Good location clean friendly. Pool slide and jacuzzi fun and refreshing. Right in the middle of everything. Shops restraints ice cream river rafting hiking and anything else

Could have done better with room cleaning and having shampoo soap. Stayed for four days

We loved the pool, waterslide and hot tub! The rooms were good in size and the TV's had plenty of channels to choose from. The microwave and fridge are a nice addition. Thank you!

The beds were a bit firm and hard.

The pool makes any negative review irrelevant. It's on the main street, so if you want to walk around, it's a great location.

Staff wasn't professional or courteous. We stayed 2 nights and didn't have any maid service the 2nd day. When I asked about taking some trash, they pointed me in the direction of the dumpster.

    Location. A/C worked pretty well.

Shower water varied by itself from icy to very hot. There was not a soap holder in the tub area. They did not enforce the "no one under the age of 18 allowed in the pool area after 10 P.M." Hot tub jets were very weak and did not produce bubbles.

Location was okay. Room was big.

Terrible pillows and sheets. Tub drain plug did not work. Air conditioner woke us up every time it went on. Filthy in places not easily reached by vacuum cleaner or mop.

The beds were the best we have stayed in. At least they sprung for good beds. Pool was nice but no kids after 10pm. Motel within walking distance from the cute shops. We liked the beds and pool so much it is a possibility we may stay again if we go, but it was pricey for a motel with that much wrong.

The motel room was run down and there was a previous person's hair in the tub. The toilet you had to hold down the flusher to make it completely flush. The toilet seat moved. The hairdryer plastic front was melty-looking and needed replaced. All the other issues can and should be looked-at once a month and taken care of by the maintenance ppl. The maids can report this stuff, why is this so hard? Air quality horrible in the room...we all woke up both mornings with stuffy noses which cleared up as soon as we got home. Front desk check-in girl apparently forgot to mark us as checked in and they had us as a no-show. Found out when I checked out, about that mixup (how does that happen? Pay attn!) The pricey price did not include breakfast, but they did have some juices/coffees in the lobby in the morning. Apple juice too watery.

    Clean room and spacious

Bathroom had water leak damage on floor. Bright light stayed on outside room and curtains would not close it out. Very awkward access into facility. Giant vehicle advertising off road trips was blocking your driveway making access into the lot even worse.

Rates were good. Love the nostalgic pull off the road & jump in the pool motel. Clean, if out not updated.

It doesn't seem the hotel has been updated since the 1970's, however, it was clean.

This is a perfect place for the money :-) the waterslide was great, and we all enjoyed it! The room and towels were a bit dated but everything was very clean and the staff was amazing :-) we would definitely stay here again!!

The only thing that was a little on the downside, were the pool towels were a bit small and worn but they did dry us off, so who am I to complain :-)

    Good location

While most of the staff was generally courteous, one night we were woken by the phone ringing at 2 AM. Someone had complained of noise and the person on the phone, (who I assume was the manager that hadn't bothered to come on site) was calling rooms one by one to find out where the racket was coming from. He was rude and threatened to throw us out of the room before hanging up and moving on to the next room (we heard the ringing through the wall). When we went to the front desk to figure out what was going on, they told us no one had informed them of any noise.

Good location and very clean. With laundry facilities on site, it made having clean clothes after days of hiking easy.

This hotel was the least expensive of all.

The beds were rock hard. There was a broken toilet (yes, a toilet) sitting by the hot tub.

It was a huge room with THREE queen beds,

The wifi was horrible. Couldn't get connected at all. The tub/shower needed work...it was dripping and in poor condition. Grout on the floor of the bathroom was filthy.

Nothing! Staff rude, uncooperative, untrained. Not interested in customers, unable to do their work If You want to enjoy Moab, stay away from this place!

Got checked in into a room without daylight.Matresses badly stained. Hairdryer came off the wall.Received calls at 2:15 ,Caller knew my name and roomnumber, a former employee broke into the deskcomputer stealing personal data, police was called.Roomservice did not clean the room,a trainee did not do his work, staff did not feel obliged to correct this.Because of this trouble we agreed with staff to checkout two days early, this was confirmed by manager.During checkout deskpersonal could not provide a bill, did not know how to use the computer. After about 30 minutes we decided to leave without a bill. Later we found that we were billed for four days (twice our stay). Did not get a bill (e-mail available) up to now (three weeks later. No explanation, no excuses by staff /management. We recommend : Stay away, it is a tourist trap!

location of room was far away from the wild party that management allowed to go on.

girl at front desk when we checked in was not qualified to be of any assistance. There was NO parking available when we arrived. Lucky for us a party left the facility because of the noise-leaving us w/their parking spot. Room was in need of updating. Luckily we were there for just one night.
