked why the door was propped open and all the windows were open and I was told that housekeeping does that sometimes and forgets to go back and fix it. It was apparent the room was being aired out from the guests that had stayed in the room the night before because the room still smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The pillows were absolutely horrible. They were thin as a piece of paper with no stuffing in them at all.
For the location close to Manhattan in car it's a good value.
location...10 minutes to mid-town NYC; grocery, diner and drug store close to the hotel (a 200 meter walk?) strong wi-fi courteous, efficient staff breakfast better than expected price was great too!
we don't watch much TV, so, it was not a problem, but Comcast is known for being unreliable, and we didn't have TV for 1 day...i do not blame the hotel for this
Iv stayed here 3 times now, and each time has been great, 5mins to the bus stop that takes you straight to port authority and the last bus to leave NYC is at 1.05am (altho often late). The bus only costs $6.40 return and take that into account if you have to consider parking in manhatten or paying $13 to go through a tunnel. You are also close to jersey garden outlet mall and many other places in new jersey.
The outside needs a freshen up, but other than that nothing.
If you can find a way to entrance hotel at once time. you are so lucky.
economical, room size, wifi, and a/c
Noise, breakfast?, bit run down.
bad service bad reception bed facility big noise due to intense traffic
Front desk clerk was funny
The location and getting to it is very poor. The parking lot was poor. The breakfast sucked as it was just cereal in a styrofoam bowl, nasty muffins, warm milk and cold bagels.
room is very dirty
The staff needs to make guest feel welcome, they weren't so friendly
Quite frankly nothing, except for the close proximity to the bus stop
Everything, the location was ridiculous to get to, the staff was rude, the room looked like something from a horror movie, I will never be back.
Love that breakfast was included with room price.
Would like more options to chose from for breakfast. Ask where stairs were and was told to get in the elevator. Would have liked to use the stairs not elevator.
I've stayed here numerous times over the years and this latest trip was by far much better than it had been in the past. They've put a lot of money into the place making it nicer and there is not a limited full breakfast included which is great! (Toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee and juice) The bathrooms have been updated and are quite nice and I was happy with how comfortable the bed was. The price is still very affordable so it's hard to complain for what you pay for. I've spent more money on chain hotels and had way worse rooms and hotel atmosphere.
Our a/c unit wasn't working and our room faced the sun. We had left the curtains open for the day so when we came back at night it was probably 80 degrees in our room so it took a long time to cool the room down with the little bit that the windows opened.
Late check out
Air conditioner didnt work the 1st nite there
Great Price, Great location, Friendly Staff, Clean Environment, and very easy to get to New York City. Definitely will Stay again.
Yes great place to stay nice location close to CVS and 24 hrs convienet stores ,190 bus stop very close to the hotel to take you to NYC 42 street 25 min ride Motel very clean and nice helpfull staff defintately stay again...
Good location & price .nyc ,walmart & local market closeby. Room, bathroom clean
Breakfast is terrible ,atleast try to add eggs & potato to the menu. Elevator walls could be cleaned up & buttons marked in a more professional way rather than scribbling
Just close to bus station
Staff is stupid
