The swimming pool was fantastic. My 4 and 2 year old had a blast. Definitely worth the stay!
The rooms seemed to be a little outdated, but if your not worried about decor then it was fantastic!
Needs some TLC Room was seedy
good location great pool and slide
Not much to not dislike . The price was a little high.
Carpet worn dirty towels from previous guests behind bathroom Noisy Bathroom toilet and tub so outdated. No breakfast for the $$ Bed spread was sheet Host was completely rude No fart fan in bathroom no shampoo
Kids loved the water slide
Thin walls! Could hear people walking and even drying their hair in unit above at 5am.
easy walking to downtown area. driving to attractions was easy
pool area was a little untidy but did use the hot tub
Friendly staff, they work hard and are willing to please customers.
The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Very old and outdated. Everything was worn out. Needs a breakfast bar to help people get out and on their way.
Good location clean friendly. Pool slide and jacuzzi fun and refreshing. Right in the middle of everything. Shops restraints ice cream river rafting hiking and anything else
Could have done better with room cleaning and having shampoo soap. Stayed for four days
great pool, great pool slide, huge room, juice and coffee bar open all hours office open
hot tub to hot to use
First of all booking.com switched me from the hotel I started to book to this hotel. The clerk didn't know how to program keys. The main llight in the room did not work and They turned the cable off after 11.
The pool and slide were the key to my 10 year old's attitude after desert adventures.
- Location : Arches is literally next door by car and hotel is at walking distance of most of Moab's restaurants and bar
- Laundry was out of order : we were on a 15 day road trip and planned on using this facility - Toilet seats ! First time I see a toilet seat that is *smaller* than the actual toilet. Can they really save money this way ?? - Reception made a point of reminding us that we had a "special" Booking.com deal...
Location is very close to park entrances.
We had a complete stranger entering our room due to a mistake with the key code at the front desk. Now you just imagine the possibilities of that scene. The front desk manager in return was rude to no end when I asked for an explanation. Obviously no job/position related training whatsoever.
nice , clean , and big room . close to the view point.
the shower water sometimes not hot enough . no breakfast includes .
Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool. Location in the center of town.
Bathroom was small. Dressing area was not private.
We loved the pool, waterslide and hot tub! The rooms were good in size and the TV's had plenty of channels to choose from. The microwave and fridge are a nice addition. Thank you!
The beds were a bit firm and hard.
The pool makes any negative review irrelevant. It's on the main street, so if you want to walk around, it's a great location.
Staff wasn't professional or courteous. We stayed 2 nights and didn't have any maid service the 2nd day. When I asked about taking some trash, they pointed me in the direction of the dumpster.
Great location and the air conditioning works really well. After a long day of hiking Arches NP the air conditioner was great. The beds were soft
Property is a bit dated..but nice.
Location. A/C worked pretty well.
Shower water varied by itself from icy to very hot. There was not a soap holder in the tub area. They did not enforce the "no one under the age of 18 allowed in the pool area after 10 P.M." Hot tub jets were very weak and did not produce bubbles.
Location was okay. Room was big.
Terrible pillows and sheets. Tub drain plug did not work. Air conditioner woke us up every time it went on. Filthy in places not easily reached by vacuum cleaner or mop.
The beds were the best we have stayed in. At least they sprung for good beds. Pool was nice but no kids after 10pm. Motel within walking distance from the cute shops. We liked the beds and pool so much it is a possibility we may stay again if we go, but it was pricey for a motel with that much wrong.
The motel room was run down and there was a previous person's hair in the tub. The toilet you had to hold down the flusher to make it completely flush. The toilet seat moved. The hairdryer plastic front was melty-looking and needed replaced. All the other issues can and should be looked-at once a month and taken care of by the maintenance ppl. The maids can report this stuff, why is this so hard? Air quality horrible in the room...we all woke up both mornings with stuffy noses which cleared up as soon as we got home. Front desk check-in girl apparently forgot to mark us as checked in and they had us as a no-show. Found out when I checked out, about that mixup (how does that happen? Pay attn!) The pricey price did not include breakfast, but they did have some juices/coffees in the lobby in the morning. Apple juice too watery.
Clean room and spacious
Bathroom had water leak damage on floor. Bright light stayed on outside room and curtains would not close it out. Very awkward access into facility. Giant vehicle advertising off road trips was blocking your driveway making access into the lot even worse.
Rates were good. Love the nostalgic pull off the road & jump in the pool motel. Clean, if out not updated.
It doesn't seem the hotel has been updated since the 1970's, however, it was clean.
