It was dirty. Walls and windows were disgusting and shower head was gross. Would never stay there again.
RELAXING 7 NIGHTS AT HOTEL AWAY FROM THE HUSSLE AND BUSSLE OF NEW YORK. GOOD TRANPORT LINK. 24HR SUPERMARKET MINS AWAY, VARIOUS FOOD OUTLETS NEARBY.
SMALL BREAKFAST ROOM BUT EVERYTHING WAS THERE. CAN TAKE BACK TO ROOM IF YOU.
Not a lot I can say here - but if anything i suppose it would be the free Wi-Fi ( although not great it was something )
Staff did not look happy about having to work -very little communication skills. not a great deal of lighting in the room ( the brightest light being the bathroom light ) . no kettle/tea, coffee making facilities in room . No welcome to property -apart from a sign in the lift. Not a place i would stay at again
the room very comfort
Proximity to NYC bus is superb. Hotel needs to instruct customers that GPS address is 155 Rte 3 E.
For its class and location I cannot say anything negative
Mess in the room. The room supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like smoking room.
bed is comfortable. location is good. Please walk to the plaza center Secaucus, there are KFC, Pizza, CVS, Fatmer's market etc. And you can take 190/122 to New York Port Authority near there, usually take 30 minutes for non-traffic jam(8:30 departure)
the staffs' English are poor, very heavy Indian accent, very hard to understand for non-native English speaker.
Location- close to 190 bus station to New York; large rooms with king size bed; complimentary BF; low cost; daily essentials provided
Value for money.
Foul smell in the lobby
location is good, large room
room decoration is poor
Wifi and location
No adaptor to allow me charge my phone. No housekeeper coming to clean my room.
It's close to NY, conection With public transport is good
It's not easy to find the hotel for the first time
Quite good location, not too bad housekeeping
This would be a nice hotel if there were no bugs in beds.. I couldn't sleep, because of it. In the morning I was beaten all over my body.
From the hotel is easy and fast to go to NY, by car or by bus.
the receptionist at night is a little bite rude with the customers.
close to NYC Bus 190 takes you there
the place had Bedbugs.
Nothing! Is really bad
We wanted a place to sleep during our two day getaway to NYC, so we weren't looking for luxury. When we got to the "inn" immediately I saw that the greeter was behind a bullet proof window and used a microphone to speak... This is when I realized things were going down the hill... It wasn't the stain carpets, the dirty curtains, the mildew, the smell, the fighting couple (all night until 6 am) next to our room, or the water damage in the ceiling that bothered us...it was the bed! You could feel every single spring.. No cushioning! We had to fold the bed cover in fourths and sleep on top of it for added cushioning... It was this bad! We didn't left the first night because they told us that we needed to pay anyways for it. We left early in the morning and switched hotels. Stayed in a Hilton for only $20 more than we payed at Rodeway Inn. Really bad!
Awful experience steer clear of this hotel. My sheets were dirty the hotel was gross and the tub was black from lack of washing! Not worth a penny let alone the money they are asking! Left in the middle of the night to find a different hotel.
Price Access No issues Free WiFi Free Continental Breakfast
Not clean Smells
no reception room for relaxation outside the room facilities or within premises
Easy on Easy off highway access
Checking in through the likes of a drive-up window
Came home with bed bugs
Relatively clean inside the rooms Good location for where we needed to go Fine because we didn't spend much time there.
Staff was difficult to understand Location was difficult to find (right around a corner on a busy highway) Breakfast wasn't acceptable in my opinion
There was very limited parking for guests. When I first arrived I was given a key to my room. When I went to the room to drop off my luggage I found the door propped open with a bath towel and all of the windows were wide open. I called down to the front desk to see if there was a mistake and I had been given someone else's room, but the clerk told me there was no mistake. This was my room. I asked why the door was propped open and all the windows were open and I was told that housekeeping does that sometimes and forgets to go back and fix it. It was apparent the room was being aired out from the guests that had stayed in the room the night before because the room still smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The pillows were absolutely horrible. They were thin as a piece of paper with no stuffing in them at all.
