Location is great, price and the family room suite was spacious had 3 beds 2 rooms together. Close to Disneyland parking lot but not close to walk to Disneyland
Muffins and coffee is the free breakfast, fridge was old and coming apart, no coffee maker in room, when you closed the door to the other room I couldn't open to get out my daughter had to push on the opposite side to open it. Parking sucks I had to park at Carl's Jr down the street and walk back to the room, if you stay til Disneyland closes you will have to do this too. But we only needed a place to sleep and shower for 1 night so it served it's purpose but if you have a long stay I wouldn't choose here.
The property was close to Disney Parking.
Customer service was very poor. The Manager started arguing with us for a mistake committed by their staff. A 'suite' with a room with 'bunk beds' was allocated to us and we were 4 seniors and 2 adults in their 50's! A 'suite' with 3 Queen beds was available and it took us fair amount of time to 'beg' the manager to give that 'suite' to us! We had booked the accommodation 2 months in advance! The attitude of the management and staff was less than desirable. Parking was a mess being overcrowded. Had to wait for breakfast items to be brought over from the nearest 7-Eleven Store! The WiFi worked 10% of the time. New 'card keys' had to be obtained every time we came back to the room! The manager pointed finger at us for 'booking' through 'Booking.com'! Wow! Never Again at this property!
1. Breakfast 2. WiFi 3. Booking online does not guarantee good position of your room. You may get a room at extreme with no view at all !! Disgusting
very close to Disneyland and cheapest place we saw. decent breakfast. room and lobby very clean.
shouldn't have built rooms above carport . not enough parking. cars were paralel parked in front of parking. fire hazard. pool was advertised as closed yet his friends were in there swimming. we had to park illegally every night. owner was rude. we bought Disneyland tickets at the office but he keyed it in wrong so we had to buy the tickets again at Disneyland. we tried to explain to him what he did wrong but he wouldn't listen. another lady was complaining about the pool and he just shut her off as well.
Great loacation for Disneyland stay and close to restaurants and large rooms. Management was very helpful and accommodating.
Room carpet was very, very dirty. Parking got filled up in the evenings and had to park in another location. Weak Wi-Fi
the only thing i liked was the weather and not to much noise.
there was no parking for all the guest, the bathroom door did not lock, there was alot of bulk trash stacked behind the parking lots, the pool is very small, the wifes owner was hurrasing my kids asking them random questions that were not her buisness. It was a terrible experience .
Pool was small but clean.
The staff was very rude upon check in. When trying to use the WIFI the signal would not connect on any devices that we had I called the front desk to see if there was a problem they said that it was working perfectly fine and nothing more was done to correct the problem. The breakfast was nasty they had these doughnuts that taste like pure sugar. You could not turn on the AC or Lights unless the you inserted your room key in a slot and the room door was locked. the grounds was really dirty the car ports were filled with old room tv stands and boxes.
I was a little apprehensive at first because of the price I thought it might be a bad experience. The staff in the evening was very friendly, the rooms were very spacious and clean and it had a pool. Even free breakfast in the morning. If you are on a budget I would recommend. Close to Disneyland.
The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is accessible to freeways etc.
There was no parking so you have to park down the block, the room smelled moldy and slightly smokey when using the shower/AC. Lots of construction
just so short time to really enjoy it but breakfast always good
the tub flooded while showering, I forgot to tell the desk about it, in a hurry to meet my kids for dinner at Disneyland hotel. I a hurry also to leave just dropped the key at the counter, no rep around.
Shower handle came off in my hand. Laundry facilities were out of order. Key card had to be inserted in order to run air conditioner and turn on lights. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were lumpy for just to name a few things. Our second bedroom was to have bunk beds but had only a single bed.
For the price and location this was excellent.
That it had a small verity of breakfast.
How they had to fix the parking lot and we had to park at the hotel behind it.
Close to Disneyland. Nice sized room. Good value.
WIFI sucked. TV in bedroom did not work. The pillows were hard as rocks. The staff did not try to resolve issues they only made excuses.
The front desk didn't seem to know what they were doing. Also in my res. I stated that I needed bottom floor or near elevator. They said all they had was second floor, however there was absolutely no compassion in their voice. I won't stay there again!
mattress so uncomfortable, felt the springs, room smelled really musty, Air Conditioner took its time coming on.
Great staff. Clean and safe accommodations Would book there again. .
Towels looked dirty and over used.
We booked a king had 2 queens had to change rooms 3 times when checking in. The staff did nothing. They were supposed to call us back and never did
Seemed like a motel 6. Noisy, not very clean, bed hard as a rock. Also the breakfast of off brand tasteless cereal and mushy mini donuts? C'mon you can do better!
Location is very conveinent and good value.Tidy rooms, not noisy and staff happy to help.Thanks.
Close to Disneyland Resort, shuttle stops right at the entrance (Route 3, $5 all day long pass)
Not clean, nor safe at all. We arrived, checked in, did not really like cleaning standards, but decided to check it better later. We noticed the ceiling had what looked like blood spatters and, after I mentioned it to the front desk, someone went to clean it, and stepped on the bed, leaving a step mark on the blanket. The "spatters" were also in other areas on the way to the bathroom, but half of it was ignored. We returned really late from the parks and we crashed. Or tried to crash. Bathroom was poorly cleaned and had stains in the walls all over. We saw the real extension of all these problems the next morning. I felt sick and disgusted! We decided to get ready, leave the room, and ask to be changed. Then, when I went to take a shower, the water smelled like sewer. When I called the front desk, a woman said, "no one else complained about this", which I really do not care: I was a guest and I was complaining about that, and she told me the hotel was full and she could not move me right away. That is not an answer from hotel staff to a guest that has a problem. We were two couples travelling, then I asked my friends to smell the room and they were shocked. I had to take a shower and brush my teeth at their room, on another building! They moved us later that day, when we returned from the parks. Then, when I went to the new room, the sheets looked like they were not changed, with yellow stains, grosse, in it. I asked for sheets and the person in charge did not believe me and gave me some odd, yellowish sheets, I complained and he went to "seek for more sheets" and brought some mismatched, odd, sheets, but smelled clean. I made my bed, despite paying for my stay there! I must say that the first room had clean sheets, which I always check before going to bed. After a whole day at the parks, all we want is arrive at the room, take a nice shower, and sleep in a clean bed.
The price and house keeper did an excellent job cleaning the room each day.
The sink had a leak, the fridge had a constant noise, and one wash cloth had multiple small hairs. the room smelled old. the AC was old and I was concerned about carbon monoxide. the breakfast muffins were of poor quality "dry".
Loved the family room. Spacious. Liked microwave and fridge. Rooms were fairly newly remodeled.
Got parked in and couldn't leave for about half an hour while they tried to find the owner of the car and wake him up. Beds are uncomfortable and towels are rough.
We stayed 3 days and it was very comfortable and i would stay there again and would recommend this place to others its only a few blocks from Disneyland.
