It Was Clean. Great For The Money. The Front Staff Was Great. All We Did Was Sleep There. We Didn't Spend Any Time There. The Pool Looked Nice & Clean. Beds Were Comfortable.

Not Enough Parking.

The maid service was good and individuals very polite. The location is very good.

The room had roaches, the fridge seal was missing allowing roaches to have access into to the fridge, the tub had a big rusty hole. I was afraid the children would stick their fingers into it.

They have 4 wireless internet to connect which is very good but none of them are working however, I were connected to unsecured network from another hotel but no user name and password

The room had holes in the walls. The beds had springs poking through. The breakfast was awful and the dining area was dirty. The photos that are shown do not show the hotel in current condition. They state they are 15 minutes from Disneyland. Actual times is more than 30 minutes.

Staff were friendly and informative.

Room was in very poor repair, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, but most disappointing was that the hotel says .5 mi from Disneyland which was not the walking distance. While we thought booking.com was the best search engine, I am not sure we will use it againg based on the misinformation. We paid more than necessary if we were going to have to drive to disneyland.

The bathroom and room was small, no exhaust fan when in the shower had to open window. Faucet in shower was not straight. Door needed painting

The price and adjoining rooms. Many hotels no longer have them and it is so necessary when traveling with the family.

The electrical seriously needs to be checked. Most of our phones did not properly or fully charge overnight.

I liked the fact that it was close to Disneyland and convenient!

When I arrived the hotel employee was rude and informed me that I could not check in until three. I really didn't have too much of a probkem about the 3 o'clock check in because I was going to Disneyland all day anyways but it was the way that he said it which was offensive. Finally, after an exhausting day the bed sheets and pillow cases were still dirty. There was no hot water to take a shower and this was definitely irritating. There are plenty of hotels around there to stay at with a more pleasant staff. I will not return nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone!

Customer service was great.

Beds were old and sagging. Rooms need renovating to be more aesthetically pleasing.

The rooms were pretty clean, I think our bathroom was just painted since there was some masking tape on the towel hook (not a big deal, just an observation.) The wasn't anything that was noticeable that I didn't like, we will be staying there again when we come back to that area.

Parking can be a little difficult on a busy night if you come back late (around midnight) On our way back from Disneyland we noticed that the parking lot was full, after going to the office to ask what to do they told me to park on the side behind some cars and to leave my keys with them, if they needed to move it they would. (Like a valet) not really ideal but also not a problem, woke up in the morning car was still in the place I left it, got my keys and moved it to a vacant spot. Not really a deal breaker just different.

I felt that for the price it was a very good location.

We were very unhappy with our experience. They had construction going on at 9am on the roof which was right on top of our ceiling. we heard everything, the hammering, sawing and banging for three hours. I approached the front desk while it was going on and she had said she didnt know of anything being done to the hotel but would check on it. Whether she checked or not it did not stop the noise which infuriated me. no one should be doing construction that early on a hotel where it affects the guests especially when the walls are already paper thin and you can hear other peoples complete conversations going on in the room next to you. I was very unhappy and will not be staying here again!

The bathroom was clean.

This was a scary hotel. The carpet was icky. There are shutters instead of blinds, so the room doesn't get dark. Parking spaces and manuerving room is very tight.

Location, breakfast included until 10 (good time because I don't like it when they cut you off early), friendly staff.

I cannot find anything positive to say about this particular hotel.

Pool is not heated as advertised. Breakfast buffet is not stocked and employees have to be bothered if you need an item that is out. Beds are very hard. Debris around pool will cut your feet (as it did my daughter). Internet disconnects frequently. Not enough parking spaces at the hotel, but hotel will issue you a pass to park at the Carl's Jr up the street while they double park in the driveway.
